Bloody horrible staffing!. We getting organised and she came over told us we need start 15 minutes into our booking. (We still waiting for people arrive as the pageant is on) I walked over and asked question if we on a time limited and rudeness I got was horrible I asked her stop being hostile and she told me go away and walked away and slammed little door. We was also threatened by the manager of today if we didn’t start we be kicked out because they so busy. (They werent that busy) We been here for 2 hours and there is 12 lanes unused! Currently another group are taking time not getting treated the same. Our food was heavily delayed and we told “you be pushed to back of list” we had hungry kids. Being flustered is one thing but being hostile and threatening is another. We will never come back here again. Highly recommend you find out who is on before coming here or you could be greated with the same attitude.

I bring my client for Bowling every Monday Evening. I have had a great time and excellent customer service for the past one year with two lovely ladies until a new lady replaced them this year. She has an attitude while serving customers. She once walked away from me when l was making an order. Last week on Monday 8/5/2023 when l was making an order by pointing on the menu and requested for nugget combo she shouted at me saying "stop being rude". I was left in shock and asked whether making an order for food at this Cafeteria is being rude. I was later served half-cooked chicken nuggets. I have made a decision to start carrying my own dinner when l come for bowling from 15/5/2023. My worry today is, how sure are we that the same is not happening to the vulnerable clients we bring in for bowling? Thank You

Had a birthday party with friends and family which included quite young children. One of the female workers had horrendous customer service and attitude. She spoke quite rudely towards the parents and children when serving and delivering food to us. And when a parent mistakenly left a belonging of there’s on the bin, a child went in to collect it and was blamed and ridiculed and met with childish behaviour and attitude. The other staff were lovely, but I would suggest if this worker wants to work in place with children and families that should a more positive and professional attitude. I would like to thank the friendly staff for a great time, definitely second guessing returning to this establishment.

I'd recommend Elizabeth Bowland to families. The staff are friendly and happy to help even under pressure with queues at the counter. The venue is not particular new or modern and you can see a bit of wear and tear but it's neat and clean and does the job. Prices are OK, better if you catch a special on catch or similar. The food is basic but generously portioned but there wasn't anywhere for kids to sit and eat, only a bar behind the lanes which the kids couldn't reach. A dining area would be good to see. There also wasn't enough room to sit and eat if other lanes wanted to do the same. Overall it was a good experience and friendly staff make the difference. Thanks.

I come here with my clients all the time and have never had a problem until I went in with my family on 7/10/2023. The older man with the ponytail named DAVID, was soooooo rude. He totally ignored me when I tried to state that every other time we have come we've had the choice of wearing our own sneakers or their crusty old bowling shoes. All he repeatedly said to me was No! Nooo! No! And Nooo! I don't know why people like him are actually employed when they clearly have no customer service skills or maybe hes just being racially insensitive as I am a colored person...

Don’t come here if you want to have fun. The staff are not welcoming and ruin the experience for their customers. The man with the ponytail at the front was super rude when I came in with my client one time in the morning and asked how come I didn’t have a booking when there were several lanes open. They also don’t accept disability companion card. Don’t know how the staff here still have their job.

Awful experience. Very obviously understaffed with only 2 people on Saturday night. The place was filthy and we had to wait over an hour to get food. There was rubbish everywhere, we had kids sitting down to eat at tables that hadn’t been cleared from parties that afternoon. I get the poor workers were absolutely run off their feet, but it just made for a horrible time there.

We just had my daughter's birthday party here and it was great! We weren't rushed even though the little ones played what felt like the world's longest game! We were still able to take our time with the cake and we weren't charged extra to bring our own snacks and cake which is a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Real fun place to visit with a date or take the kids out to burn off that extra competitive energy They also boast a party hall, a small arcade and a neon mini golf course (although the lights inside are prone to blowing so we played half the course in the dark) Would recommend regardless

We had our son's 5th birthday here today. The kids had such fun bowling and doing mini-golf. The party packages are affordable and really easy to arrange. A big shout out to the staff who were all really friendly, the service was excellent and the food was great. Highly recommend …

Staff were so rude, @ 7:30pm we were told they couldn't make a spider (scoop of ice cream in soft drink) or food. Could only cook hot chips as they need time to clean. 1hr before close time is a joke. No bowling yet there's lanes what a waste of time and money.

Nice enough bowling alley. The young staff are great, the problem is the older staff are super rude and they allow the customers to smoke right at the front door, so you have to walk your kids through clouds of smoke. Do not recommend.

Dave has very bad customer service. We have been here plenty of times, but this time, we had to deal with Dave. He is rude and ignored us when we asked him a question. Came across culturally insensitive. I feel he did not like us.

Simply the best place to bowl! Fantastic staff that are helpful and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble! Well maintained lanes, and great café facilities (they also make the best hot chocolate too!). Highly recommended!

Not sanctioned for real comps, old and run down. Smells festy. Look up and all I can see is a bunch of mold as their evap air con or roof is leaking bad. Some staff are better than others. Don't get your pro gear from here...

Really enjoyed this place. Great place for the kids, the food isn't overly expensive and actually taste quite good. Besides bowling there's a sweet as mini golf course that's lit up and all fluorescent style.

Kids birthday party's are great value Service was excellent from all the staff Food hot and tasty . Birthday child even gets a birthday present from bowland . Would recommend having kids party here

Went with my partner and youngest daughter to bowl and play some mini golf. Service was welcoming, very clean, no shortage of light bowling balls, love the glow mini golf. Will definitely go back

Honestly i had the chips and gravy on Tuesday the 14/11/23 straight away I felt sick and I'm still sick to this day I will no longer be getting food from this place as it was food poisoning

Love the atmosphere. Noise level is tolerable, no loud insidious music, just the cheering of the bowlers. Ample parking. Friendly staff. Food is ok if you like burgers, hotdogs, chips.

The old lady with brunette hair is probably the worst most miserable human I’ve ever met, the fact she has a job at all especially with kids. I’ll never return to this place
