Magistrate made no effort over two court dates to listen. I had valuable information to provide and was not given the opportunity to provide it. From the officers being at my house and intimidating me to the court house there was no fair play. The Elizabeth Magistrates court is a Kangaroo court without parity, fairness or honesty. Once you have been here you understand how dishonest the police and the system are. I never understood why people hated the courts so much until now. It is likely that when I have saved some money I get legal representation and delve deep into the court system and unravel the dishonesty so that it doesn't happen to someone else. Par Oneri.
Administration staff are abhorrent, arrogant and absolute wastes of space. Why are they even there? They try to substantiate themselves but they don’t care nor do they differentiate between those who are obviously not criminals and those who are - they dismiss everyone the same way and it’s not right. What qualifications and credentials do half of these people have? Probably none, hence their complete lack of respect

absolute deceiving clerks and total misconduct. if you got a traffic fine just pay it and do not waste your time with court system. I had $252 fine and ended up paying admin fees of $410 after judge dismissed the fine at $100
Don't want to know my side of the things that happened only want to know what the police have to say. The whole court system is a joke to anyone with mental health issues.
