AMAZING Experience! - Thanks Raf & Steve Was working around my garage and found a few brown/yellow'ish drips on the floor....Like most people, it got me worried about a possible diff/suspension/brake leak and rushed to find a mechanic to inspect the situation. Called Audi Hamilton at 10am and was told that someone would call me back to book a time (they still have not called...). I went on my Audi car group to ask who in the Ancaster area could help... Someone said Raf at Elite. I called and Raf fit me in the next morning at 0830. Steve had the car on the lift for about 15-20 min and took a look at it and found nothing of concern and was very personable to chat with while inspecting. They didnt charge me a cent.... You guys just got a customer for life! So rare to find honest/good mechanics these days and you guys gave the industry hope! See you soon!

I recently just moved to the area, and my vehicle had a rattling heat shield that needed to be removed before I could continue driving to my destination. I showed up, and they immediately put my car up on the hoist and took care of the problem and made sure everything was secure under my aging vehicle. They had my car back off the hoist in less than 10 minutes and didn't charge me for their time. In today's world, experiences like this are rare - and when they do happen - they need to be recognized. This small gesture, was enough to convince me to bring my vehicle back, and future vehicles for any kind of auto repair in the future - and I would encourage anyone reading this to do the same. I am so happy and impressed with the service at Elite Automotive and Performance Express in Ancaster. When I call Raf he is so personable and he has the best customer service. Raf can usually get me an appointment the next day if he has the parts. The Parts are usually available when they weren’t at my dealership. Raf always calls me when my car is ready. It is usually a quick service. They do such a great job not just checking what I need done at the time, but always have the time to make sure other area’s of the engine are in good working order. So happy with the service!! I will keep going back!!!

My household has been using Elite Auto for 3 years now, and each time we have been impressed with the work and transparency that has been offered. Today they went above and beyond when I brought my car in as the rear control arm broke. Elite auto called the Nissan dealership (2014 Nissan) and found out that this issue was a recall and covered. I reside close to their shop, and when I had a flat tire, I visited to seek assistance. They mentioned being occupied due to all hoists being in use. Upon returning later in the day, they claimed to be fully booked until January, despite appearing available. Surprisingly, they didn't even inspect my vehicle, leaving me to drive home on a flat tire twice. They could be a little bit more caring that's all I was expecting from them.

The workers here went above and beyond my expectations! I am so glad I found this place. One of my brake lights had burnt out and these guys fit me in and replaced the bulb on the same day I called! I was in and out of the shop in ~10 minutes and able to carry on with my day, super conveniently and safely thanks to them. Will definitely be recommending and return for any other car related needs.

Found myself far from home with a sudden engine light problem. Stopped at Elite Automotive. Explained my problem, a quick diagnostic and reset, cleared up the problem. NO CHARGE.. Something was falling from the bottom of my car ,I Drove right in and within five minutes they had my car in the garage to check it out and fix it right away. All done within 10 minutes! Elite Auto is an honest place to take your car ..heard a noise in the front.. dropped the car off..they called me to pick it up...no charge!!..a belt was rubbing.. a lot of places would soak you for your money.. not Elite.. their very honest and great guys working there!!
