DISAPPOINTING OPALESCENCE EXPERIENCE - Here’s Why : I carefully read the many great reviews Elite Dental had before deciding on choosing them for Opalescence Boost Teeth Whitening. My main complaint is that a few important features, including some safety features where not adhered to. One in particular was that I was not given protective eyewear to shield my eyes during the treatment. The guidelines from the Opalescence website clearly states that this should be worn. I was not given this protection. Furthermore, my friend also had the treatment after me and left a review stating he too was not given eye protection. Elite Dental replied to him stating that eye protection was not needed and eye protection is only needed if lights are used to activate the gel. Elite Dental replied stating the gel they use is self activating and therefore no eye protection is required. According to the official guidelines from Opalescence, eyewear MUST BE WORN! Furthermore, during the entire treatment I was not informed of the colour of my teeth before treatment and therefore I had no idea how successful the treatment was once the treatment was finished. My friend also mentioned this in his review and Elite Dental replied stating that the machine they use for this was broken. If this is true then Elite Dental, in my opinion should have explained this to me and confirmed whether I wanted to continue with the treatment, knowing that there was no photo evidence of my original tooth colour. During the whole procedure nothing was explained and although the dentist asked frequently if I was okay, there was no explanation at any point as to what they were doing and what I could expect. This I found very stressful. After the treatment I reached out to Opalescence to ask if there was a time period that should be adhered to in between having one’s teeth cleaned by the dentist and the Opalescence Boost. I was told that the period in between should be two weeks. Elite Dental cleaned my teeth on one day and I had the opalescence boost the next. So overall, (having read the guidelines for dentists from the opalescence website) that I’ve been left feeling that the administration of my treatment by Elite Dental was not followed correctly. I’m not sure if this had any possible impact on my teeth in the future. First impressions of Elite Dental - the reception, waiting and treatment rooms are stylish and fill one with confidence. The receptionist was polite, attentive and professional. My teeth cleaning experience on its own was brilliant. Possibly the best teeth cleaning I’ve ever experienced. The only negative I have is my opalescence boost experience which I feel was rushed and not the opalescence experience I was expecting. Worryingly, I’d recommended my friend to have the same treatment and unfortunately he felt exactly the same.

I have been traveling the Balkan countries and while I was in Slovenia, I had some problem with one of my teeth and ended up having root canals and a filling. The dentist could not find the fourth canal and only did a temporary filling. The filling came off while I was in Montenegro. While I was on my way to Tirana, I googled dentists in Tirana and found Elite dental. Based on the reviews and photos, I had a good feeling about the clinic, I reached out to them and asked if I could be seen as soon as possible and they responded me in an hour or so with the estimate for the new filling and squeezed me in the schedule for the same day. I got there at 4:45 pm and I was attended in 5 minutes after a very quick paper work as a new patient. Dr. Ana, the dentist who treated me, was so so profesional, meticulous, with a great precision for the treatment, and care for the patient. She found the forth canal with the advanced equipments that the clinic had and did a superb job. It has been only three days since I was treated there and need to observe further how the tooth will do in a longer term. For the time being I am very grateful and satisfied with the service and the price, I think, was reasonable. 80 euros for a third grade filling; she spent almost an hour for the process with her assitant. 1 hr service with a wonderful job-80 euros! Plus, most of them are fluent in English. From the receptionist to the accountant to the dentists. All of them. And very friendly and kind. In sum, I would definitely recommend the place to others, especially travelers who have to deal with some dental issues. Good staff. Dentists. Up to date equipments. Friendly environment. Reasonable price for the service (said that, I did not make any comparisons with other places in Tirana but I felt it was a reasonable price)

[ Thank you for your response but I think you are wrong. The Instructions for the Boost treatment I had are available from Opalescence and clearly state a patient should have protective eyewear on throughout the treatment and that tooth colour should be documented throughout the process. Had I been told I wasn't going to get the correct Opalessence Boost experience because the equipment was broken I'd not have gone ahead with the treatment. I also wasn't asked if I was prone to sensitivity and I wasn't briefed on any methods to help with the pain which is also explained in the instructions. I should know exactly how many shades whiter my teeth are (if any) but I'm totally in the dark :/ ] First the good. The dentist was superb and cleaned my teeth very well, much better than I've ever had them cleaned in my home country (UK) The bad. I then a few days later had my teeth bleached and it wasn't done as per the instructions from Opalescence. According to the instructions I should have had my tooth colour taken before and after so I know how many shades lighter my teeth are. I couldn't tell if my teeth are whiter or not but I would have known without a doubt if the procedures from the manufacturer were followed. Also, I didn't have any safety goggles put on (again something that should happen according to the instructions). My partner had his teeth cleaned and whitened and neither of us knows how much whiter our teeth are :/

Salve,veniamo dalla Sardegna,siamo stati qui a Tirana per la prima volta 4 anni fa' ,siamo arrivati qui tramite internet,al buio,nessuno ci ha consigliato questa clinica. All' arrivo in aeroporto siamo stati accolti da Roland,l'autista di questa meravigliosa clinica . Ci ha accompagnato in clinica dove abbiamo conosciuto dr Artur da subito ci ha messo a nostro agio. Ci ha fatto la tac e preventivo dove abbiamo deciso il tipo di lavoro da eseguire. L'intervento e stato molto più leggero di quello che avevo pensato. Dopo sono stata seguita dal dr Elvis,devo dire che è una persona fantastica ma soprattutto molto professionale . Il lavoro definitivo e stato molto bello e la masticazione perfetta. Ringraziamo anche le ragazze di reception che organizzano gli appuntamenti dei pazienti con molto maestria. Ringraziamo anche Jurgen un ragazzo molto simpatico e disponibile. Tutto lo staff eccellente. Sono tantissime le parole che voglio esprimere per dr Arturo ma posso solo dire due : umanità e cordialità sono i punti forti di questa persona eccezionale. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed last week at Elite Dental, and I am extremely pleased with the service I received. I am terrified of dentists, and for 5 years I have avoided having treatment, which has caused me a lot of pain. I was recommended this clinic by other expats in the area, and I'm so glad they did! The staff and surgeon, Dr Albi, were so patient and kind to me. They answered all of my questions and treated me so well. The procedure was done under general anaesthetic, so I felt no pain, and I had no swelling afterwards either! They don't usually remove all 4 wisdom teeth at once, but because this is common practice in Australia, I asked them to do so, and they accommodated. They even had a picture of a koala   on the screen when I walked in for the surgery! The attention to detail and professionalism is just outstanding! The recovery has been so smooth! They removed my stitches today. All of this was done for an unbelievable price. I am beyond grateful!!!! I no longer have to worry about my teeth!  I cannot recommend this clinic enough!

The best dentist in Tirana I have been to a few dentist in London and nothing compares to this dentist. Dr Dema and his team are fantastic. The were clear precise and honest with all the information they provided. They helped me finally sort my dental issue out. For almost 13yeara I avoided major work due to fear. Dr dema understood I was very scared and really helped me to stay calm and gave me the possibility to be partially sleep to help me. I am so happy extremely happy with the care they gave me. I am so happy with my final dental work. So pleased and the best thing is coming back to the UK everyone has noticed my teeth and are complementing my smile. I cannot be more thankful to Dr Dema he has really changed my life. From someone who was scared to smile now I don't stop. If like me you have real fear of pain and dentist and need work go to see Dr Dema he is fantastic and really empathetic and works with his clients to give them what they want.

Mi sono recato in questa clinica basandomi solo sulle recensioni positive lette su Google, e ammetto all’inizio di essere stato un po’ scettico. Poi ieri mi sono recato con la mia fidanzata per fare un impianto (anche lei ne ha approfittato per una visita e per la pulizia dei denti), appena entrato l’impressione è stata subito ottima, le ragazze all’ingresso gentili e professionali. Ho fatto subito la visita col primario, mi è sembrato molto preparato ed anche molto simpatico. stessa cosa per il medico che mi ha fatto la pulizia. Poi il medico che mi ha tirato il dente anche lui bravissimo. Perfetta la cucitura della ferita. Ad oggi, per questa prima parte, sono veramente molto contento della scelta fatta. Anche la mia fidanzata molto probabilmente tornerà per alcuni interventi di raddrizzamento dei denti. Grazie a tutti per la gentilezza e simpatia, sono veramente contento della scelta fatta.

Si come in questa clinica il mio figlio ha fatto delle cure di denti ed era rimasto molto contento di sua esperienza ,ho deciso di venire pure io con mio marito. Dal primo momento noti la struttura molto l'avanguardia e moderna. Il posto è sempre pulito e con igiene massima. Ho fatto 4 impianti nel arcate inferiore e ho messo delle capsule in quello superiore. Sono stato seguita dalla dottoressa Elva che devo dire che molto professionale e gentile con i pazienti. Ciao a tutti, volevo raccontare la mia esperienza presso la clinica elite dentale. Io e mio marito siamo arrivati qua per la prima volta 4 messi fa per cominciare i lavori. Consigliata da mia cognata che era già stato 3 anni fa ed era rimasta molto contenta. Dopo aver fatto la TAC in 3D e la consulenza con il dr abbiamo deciso di fare 12 impianti sotto e sopra. La clinica e una struttura super attrezzata con dei macchinari di ultima generazione, forse e l'unica clinica che ha la TAC e il laboratorio tutto in un posto. Il paziente con poche parole fa tutto in un posto senza dover spostare da nessuna altra parte. La dottoressa che mi ha seguito durante questo percorso e stata dr Romina. Di una professionalità unica. Trasmette tanta sicurezza al suo lavoro. 10 su 10. Oggi e l'ultimo giorno in clinica e siamo più che Contenti con il lavoro definitivo. Grazie di vero cuore ❤️

Trovato questa clinica tramite la passaparola si come nel mio paese quasi tutti siamo pazienti di loro. Mia cognata me l'ha consigliato e sono andata alla fiducia sua. Appena mi sono trovata in clinica si nota subito la pulizia e la struttura moderna che hanno creato nel cuore di Tirana. Ho dovuto fare 6 impianti sotto e 4 sopra. Durante l'intervento non ho sentito nessuno tipo di dolore,e dopo solo un po' di fastidio e ho preso un antidolorifico e tutto e passato. Adesso ho tutti i denti in bocca e sono molto contenta dal lavoro che mi hanno fatto. Ringrazio la dr Romina che e stata molto brava e sempre gentile. Salve a tutti sono Giuseppina dalla provincia di Brindisi. Ho scoperto questa clinica grazie alla mia fisioterapista perché mio marito aveva problemi di denti. Così ci siamo rivolti alla clinica per avere un preventivo e abbiamo deciso di venire. Dopo che il mio marito ha finito i denti ed e stato molto contento ho deciso di fare pure io la stessa cosa. Si come sto combattendo con un mostro non ostante tutto ho deciso di fare la bocca Nuova. Si come da anni avevo problemi di denti e non potevo ne masticare, ne ridere come prima ho deciso di venire in questa clinica per risolvere la problematica. Dopo i primi controlli in clinica e la TAC (che si trova dentro la clinica) ho dovuto fare 6 impianti nella arcata superiore dal dr Albi (molto professionale e mi ha spiegato ogni cosa nei dettagli) Dopo 4 mesi sono ritornato ha finire il lavoro cominciato e questa volta nei mani di questa bravissima dottoressa (Adriana). Molto in gamba lei e il suo team. Finalmente posso sorridere come non potevo fare da anni ,e sono molto contento. Grazie mille a tutti, siete fantastici.

Vengo da Lecce, precisamente da Porto Cesareo . Si come tanti miei amici sono venuti in questa clinica di risolvere dei problemi di denti e ho sentito sempre parlare bene ho deciso di venire pure io. Ho dovuto fare 6 impianti nella arcata inferiore e 12 denti incapsulati . Sono stato seguito dalla dottoressa Adriana che ha dei mani d oro,e la numero uno. Si come mia famiglia doveva venire in Albania per curarsi i denti ho deciso di venire anche io a dare una occhiata e capire meglio come funziona questa struttura. Appena sono arrivata si vede la differenza tra le cliniche in Italia. Una clinica super nuova e pulita. Professionista massimale. Per quello che ho deciso di fare dei estrazioni e devitalizzazione. I have been coming to Elite Dental for many years, for all types of services, from simple cleaning to implants. The service, the staff and results have far surpassed any expectation. They are absolutely wonderful all around. Dr. Albi is not only a master at what he does but kind and has your best interest at heart. The clinic used to be a smaller one and has now grown immensely. Yet, the whole clinic still makes you feel like you are their only patient and you have their full support and attention. I am Lucky to have found them.

Clinica l'avanguardia e molto pulita. Sono arrivato qua a Luglio per cominciare i lavori di denti e ho fatto 8 impianti nel arcata inferiore e quella superiore . Dr Igli e Dr Albi non mi hanno fatto sentire nessuno dolore durante gli impianti. Dr Romina molto in gamba e sempre disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problema. I had a really good experience with Elite Dental. They are all professionals and they know how to treat their customers. The administration is super helpful and kind. Dr. Florida who was in charge for my treatment, is a very kind young lady and she is very good in what she is doing. Her assistants (Ersi and Kristi) were both great as well. They all, speak Fluent English and Italian so it is very good for foreigners who need to have a treatment with professionalism and really good prices. Thank you again for your services!

Ho scelto questa clinica tramite passaparola di altri pazienti che erano già stati qua a curarsi i denti,e mi avevano parlato molto bene. Così ho deciso di venire e cominciare i lavori dentali. Si come ho avuto tantissimi problemi in passato con i denti abbiamo deciso con il dr che la migliore soluzione era di fare 12 impianti sotto e sopra. Devo dire che non ho sofferto quasi per niente sia durante e dopo l'intervento. Proprio come mi avevano parlato, clinica top. Grazie a tutto lo staff

L'accoglienza è stata ottima, mi sono registrata in reception, fatto la tac, e una volta avuto il consulto del dentista, ho proceduto all'estrazione e impianto del perno. Credo che il tutto sia durato meno di un'ora. Dopo una tac di controllo e le raccomandazioni post intervento sono potuta tranquillamente rientrare in hotel. Tra non meno di tre mesi tornerò a completare il lavoro e finirò la mia recensione. Per ora sono davvero soddisfatta del trattamento ricevuto.

Esperienza positiva, personale fantastico. Mi sono trovato benissimo sia in clinica e con la città in generale. La struttura e super moderna. As a tourist it can be difficult and intimidating to find dental care in a foreign country. I reached out to Elite Dental to see if I could be seen during my stay in Tirana. They were easily reached (and very responsive) via WhatsApp and were able to see me in just a matter of days. The staff there are just outstanding! Professional, super friendly, and very accommodating. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Dr Ridi was very professional and compassionate❤ One friendly advice is for the girl who does the x-rays she should be catious not to repeat more than once x-rays per patient. No matter how small the amount of radiation during x rays is, still is radiation.

Incredible service, friendly English speaking staff, very tidy and welcoming atmosphere. I just had a cleaning and I’m pleased with the results. I was a bit skeptical with all these positive reviews but they are legit, given my experience. Highly recommend, I’d come back again if I lived here.

Really great service. The place was very clean and they had anti Covid measures. The people are also very friendly so you love going back there. In Germany it took me 1 week to do an appointment but here I could even book it immediately the next day, probably even same day sometimes.

Horrible place. They ask prospective employees if they are married or not, if they are married, they do not hire them. Also, they pay pretty badly. And they make people work on Saturdays.
