Worst customer service. They don’t pick up the phone and the lady that talked to me about my passport was so rude!!! Was not patient to even listen to what I had to say and she just hung up!! What’s the point of having an embassy if the workers are acting this way?? Just backwards!! Y’all don’t even deserve a star!!!
Sorry it took me this long to write my review. I want to acknowledge Mr. Joseph Y. Fofanah for a great and excellent customer service. I was there last year of December and he went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. Great job Mr Fofanah and thank you for all you do for your customers.
I had a wonderful experience with this embassy. The only thing I dislike was the price of the visa it was expensive compared to other west African country's I have visit . The guy told me what day to come and pickup my passport and it was ready. keep up the great work you guys.
I applied for a job in 2016 in Maryland. The employer wanted to see an authentication of my HND to ensure that it is not fake. I went at the Sierra Leone Embassy paid the amount which was $100.00 as at then. Two weeks interval was
The Male consular rejected me visa for a question not pertaining to the main topic thats was on my invitation letter .He ask me if am married and my salary how does that connect with reporting golf as a journalist.
The staff is rude and unprofessional. Phone calls go unanswered, they don't respond to voicemails left. Something has to change, how can SL expect visitors to want to visit if they can't speak to someone.
Wow I can’t believe this I have called more than 10 times and no one is picking my calls. Is as if no one is in the office. This is so bad …
They never answer their phone and they always leave their voicemail full so that you cant leave à message for them. I guess that the African style. Very poor customer service.
Very poor client service. Never follows through when a Sa Leonean reports a grave issue. What's the purpose of having an Embassy that is not filling it's purpose.
