I’m Making a review for the Harwin store. The store is ALWAYS closed, and the times I find them open most of the employees that work at that location are very rude or don’t know what they are doing. When it comes to wholesale, the prices are not whole sale price they area retail prices which they give you a 20% discount for the whole purchase, the employees then charge you taxes. (Regular Wholesale works only with your Tax ID, and the items must be wholesale price and a minimum needs to be meet to purchase) Another thing I notice they don’t honor the sign and they always find a way to not give you the 50% discount…. I’m very disappointed to be honest. Owner you should prioritize existents stores first before opening new ones, the Harwin store is completely neglected, the first store you can’t walk without tripping something the entire tiny store is a mess I’m not sure why the have that store when they have a big one in the second floor at the same plaza… the second store (in the second floor) is ok and I have not visit the other 2 new ones. If you have a “whole sale store” honor your discounts, make sure your employee don’t charge taxes and offer your products at a wholesale price not a retail price, $12.99 for a note pad is not a wholesale price. Hopefully they realize what they are doing, I’m not the only one that has complained, if you check your reviews in the Harwin store etc you will see you are loosing customers.

This place is very discriminatory. Yesterday I was told that I had to leave a google review or an Instagram review to use the reward points on the VIP card. Over the years I have bought gifts for friends and myself and was never told that before by their employees. I initially got their VIP rewards card because I was told I could use the points as a discount with each purchase or accumulate points. Their employee Valerie kept being rude and called their manager telling the manger that I was being disruptive for asking a question as to why this new rule was implemented that was never brought to my attention until yesterday. Then I was questioned because I could not remember every employee that didn’t tell me about this rule when I have purchased gifts in the past. Also, this rule is plastered on the wall behind them is very small font and as someone who is nearsighted, it is impossible for me to see such small words. As someone who has worked in a customer service position for many years, I would never treat customers this way. Their store manager should teach etiquette and manners especially for employees like Valerie instead of allowing Valerie to treat customers in a vulgar and obscene fashion.

WARNING!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!! There are items that are mislabeled with the prices. I bought something for $3.99 and it charged me $32.99 instead and none of the staff knew how to fix it! They didn’t even apologize. The only nice person was Rayven! Shout out to you for helping when no one else would make any calls. She got me my refund! You are so kind! The staff beside that are all so rude. Also one person scanned an item and forgot to put it in my sisters bag. So she was missing an item. Save your time and money and just buy stuff on Aliexpress or Amazon. The Hispanic skinny guy with black glasses and short black hair, you need to find a different job cause you are terrible. He wouldn’t even take my name or number down to prove we didn’t steal anything. The short Hispanic girl was ok, but didn’t pass any of our information along to the morning staff. So wasting our time. Very unprofessional and poor management! I would’ve been fine if they just said I’m sorry, we can help you tomorrow from the start, since they were closing, but they didn’t.

Cute store. But watch how they ring you up vs what’s labeled as the price. This location is showing for the tiny original store. The newest one is within walking distance on the 2nd floor. I’ve been to both. The reason I’m giving it only 2 stars is because their pricing seems to be all over the place. Initially, I saw that I was charged a little extra for the pikachu hair tie at $2.99 when it was listed along with all the others as $1.99. I pointed it out after I already paid but I wasn’t going to go through the trouble of getting a refund for the dollar difference. It wasn’t until later when I realized my blind box that had the sticker on it listed for $8.99 and yet I was charged $10.99 instead. I think it’s a bit disorganized and way overpriced for some of their items. My main concern is basically that I can’t trust the amount they charge when they advertise a different price, and I don’t like to sit there and remember the amounts for every item I got and make sure it’s rung up correctly as shown.

I went To visit the Harwin store, I arrived 8min before closing which I already knew what is was going to get, however they have a chubby Hispanic old lady there which is always rude. She told me that the store was closed and she closed the door on me, I knock on the door to ask her if the location on Bellaire had an specific item I needed. She look at me from the register and move her hand like to “leave her alone” what a horrible customer service! This is not the first time I go there and the same lady treats me like this. Last time I went with my mom when the store just open (on Harwin) and she was beyond rude to my mom and myself, She was annoyed because my mom was asking her about the flower work-shop I believe the owner was there and my mom told her how disrespectful she was which is clear she didn’t do anything. We love the store but don’t hire people that are rude to customers!

I would give 10000000 stars if I could! The selection ranges from anime, cartoons, sanrio , decor , housewares etc. Literally the BEST shop I’ve found for finding things I collect. I was constantly helped out when I was shopping, offered extra mini carts , asked if everything was okay , and was kindly greeted when entering and leaving! I did end up spending quite a lot of money which caused a line to form behind me ( I felt SO BAD ) lol. Stephanie checked me out, and talked to me, asking about all of the cute selections I chose! She was SO sweet , and reassured me that the line I caused wasn’t an issue, ( again I felt TERRIBLE ) All of the employees greet you and ask how you’re doing! This shop was SO amazing as a first timer! I WILL be back! ( This time maybe won’t try to buy the whole store lol ! ) I suggest coming early before the crowds!

If I could give 0, I’ll put on zero!! Very dissapointed, had a vip card which is I can used it in the next purchase. when we came again the only thing catch my eye only one item and when I want to pay it, I give the vip card before pay. And the cashier said I can’t used the vip card because under $10, I need to spend more than $10! The item I want to buy is $8 something, ridiculous you just want us to spend more money over and over again to be able use a vip card, suckkkk!!!! When you spending money and become a member elllicor you will earn 10% into the vip card whenever you spend and you can used next purchase. But they will not allow you to used it if under $10!! You have to buy more and more will never end!! There is no point you have a vip card from them!! Never coming again!!! They just want all your money!! Stay away from this store!

Wish I could say good things about this store, but nah. I’m good. I went in and besides all the aisles being too small for at least two people (which makes it get crowded incredibly quickly) everything was disorganized, on the floor, or open (like the cosmetics). I also found that a lot of their stuff was super freaking over priced for what I’ve seen it at. Like maybe I’d buy if I was desperate or clueless but I’m okay. Never had anyone approach me during my visit to see if I needed help(which I did and didn’t find out till later that they had what I needed from a friend(I was desperate and I would’ve purchased my item there)) . I also almost tripped on a plush that would’ve sent me face forward towards a wall that had anime figures.

First off the map takes you to their closet size store and actually not the one in the photos. Found our way to the larger store and it was a terrible experience. We drove 30 minutes to visit this store. We did buy one item that rang up a incorrect price and we were told we would have to pay the price it rang up instead of the sticker price wich is very unprofessional and not how to conduct business. So double check your receipts or pay attention when you are being rung up. The cashier was young and not trained and did try helping us and then a older lady came and scolded her in front us wich is so not okay. The lady had no respect or appreciation for customers and never did we get a apology for their mess up. I will never come here again.

Do yourself a favor and Don't even bother going here Employees are rude and will keep asking you if you want a basket every 5 minutes. Very unprofessional customer service Place is always a mess when I go. They don't give you a discount when it says 10%-50% off. Just don't, place is filled with overpriced aliexpress, amazon, miniso, and daiso items. *updated review 10/24 I went back again on Sunday night and place is still the same except it looks like they're putting in extra shelves so that only means they're gonna be more cramped. Almost tripped on the stuff that's on the floor and fell on the rug none of the staff bothered to check if I was ok or not either Good to say is I will not be going back to this place.

Multiple workers asked me if I'd like a basket 5 minutes within entering the store, and I politely declined because I did not plan to purchase a lot. After I picked up an item, a worker approached me and said to put the item in the basket. Not only do they watch and follow you around the store, they taped my shopping bag shut after I purchased the item. I found it a bit uncomfortable that the workers treat their customers like thieves. I understand that you want to prevent stealing, but villainizing your customers is not the way to go. As a business you should be able to factor that into your profits. Especially when you get all your products from Miniso, Daiso and Aliexpress anyway.

i wish i could give this a zero star, most of there products are literally on ali express and esty, and the products are too expensive over priced and sell miniso products and try to cover it to make it seem like it’s theirs… i’m assuming that’s illegal. the workers just kept following me and i didn’t even have no purse or a big bag, just empty handed. The stuff might look cute, but save your money because i bought a figure just to come home and un rap it just for it to fall apart and it wouldn’t connect, such a fraud, ellicor, do better, i found some stuff wrapped and saw cracked item and them just selling it still, need to do better zero star.

So this is how you talk to your customers? I made this comment because we weren’t allowed inside without a mask the other week (WHICH IS FINE) because I respect business rules and policies. What I’m not okay with is how rude and reckless this person is talking. Normally I don’t blast businesses but this is uncalled for. Never supporting this place again and I hope they reevaluate the people they have running their social media. RULES SHOULD BE APPLIED TO ALL! The downstairs location did not enforce the rule and was the one that told us to go to their second location. Deleting the rude comments won’t change anything and no apologies was made.

They wouldn't stop following us and monitoring us. I couldn't even grab anything without them watching me. I suffer from social anxiety, I was so close to have a panic attack. It was a white girl wanna be uwu with pink hair and a curly hair short girl. They were super rude at checkout and looked at me with up and down. Never coming again. i don't like how they shove baskets in ur face when u barely walk in the store holding nothing. it just seems like they're desperate. it just makes me uncomfortable as if they're forcing us to buy. some items don't have a price so u wont know until u check out. the store is also very unorganized and all over the place, so it is overwhelming to be in. most, if not all their items are sanrio knockoffs with low quality but selling for "high quality" prices. you can find half of their store on aliexpress. definitely more of a quantity over quality store.

My friends and I came here to look around and once we entered we kept getting followed by employees. We kept getting dirty looks from them. I am hispanic and felt targeted by the purple haired employee and the short girl with curly hair. I have social anxiety and couldn't even move because every time we grabbed something they focused there attention onto us. we were the only people of color at that store full of asians people but we were the only ones being followed and discriminated. Our cashiers name was Ryn P she was the purple haired girl.

The cashier was rude to us for not wanting to join the store’s loyalty system. They basically ask (more like demand) every customer leaves a review / comment on their social media in order to get loyalty points. So don’t trust what you see. And when we politely declined, the cashier was passive aggressive for the rest of the time we were there. Also everything is overpriced. They have the a lot of the same cheap garbage from Aliexpress, they’ve just doubled the price. The item we bought was defective as well and the store is poorly organized.

I wish i could give you zero stars. i bought a water bottle for 19 dollars and you charged me as if it was a official product of sanrio when it was a normal water bottle with just stickers of kuromi when the tag on it said kuromi sanrio water bottle . Everything i bought here i thought was official because it was so expensive but its all bootleg and off brand and priced as it is official. Too expensive . The customer help was bad too as they are rude and don't care about you but they just stare at you the whole time .

i hate going here now, very discriminating and i felt uncomfortable and the only person who made me felt comfortable was john, he was my cashier when i check out, he was very shy i could tell which gave me a little more comfortable to walk around compare to the other workers, but he was helpful and nice, if anyone sees john, you should all go to him for help because he actually knows how to speak to customers and have good customer service, but into then, i will not be going back.

The store is very cramped and unorganized. Very cute items are offered, however, due to everything being so close and fragile it feels overwhelming. I was walking on egg shells through the whole store. Items are very packed and close together, making it feel cluttered. The items on display felt very random and unorganized adding the feeling of confusion while walking through the store. I think I would enjoy the store more if the store was larger or less items were put on display.

First time visiting this gift shop with my bf and everything was to die for! A little overwhelming because there are so many cute things to choose from, but Rayven was amazing and went above and beyond to help us ❤️ We lost track of time and literally spent a whole hour in the store and I don't think we even got to look at everything it had to offer. Will definitely be coming back, thank you Rayven for making the whole experience worthwhile!

Was about to be charged twice as much as I was supposed to pay. The cashier, Irene was rude and needed more lessons on her customer service. How are you going to charge us when you haven’t even scanned our items? The store is cute but my experience there was not enough for me to give it more than one star. When I called upon her mistake for charging me so much, she did not even apologize but continued on to give me an attitude.

Cute stuff and fun store, however the cashier Rayven was extremely unprofessional, complaining loudly to customers about coworkers while checking out. Sighing exaggeratedly and making loud comments about work conditions that customers have no reason to hear about. Also complained about tipping and that customers should not tip as they all go to the boss. Overall, very offputting, annoying, distracting, and unprofessional.

Took a look around and one of the employees was hovering over. Not asking anything just hovering. Made my experience a bit uncomfortable considering they are already have surveillance. Items are cute. I would’ve just appreciated some space. Update: they now require you to have a basket if you have more than one item that you are holding. The basket is the kid size basket that literally only fitted one item I was holding.

Unorganized and messy compared to other cute gift/merch stores I've seen in Dallas/Carrollton. The store is jam-packed with lots of items, but some sections are in dire need of being cleaned up. Especially the section in the back where there are clothing items and the section with hair accessories. It's also a tad bit overpriced.. if everything were a couple dollars cheaper, it would be more justifiable to purchase.

I was shopping in the store while I got caught off guard. There was this older asian women, I would assume she was the owner or general manager, yelling at one of her employees brutally. I don't think I'm going to support an unprofessional business, especially the ones who can't manage and treat their employees with respect. I didn't make my purchase& left everything in the store. Very okay place its pretty cool stuff but you can find most of these items on AliExpress for half of the price! And wouldn't recommend any figures since all of them are knock offs I bought a sailor moon one and her paint was scratched off and eyes were out of place and they all look quite questionable when you look around the store. Wasn’t the worst though.

I'd like to state that most of their figures, gashapon (mystery boxes) and among other things are bootleg. Not only are they bootleg but they're charging you as if their the official product. You can easily tell by how off the colors and eyes of their figures are. Don't buy anything from them unless you're okay paying the premium price for fake product.

They have friendly associates and 2 locations, one downstairs next to the Great Wall Market and the other upstairs above the Boba Shops. This is the best place to shop at to get sonny angels and smiskis. We need more shops like this in bellaire. The only reason why I would not give this place five stars is because the workers never seem to have a clue when they restock on more sonny angels. But overall, I only come here for that.

My friend loves this place and took me out to see it and it's awesome. They have a bunch of cute little anime trinkets, bracelets, jewelry, phone cases key chains stuffed animals and cosmetic products as well. The staff is very patient and friendly. I definitely will be coming back.

If you love “kawaii” stuff, you’ve got to visit Ellicor! Both stores in Dun Huang Plaza! There’s the main shop at the front of the plaza, and there’s a claustrophobic shop in the middle-back. But trust me, you’ll find the cutest stuff ever that you never knew you needed!

Lots of things to look at, but a bit crowded for the amount of stuff they have. A lot of the stuff is very cutesie, such as makeup, dolls, hair accessories, and stationary. They do have anime stuff as well. Their prices are reasonable.

There are very few shops that sell j and k-pop esque items in this area. That’s no problem now once Elicor opened however, they have practically anything you could need from stickers to plushies to skincare.

The new ELICOR near Katy town is a new store that is beyond cute! It’s very compact but offers a lot of great merchandise from Sanrio, Demon Slayer and other characters. Will come back to visit again!
