Went in today to inquire about an accountant I bumped into a few months back, he was locking up the office and I was heading to the restaurant next door, we had a chat and he gave me his complimentary card, which I subsequently misplaced, I was attended to first by a young lady, who I explained by query to but was interrupted by Ian who inquired further about who I was looking for and offered me a seat but then rudely shut the second door leading into the office surprisely, minutes later Simon emerged but he wasn't the person I met, so he asked me if I was sure it wasn't Ian that i had met and I replied no, he definitely wasn't the the person I met, Ian sprang out of the office proclaiming rudely to my surprise, saying ;"In that case we can not help you, I and Simon are the directors of this firm, you can leave now" !! and opened the door for me to leave. what a fundamental nob head !! , it takes £15 to register a company and be called a director, they definitely need to work on there customer service. I don't care how good their service is, if they treat people rudely as I have experienced, especially Ian, then they are the worst accountants in bristol in my opinion. Ian's behaviour had a hint of racism in it. So one star for terrible customer service.

Unprofessional service. My wife rang on Thursday last week to request a face to face appointment. The person who answered wrote down all the details and said someone will get back same day to confirm what day would be OK for a meet up, very possibly same day 4:15pm. We only asked to pop in for 10 minutes for a quick chat with regards to requesting assistance for the opening of our new business. No one bothered ringing back, or even acknowledging us. If they would have rang to say they were busy that day but could do any another day, we would have appreciated it. Instead of that, they chose to ignore us. Unreliable, will not be going back. Have in the meantime found alternative accountant who is much more professional, trustworthy , and reliable .

Each year Simon provides relevant and useful advice to my situation and is always approachable for ad-hoc questions.
