I made a terrible mistake choosing Eltham Kids party hire. We had selected another supplier to provide certain equipment and everything seemed OK, but when Eltham came along, it became clear to me that the other supplier (with whom I was previously happy) fell way short of the quality and standard presented by Eltham party hire. I say I made a terrible mistake because by using them, I realised what we'd been missing out on. Eltham's equipment was second to none. It was clean, worked perfectly and was top notch. The service was exceptional. The support was even better. He told us at what time he'd be here and he was here on the dot. He set up in a manner that showed respect and concern for his product. I honestly don't think much of most suppliers but this company goes beyond even the highest level of expectations when delivering service. I also don't write reviews as a rule as I think this promotes a social credit score system akin to the tyranny in China. But my God, this company deserves a top notch recommendation.

Hired a slushie machine, which apparently need to be on for 2 or 3 hours before use (which was never told to us when we hired) we placed the machine on at about 2 pm, called and confirmed with the owner that is needed a few hours to work, by the time everyone left at 11pm , is was still not slushy it was soup with a few pieces of ice. Because of covid we offered for the company to keep the $100 and provide pick up as a gesture of good will. Instead the man we spoke to was extremely rude and threatened to continue to charge us everyday until we returned the machine. So essentially we had no working slushy machine, two trips to Eltham and we are down $100. If you decide to hire from this company make sure you confirm the machines work well before your party, otherwise you'll end up bitterly disappointed. We had like 15 upset kids and my poor nan out by $100.

I’m not sure how to start this review… if I could give a 0 stars, I would. I’m a person who is working with people on a daily basis and have never ever had such terrible experience with customer service. I made an order for a table and chairs for Saturday, received an email that I can pick it up on Friday or Saturday by appointment only. Saturday morning, I called to book a pick up time but on my surprise I had a man yelling at me, not letting me finish a sentence, accusing me of being rude and being late to pick up my order. He was very aggressive and instead of helping me in a situation I just got yelled at. He said that he is cancelling my order because I’m the rude one and will refund the money. To no surprise, he cancelled the order and refused to refund money claiming I was abusive. So very disappointed!!!

My experience with Eltham Kids Party Hire was absolutely fantastic!! I planned a 30th birthday party for my boyfriend, coronavirus hit and I thought it was going to be terrible. Thankfully, Wade and his family were still happy to provide us with their service! I hired the party lights and disco balls with lights aswell as a twin slushie machine with everything provided! The house looked like an amazing nightclub and we had slushies for days!! I had several questions regarding the slushie machine, which Wade responded to promptly, professionally and politely! It's my 30th next year and I am absolutely booking with Eltham Kids Party Hire again!! Not just for little kids!! Big kids too!! Thank you so much for providing such an excellent party service!

Eltham Party Hire are amazing. The Photo Booth, slushy machine, fairy floss and popcorn machine were the best fun. Everything was easy to operate, spotlessly clean and was so professionally kept. Super happy with our Floss Machine hire this weekend! Four full days for the price of one! The machine comes looking like new, with a box of sugar and sticks, and a little guide. Plenty of videos on YouTube to get a hang of it in less than 10 attempts. Not having to clean the machine after use is a huge plus! Everyone at our event loved it and we made more money than we paid for the hire. After, we treated all our neighbours to fairy floss. Very happy and will use again!

Highly satisfied! We had a corporate conference and I wanted to recreate a movie cinema experience. The machine was fantastic quite substantial and made such an impression, popcorn was better than the movies and the service was fantastic. Highly recommend for events or parties of all ages. Really was amazing and a highlight of our 3-day conference event! We brought an extra bag of popcorn as 70 + people, the value was amazing. Thanks! So glad we elevated this event!

It was a very good experience hiring a fairy floss machine. Easy ordering system online. Confirmation email received a day before the pick up date. Machine came in very clean condition wrapped up; with the sugar, sticks & instructions (laminated) all packed up neatly in a box. Instructions were clear & the machine worked as expected. We've used Eltham Kids Party Hire several times to hire a photo booth for our local Netball Club presentation days. Wade is great to deal with, great communication, price includes delivery, set up, collection, unlimited photo strips for the hire time and LOTS of great props for the children and adults ;) to create fun, lasting memories with their team mates! Highly recommend.

Wonderful. We hired the Fairy Floss Cart, Jumbo Jenga and family outdoor games. All delivered to our house. Great price, I did over estimate how much actual fairy floss I would need, ha ha ha. But it went down a treat at the party. Be warned the Jumbo Jenga box is really really really huge and heavy. Kids loved it though. Thank you, would definitely highly recommend.

We hired the photobooth for my mother's 60th birthday and it was a raging success. Everyone had so much fun and took so many photos. It was such a special addition to my mum's evening. We used Eltham party hire for our grade 6 graduation party, the kareoke machine, pop corn, slushy machine and lights and fog were all fantastic!! The party would have not been the same without all of the above! With a tight budget we were able to make our money go a long way with these guys! Very well prices !!
