We all had the same meal grilled fish on a bed of vegetables with chips on the side and coffee to follow. The service was average but the place was clean and food was delicious and ample. It is a little bit noisy but overall a good experience. The cost of the meal and coffee including a trip was R220 as at December 2023.

Dnt let the confusion and business stop you from entering Empire cafe... The wait is worth it. Try the fried chicken livers, we ordered poached eggs with it, cause why not... Back to those chicken livers.. Your mouth will thank you. The chef really puts love and flavor in this dish. It was beautiful.

It's such a lovely spot to grab a post-surf coffee and brekky. Good working environment also,good WiFi and dog friendly. so bring your laptop, your dog and make it a fun day out of the office. My favs are the chai lates and the freshly made croissants! More
