When our water heater stopped working we scrambled to find a place that could help us right away. We called Emergency Master Plumbing & Air and we were connected with Zack who was able to come look at our water heater the next day. He called the maker of our water heater and got them to send a part next day air. When the part arrived, it was apparent that the part was faulty. This was unacceptable and Zack took it upon himself to call the company again and basically fight for the company to send a whole new burner unit. They did. We are happy to say we finally have hot water again. It took a little over a week to get everything up and running again but Zack was available the entire time when we needed updates. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again!

I was in a bind on a Sunday night. Water had started pouring out of my sediment filter cannister and I couldn't get it to stop. So, I shut off the water and started researching 24/7 plumbers near me. I honestly tried calling one of the "well known" TV plumbers, but no one answered and went straight to voice mail. So, I called EMPA next instead and immediately got through to a real person who got me through to the owner right away. We set up an appointment for the same evening and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Fair price considering my dilemma. Austin, the owner, is friendly and professional. Explained what he was going to do and price before I agreed to get it done. Will definitely call Austin when I need any plumbing or AC repairs or replacements.

Nate came out and diagnosed both problems quickly. He explained and actually showed me the problems he detected. He gave me a couple of solutions/options for my kitchen sink leak and was NOT pushy. He went on to my outside hose bib issue and quickly fixed the problem. Now i can water my landscape without water spraying out from the connection! All in all a very satisfactory job. From the initial call to request service to the completed service it was 100% satisfactory! This company treats the customer right! I will be calling again soon for faucet replacement!

Our sewer line backed up late in the day on a Friday, tried a plumber we used before, but they couldn't make it until Monday. We called Emergency Master Pumbers and they came out early in the evening and fixed the issue. They followed up Tuesday with a camera and scoped the system for any other issues. They were friendly, explained what they were doing and let me watch the camera as they scooped the system. I would certainly use them again as they saved the weekend for us and assured us there should be no major issues. I give them 5 starts out of 5.

I purchased a soft water system 10 years ago from Valley Environmental and had no issues with them. They came out every year for maintenance, until this year. When I called to set up appt, I found out they closed their doors. I called Emergency Master Plumbing and immediately got an appt. Austin called me when he was on his way, came in to check out my water system and went to get the proper filters. This company is very dependable and honest. After the third trip from a different plumber (thru our home warranty company) just to replace our garbage disposal and which resulted in no water to our water purifier or fridge, I called and talked to Heather. She was an absolute angel who went out of her way to come the same day. Within five minutes she assessed the problem (the safety valve was off...) and had it fixed. I've used this company several times and have always been very happy with their services, responsiveness, and pricing. Highly recommend!!!

This is worth READING! We will never use this company again! We used them for three years and spent $8500 with them between two homes. I had an issue with a bill, and talked with the receptionist about the issue. She said Austin the owner will call me back within three days! Well, here we are day number TEN...I called back yesterday, and once again only got their voicemail. It's sad to see once a good company now has gone down the DRAIN!!! Good-bye Emergency Master Plumbing....

I needed a plumber when there was an issue with my hot water tank (No Hot Water) & my plumber was out of town. They were recommended to me & they there that day, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part. Thankfully it was covered under warranty, when the part came in they were there the very next day, problem solved. Only had to pay for the labor. Thank You

AC and duct pipe check....can't say enough about the great service. EMP&A is my go-to company for plumbing and AC/heating. Used Emergency Master Plumbing & Air again...this time for outside faucet and plumbing. What can I say... trustworthy, fair price, dependable, and showed up when they said they would. Austin got the job done and I have zero complaints.

I really liked the service we got from emergency master pluming and air, Austin was very helpful and informative and was in and out in left than an hour, and the price was less than what we expected, I am glad they were able to service us as we are in the Tonopah area and not a lot of companies go out that far. We were out of town and our neighbor called to tell us our yard was flooded. I called Emergency Plumbers and they showed up very quickly and the technician Zack made a beautiful repair to our main sprinkler pipe coming off our main line. They responded quickly and did great work. I can now relax and get some sleep tonight.
