"Pros: The location and the affordable price make this attractive for families"
"I've stayed here many times when in town for business"
"Do not recommend staying here"
"Location is great and staff we encountered were friendly however I would not stay again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone"
"The staff was very friendly"
Pros: The location and the affordable price make this attractive for families. Because they are suites, it is nice to have separation for larger families. The staff were very attentive and kind. Cons: The layout of the hotel is conducive to noise. It's more like an indoor motel feel. Meaning it encourages many people to gather in the center. We arrived on a Saturday night and there was either one large party or several large parties going on simultaneously. This is where the staff came in. while I had to make 3 different noise complaints, they were all handled within 5 minutes each. It just put me in a foul mood that I had to make complaints in the first place. There was a german cockroach in our room. So be careful bringing your stuff back home because german cockroaches are notorious for infestations. The only thing "made to order" about breakfast is the omelet bar. That's fine - but just call it an omelet bar and not a made to order breakfast. We were in a room X23 - so rooms X18-X25 (especially on lower levels) are right above the pool. The chlorine smell is awful. The rooms look nice at first glance - but if you look at any one spot for more than 5 seconds you'll find dirt, stains, etc. Recommendation: This is probably fine during the week. You are very close to the highway. If you can, don't stay in a room whose numbers end in 18-25.

I've stayed here many times when in town for business. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful. The restaurant on site is good but understaffed. The negative is that the building needs repairs and updates. Many of the rooms, common areas, and fitness center show a lot of wear and need repairs or replacements of things. A lot of companies seem to host events here, but there also seem to be a lot of people who stay here to party. It's a strange mix of guests. The restaurant server/ bar tender remembered my name and what I usually order. She is very good and works unbelievably hard. I do think she could use at least one more person helping at the bar or serving food because of the sheer number of guests.

Luxury, Great view, Great value
Do not recommend staying here. First, the good. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. Now the bad: 1. The furniture has stains on them 2. There was an orange extension cord running across the floor to power the conference room table they replaced the regular table with for some reason. Fairly certain that is against fire code. 3. Tub/shower didn’t drain. After a few minutes the water was to your ankles. 4. The fabric on the chairs at the table were literally flaking off 5. I don’t think a single plate cover was installed straight. 6. The room was pretty loud. It honestly looked like it was someone’s first construction job and they gave it their best shot and embassy suites said sure, wherever.

Location is great and staff we encountered were friendly however I would not stay again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Better to go down 465 a bit to the Marriott. Rooms were extremely outdated, furniture ripped, air conditioning continuously dripping onto floor making tile floor extremely slick, pool was so overly crowded with kids and no adults, no daily service (even to take our trash), and all over were things just falling apart. Hotel does meet quality of what is expected and makes me wary to stay at Hilton brand again.

The staff was very friendly. However. We reserved a king bed and received two queen beds. There was red/orange stuff smeared on the bathroom door and on the frames of the door throughout the room. The dresser drawer in the bedroom would not stay closed. The continental breakfast was not great. I had the French toast and I could not even cut it. Overall, not a bad hotel for a reasonable price.

Hotel staff was great helped with whatever we needed. Pool was very shallow [that's good for small kids learning to swim]. Breakfast staff was very helpful and nice. The made to order omelet staff member was very kind and professional. The hotel was nice, needed some updates [it's old] but I could tell they were trying to keep it nice. I didn't love the balcony in each room. Not good for small kids.

I often get asked how I find such deals. The secret's out: ʜᴏᴛᴇʟᴅᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ This stay? A testament to their awesome comparison features. Wonderful stay! Fair price and friendly staff will make you feel appreciated! Breakfast was outstanding in a large dining area with ample seating where tables are set up with lots of space between tables! Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel is well maintained and the pool area is perfect for families. This is our new go to while visiting family!!
We chose this hotel as easy on/off for our travel. This hotel had some curb appeal. The rooms have definitely seen better days. The room needed a deep cleaning and the workmanship for improvements was shoddy at best. The bathroom was the size of a closet with mold around the tub and dirty walls. I would not stay here again. My family said the breakfast was good.

My recent stay was great. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location was perfect for my drive to work. The best part was the attentive, friendly staff. The hotel staff clearly emulate the customer-focus of their manager, Rachel. I will stay here again!
