I reached to my interview on time, I rang the bell, I was ignored for a while on my second attempt a voice told me to wait outside. (Outside - as in beside the lift - not even inside the reception place). I waited for 30 minutes clueless and feeling a bit weird to be sort of in the street. The person who then processed my visa was helpful. Responses over the phone or via email are not friendly.
