1. I saw the lawn care wasn’t being done, Although there’s loud lawn mower/weed eater sounds. 2. I went outside to find that the lawn was not actually cut and the shrubs weren’t kept, while seeing the staff packing up their equipment and getting back into the marked vehicle. 3. So, I approached them and asked if they were leaving because the work wasn’t completed. Their response was “No Hable englais”. Repeatedly, he pulled down his sunglasses and said it one last timer. I said “Oh, thankyou, and turned around to walk back toward my stairs. But I thought these M.F.ers are trying to clown me. So I turned around with my phone positioned to get a picture of them and the truck logo, as the drive forward to go pass me and onward. HOWEVER, they made an illegal U-Turn from where we’re parked…to avoid driving pass me. 4. The truck was back the following week (different people?). I asked them (as they were on a different block around the corner, if they could talk with me about why they don’t cut the grass areas and trim shrubs/trees. This time we used scissor fingers -sign language, and was told they don’t have the equipment, as they point to the weed eater. This time I got a picture of the truck. This time I left a message for the company, and never received a call back. I tried calling again and there was no voicemail. 5. Anyone can put LLC behind a “company name”. However, if you can’t deliver quality services, you’ll leave customers wondering about what “activity” you’re really involved in. Even your lawn mower doesn’t have the proper blades to cut the grass … but it leave tire marks and makes loud sound. Please beware:

This company services my Apt complex @CoachHouse. Half of the time they sit, and sit, and just sit. The grass, bushes and weeds are growing over our patio in the back. We now have patches of grass missing and the weeds are choking the bushes. The company before that did a great job keeping the grounds maintained and the bushes trimmed. I'm not sure who oversees the jobs being done, but this is for certain poor management.

Embassy does the lawns for our Apt complex(township) and our maintenance guys are responsible for the areas edging buildings, patios, etc. But they never weed eat at the fence of our patio. Austin from embassy was kind enough to tackle the 5ft tall weeds growing up fence and offered to(and did) come back and blow it all off our porch too. Thanks, Austin, for going the extra mile even though it was not your job!
