I was hoping to at least meet Ashley but didn't even see her there, I had heard so many great things about her. I had another girl doing my botox with experience of only 2 years, but she did ok. I guess I'm just spoiled but I'm accustomed to a less painful experience, given ice packs to leave with, post treatment instructions and treatment recommendations to enhance other areas of my face/neck. Very little conversation unless I did the talking, just sticks and go. Office is very clean and beautiful, Lori is a joy! The special pricing was awesome and worth the drive.

Baylee provided Dysport treatment to me a little over 1 week ago, my injections have settled in and my results are fantastic! Placement was right on as well as dosage. Historically I have seen Ashley for my tox treatments, and have been impressed with her technique and service. FIRST TIMER!! GREAT! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiling staff. Very clean and relaxing. I was in and out within 20 minutes from consult to the injections. They made me feel and look better than I did walking in there! Baylee was wonderful. She answered all my questions and explained the different type of injections there are. Facial was good and team was nice, but the service was not as advertised on the website. I scheduled a hydrofacial and derma planing which was on special for the month, but I expected the special would still include the entire description of a hydrofacial I scheduled on their website. There was no “relaxing neck massage” or “finished off with a relaxing arm & hand massage.” Was looking for a luxury service, as promoted by the company, and unfortunately this was just basic and left me disappointed.

Made appointment for laser hair removal, told to come in at 9:15 am for 9:30 am appointment. Finally was seen at 9:55 am to be told laser will not remove light color hair!!!! A 30 minute one way drive and they can't perform the removal! Why wasn't I informed of this when I made the appointment? What kind of business does that?
