My boyfriend and I met our furry little child Domingo here. What started off as a spontaneous "lets head to the city and look at puppies," turned into a down payment on our shihpoo. Ive read online and know extensively on the dangers of shopping at a petstore... but all of that went out the window when I met Domingo and fell in love with him. When discussing any heath issues he may have or may encounter upon purchasing him we were assured by the attendant that he's under a "guarantee" for 140 days, furthermore, they even provide you with a free consultation to an affiliated vet down the street (from personal experience I suggest you don't go to them.. when my dog ate a corn on the cob and they tried to squeeze us of every penny.. they even tried to charge us for a rabies shot the pet store provided!) Anyways, the place itself is pretty small. We traveled from NJ to NY because of their "vast" selection.. according to their website.. unfortunately, they only had a couple of the advertised dogs. Also, upon entering, the place had a pungent vomit like smell. Its entirely unpleasant but if you look passed it you'll see about 10-15 puppies. The "play" area for your one on one is a simple gate in the middle of the small store where you enter while they observe your interaction. (this was a little uncomfortable... especially since the gate was so small.. not much you could do.) Another complaint would be how steep their prices were... all the puppies were entirely overpriced they definitely do not follow what their websites advertise. However, on to some positive aspects I did appreciate how not pushy the employees were. Like i said, my boyfriend and I were only there to look... and they permitted us to interact with as many puppies as we wanted to play socialize with. Then when we met Domingo and decided to purchase him not he spot they offered a small ... very small.. discount if we paid cash. According to the attendant because of his "rare" chocolate color he couldn't reduce his price by much. Another good point was how caring they were. They could tell we were first time doggy parents so they encouraged us to call if we had any questions or concerns and even gave us a blanket for the cold. The overall experience was easy and pleasant. We got our amazing little doggy who will turn 1 in a couple of months. We love him to death but in the future I don't think I will be a repeat costumer because like I said I know all about the dangers.. I'm just thankful we got lucky with Domingo.. but not everyone is as lucky. As the saying goes, "Adopt don't Shop!"

So let me just start out by saying I went here today to potentially buy a puppy but after reading several very bad reviews I was almost sure I would not leave with one.. well.. was I wrong.. the minute I walked in I found the store to be immaculate.... extremely neat and smelled very clean.. all the dogs seemed happy and well taken care of.. it took me all of a minute to see my puppy and fall in love instantly.. the man that helped us was very informative helpful and patient..he did not make us feel rushed or pressured and also worked with us on the price.. when we decided on our puppy and agreed on the price he took the time to explain everything to us in detail.. the prices I think are very reasonable compared to what I’ve seen elsewhere on the internet.. and they did have a wide variety to choose from.. if you are looking To buy a puppy don’t walk ..run here.. I would HIGHLY recommend it and if I ever am in the market for another puppy this will be my first stop.. I don’t know what all the bad reviews are about as my experience was seemless.. a lot of them say the good reviews are from the owner.. well I can tell you I have nothing to do with the owner and have no knowledge of who he is.. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but I am writing this one because I had such a great experience and want to let people know that if they are looking to purchase a puppy as I was this is your place!! You will not regret it I promise!!! Just to add an update.. this is my puppy Jax.. nearly 5 months later and he is doing awesome! He’s healthy and happy and our entire family couldn’t be happier!

I am a bit shocked in reading some of the reviews that I have came across here so decided to write a review on 3/5/2013 I spent all day looking for a puppy went into Puppy City and the smell was horrible and they wanted an astronomical amount for a puppy before taxes when I googled I got the results for Puppy Empire. I went to see what kind of puppies they had and walking in it smelled very good and all the pppies were in clean cages and even the ones that were sleeping when I knocked on the glass came to the glass and interacted. I ended up falling in love with a Miniature Schnauzer which I named Diamond, the staff was very nice and explained everything to me along answering all of mines and my mothers questions they also gave us all her paperwork and information for a free vet visit, However when I came across all these reviews I got so scared because of all the horrible stories of sick puppies and etc... today is 3/13/2013 I just got back from taking Diamond to her first vet visit and I took her to a vet where I live in the Bronx that has no association with Puppy Empire and after spending $318.00 to have her fully checked I am happy to say that my new baby is perfectly healthy and full of energy. I am so happy with my purchase and treatment that I got with the staff from other reviews I am thinking I got lucky or maybe they got their act together either way I feel comfortable recommending them.

I went in just to look and i ended up leaving with a husky. She was gorgeous and i knew i had to have her. Very friendly staff they weren't too pushy with me when i told them i was just looking. One of the workers was very informative he approached me and asked if i was looking for anything in particular. I wasn't, until i saw the husky. Once i did i think i asked just about every question possible about huskies. The gentleman helping me answered every single one of my questions and i finally made my decision of buying the husky. When i went to pay they make you sign some papers and they offer some supplies if you'd like to buy them (I'm a first time dog owner so it definitely was of good help). They told me the puppy also came with its shots up to date and you get a first time free check up at your local vet (pretty cool). The transaction was complete and they handed me my puppy and a blanket and i was off. I even got a certificate showing the husky is a pure breed and the names of her father and mother and their numbers. Over all the place was clean, the dogs looked happy and the staff was excellent and very knowledgable, it was a pleasant experience :)

I am a single dad, with two very active kids 5 & 9 year olds. I have been looking for a way to keep them entertained. I decided a puppy would be a good solution. I was looking around for somewhere to purchase a puppy. Them I found empire puppies. despite a few negative reviews i decided to go into the shop to take a look. Let me start off buy saying i was very surprised when i walked in, it smelled very nice. The puppies looked healthy and were very active. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They helped me pick the dog i thought was right for my situation. A Tea-Cup Yorkie we named cookie. They went over the health guarantee with me and had papers on the dogie + free vet check-up. Also i was was very pleased that everything i needed was available at the store. (cage,food,bowls,puppy pads etc.) It's been 2 months since we brought cookie home, he is very healthy and full of energy. the kids love him and he keeps them entertained. Very pleased. i give them two thumbs up!

Coming from someone who was extremely firm on rescues, after having a difficult quarter of countless rescue events and puppies being first come first serve and no luck, Empire Puppies gave me the experience and bedside manner I needed. I took home my Claude (Yorkiepoo). I will say that the price online was much less than what was presented in store, but I honestly cannot put a price on how he’s filled our hearts at home. He has a personality like none I’ve ever met before. If we cannot find another fur baby via adoption, I’m 100% going to consider homing another Empire puppy. Considerations: I would’ve liked a follow up from the shop asking if he’s okay/ adjusting well- not necessary but that’s how you create lifers/ build rapport. They should be in possession of the rabies tag versus the hospital they’re affiliated with. Update website- photos, prices, descriptions. First two photos were taken within the first month that we got him (10/2018) The last photo was this past weekend (01/2020)

Bought a cockapoo puppy from them in 2010. Wanted to get a new companion and immediately no. Appointments only are a sly way to get you to buy a puppy even if they don’t have the puppy you want. I emailed asking for a specific breed, gender, and color and was told yes they have it and directed to the website. The website didn’t have the color or breed. They told me they do and told me to schedule an appointment. I didn’t want to waste my time going there and them not having what I wanted but feeling pressured to get any puppy so I decided to go to Citipups in manhattan where there’s no appointments and their website matches their in store stock. Prices are more than Empire Puppies but at least I got to walk in, have playtime with the puppies I wanted. I left with TWO of them. Get rid of that ridiculous appointment mess. You’re not doing it to protect from Covid. You’re doing it to lock people into buying a puppy. Sly business model.

I recently was sold a beautiful beagle puppy from Empire puppies. Her tummy was a little bloated but they told me it was just because Beagles like to eat. I work at PetSmart so I knew she probably had worms but I already fell in love. That night my puppy wouldn't eat, play or drink so in the morning I took my puppy to MY vet (not the one they recommend) and he took xrays. He said shhe had pneumonia for at least THREE WEEKS! I then took her to their vet for a second opinion and he said she had a diaphragmic hernia and i should put her down or just exchange her! SHE IS NOT A PAIR OF SHOES! I'm currently TWO THOUSAND dollars in debt giving her all the medical treatment she needs. EMPIRE PUPPIES DIDN'T EVEN CARE SHE WAS SICK! THEY SAID IT WAS MY DOG, SO IT WAS MY PROBLEM, even though they sold her to me sick! I recommend if you buy a puppy from them you are saving the poor pup and expect some financial burden.

I recently bought a shiba Inu from empire puppies and I cannot be any happier. When I first walked in I had in mind to get a shiba but I wasn't too sure. As I walked in the store I noticed the place was very clean overall, smelled good, the puppy's looked happy and the staff was very welcoming. The staff wasn't pushy whatsoever and they answered all my questions. It was my first time purchasing a dog and I had a lot of questions and they answered all of mine. When I purchased the shiba they made me sign some paperwork, gave me a free visit at a clinic and also gave the paper saying it was a purebred shiba Inu. I am very satisfied with my shiba and I would recommend empire puppies to everyone. Everything about empire puppies was great from the overall cleanliness, to the puppy's, and the staff. My kids love the shiba !!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE PUPPIES FROM THIS PLACE! Puppies are unhealthy and most likely are a puppy mill! I purchased the cutest toy poodle apricot in color, my baby girl Luna on Easter Sunday she was the best puppy until about two months into falling in love with our baby we were forced to put her down due to the fact that she had distemper in which she contracted prior to purchase while at empire puppies! Although we were completely refunded because they were intimidated by legal action that was threatened to take place by us, they were nonchalant and inconsiderate as if they didn't even care and she was just merchandise to be returned! Will never buy from here again and am warning all other future pet owners, STAY AWAY FROM HERE! They also write half of these reviews themselves and delete bad ones! Save a heartbreak, ADOPT!

I am so glad I met my dog here. My dog had kennel cough. We had to take her to a doctor affiliated with the store for a couple of months. The store covered the bills. Ever since she is fine and now she is 3 yrs old, no health problems. But this place could be categorized as so called "puppy mills". In the store, there is a door to the basement. When someone opened the door, I heard many pups crying and screaming... I feel that they are treated as products here. I know many dog lovers are against this kind of place. I try to think that at least I was able to save one of them from mistreatment. My dog is the lucky one. I wonder what happens when they are not picked...Regarding purebred or not, I am not sure. My dog is much bigger than average and maybe mixed but it doesn't matter!! I love her so much!!

I cant express with words how disgusted I am of this place. I purchased my pup Rico a little over a year and 3 months ago today, as a first time dog owner I was fooled into buying from a pet store. I am thankfull I saved My pup from this place, he had a serious disease called Distemper! but he is a survivor ! He has a disorder known as myclonis* (involentary spasms of the muscles) the after effects of distemper. My pup was also given antibiotics when he was born for kennel cough which left him with permanent yellowing of the teeth. Rico now lives a healthy life due to great medications and neadless to say he is a fighter. Im glad Rico fell into to the right hands because if not they probably would have put him to sleep once they found out about his condition. This place needs to be shut down!!

I can't understand why are they still on business, visiting that store is a NIGHTMARE and you will be most likely traumatized for the rest of the day. My first impresion of the store was the nasty condicion in what they had their puppies + the unhappy they seemed. I started to be annoyed for the nasty treat that the men there gave to me (and to the puppies, I'm sure they don't love them and they just see puppies as an item). The worst thing was when I asked if I could go to the bathroom, they didn't let me go but I insisted and my surprise was finding all this poor sick, crying and even dying puppies. I will for sure report them to many diferent animal associations and, of course, if you read this and love animals please don't support this hell store.

i got a dog from this place several months ago . i decided not listen to the reviews and go, i was surprised to see how clean it was and i purchased my new puppy he was 4 months old, After few weeks my puppy began to limp so i called the store and they told me it was normal and as a first time owner i believed him. i went to the vet they recommended and they told me it was normal because he is still growing thats how they walk. Now my puppy is 7 months and he still walks like this, i don't entirely blame the place because i should've listen to the reviews about this place and gone to a different vet . PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS AND MAKE BETTER RESEARCH WHEN BUYING YOUR PUPPY. IF YOU CAN DON'T BUY HERE.

DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE A DOG FROM HERE. I purchased (what I thought to be) a healthy male german shepherd. In their terms & conditions it clearly states if dog has any health issues, we will refund all your money. When I brought this to their attention, they said sorry we can’t give you your money back for him. The staff & owner were both very disrespectful during this whole process and now we have to take home a sick puppy. I have everything on video of him screaming, being very very rude & going against his own protocol. All for what? When I tell you, this place shouldn’t be running. It’s disgusting behind the scenes.

They don’t honor their words here and they lie about their dogs' ages, just be aware. Bought a puppy here and turns out by both our PCP Dr. and Petco Clinic Dr. that our puppy is two months older than they claimed to be judging by the teeth he has. They also promised a free physical examination but turns out it’s conditional only if you get your dog’s vaccine at the contracted vet but they never mentioned it’s conditional and rather use it as a selling strategy to make you feel it’s a good deal. You will be better off getting the vaccines at Petco than with the contracted vet.

Soooo I had never thought I would buy from a pet store. I was pleasantly surprised of the cleanliness and professional service. Joseph was cool and I went specifically for the Shis poo that was advertised. He was older than the others. Almost 6 months which made me sad that he has been in the crate since he was 2 months. I took a chance. He checked out healthy. They do provide a vet for you to check out the pup and they are microchip. I still try took him to my own. I named him Bailey. He now lives his best life with his older brother Lucas a Maltipoo. Thanks Empire puppies

I got my first puppy ( a pug) from this place a few months ago. I had visit many places before settling for empire puppies. I think the price is reasonable. More importantly, it is the staff that truly made me deciding for this place. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Since I was a first timer, I had many questions, and they answered all of them patiently. I also think the place is clean. I didn't notice any odor. I've been back a couple times since my first visit for supplies. I definitely recommend this place. P.S I love my pug! Thank you empire puppies!!!!

Pleasant place very clean, staff was very helpful with selecting pups to play with, I picked out a mini bulldog first but he was too hyper, secondly a eskipoo and he was really mellow, and playful, I felt the latter was a better fit for me and picked him up to take home the next day before he came home, they gave me a lot of info on the dog his care and food needs. I am very pleased with my experience @ Empire Pups and will continue to give them my business, if ever your in the market to buy a pup, this is definatly a place to check out, best prices hands down also.

Purchased my daughter a puppy from here for her birthday the man was so unprofessional & rushing he made me & my children wait outside while he got the puppy he said they washed her & cut her nails liessss no they didn’t !!! Not even a day after purchasing the puppy she was very ill & I immediately called him first he hung up so I called back & he said it was normal it’ll past that she’ll be okay he can’t do anything I can’t get a refund nothing . My daughters pup past dismorning please do not buy puppies from here !!!!!!!!! This is heart breaking & traumatizing

Do not buy any dogs from this establishment. I got my dog 2 years ago and she has so many problems behavioral and physical. We have to get surgery on her knees which she had since birth and the owners didn't tell us about. She has ear infections every week. She's reactive which is most likely due to genetics. And this place is insanely overpriced. Do yourself a favor and shop ethically by looking for reputable breeders who do health checks and don't keep their puppies in cages. Plus the cost is significantly lower. This place NEEDS to be shut down.

Horrible service. I called asking about the price of the puppies and they never gave me an exact price, just a price range which is something I couldn't really go off of. I also wanted to mention that towards the end of the call, the person I was speaking to told me to call him when I know the puppy I want. I was just asking questions about certain puppies and their pricing and he seemed tired of it. It would of been easier if they have just answered my email instead of advising that I call them which didn't make anything better.

BAIT N SWITCH!!! Don't waste your time. They post pictures and prices online and when you get there, they don't honor their prices. They show you a different "Puppy" for that price that's FULL GROWN already. Also the service is horrible. The people working there dont seem to care about their job. No one acknowledges you as you arrive. They just keep chatting amongst themselves like if you didn't exist. Saw multiple people come in and leave without anyone saying hello or anything. Very disappointing.

I recently purchased my shiba inu puppy (Lucky) from Empire Puppies. It took me a while to decide which breed I wanted because I just wanted to bring all of them home! Even though it took me a while to decide, they weren't pushy and were very friendly even though I asked so many questions. I've been to other puppy stores in the area but they felt that I wasn't going to purchase a puppy and left me alone without offering help. Excellent customer service at Empire Puppies, highly recommended.

Gf and I are on the hunt I want a english bulldog and she wants a golden doodle anyway long story short we are driving around and we stop at any pup place we see and look and ask questions. We see empire puppies park and walk in. Guy tells us it's appointment only I'm like that's weird every pup place we been to and we went to alot easily 20 plus never told us that. So he refused to see us a d we left. It's fine don't take our money when we find the right pups they will have our business

Hi just want it to thank u guys from bottom my heart. I bought Doberman pinscher from u guys 12 yrs ago. I named him Bruno. He just passed away yesterday. Infact today his 12th birthday. It was just pleasure having him. Never got sick, perfect dog and companion until his last day. If u guys have his bloodline available I will like to get one more from u guys. He was Red Doberman. I got my Bishpoo in June at this place. Yes, it is by appointment only. I called and asked if I can come in, and so we did. I immediately fell in love with my fluffy white fur baby the moment I saw him. The guy did seem to rush the process to get us out FAST. So far my fur baby has been with us for 2 months and he’s doing just fine. He eats well, he potty trained pretty fast (by 6months) he’s great with my toddler and I’m happy with him. Overall thank God he’s healthy as can be.

I called here a few weeks ago asking what kind of puppies are available and if I’m able to do a walk in and the man that answered told me I need to know which dog I want from their website and when I asked the pricing he only gave me a range and when I said can I come see them he said “ No , only serious inquiries only” so I HAD to buy a dog there even if there wasn’t one that I specifically wanted. Not professional at all and pricing was insane, 2,800-3,500 nah that’s crazy

BAD PLACE TO BUY A DOG! I bought a Shiba Inu from this place at 3 months and it turns out that the dog has a serious problem. The dog does not want to do anything except be in his bed. I have tried many different techniques suggested by doctor to alleviate problem and nothing has worked. This place must of mis-treated him, which is why he is afraid of humans. I will never buy from here again! Also explains why they did not let the dog go on the floor before I bought him.

Our yorkie is almost 1 yr old today. He is the most amazing addition to our family. He was easy to train, is loving and has a beautiful temperament. Although they only sell males which made me feel uncomfortable, the dogs are healthy, vibrant and well groomed. I wouldn’t hesitate getting another one from them. The dogs are the best of all breeds and priced well. I was very skeptical and selective about purchases for my family. This is worth the visit for a family pet.

Bought 2 dogs from here. One was a gift for a friend and the other for me. The first was a Eskimo poodle, beautiful playful and happy. She is now 7 years old and in excellent health (she was 3 months when I purchased her). Max, a morkie, is my dog. He was also 3 months old and is now 4 years old. He is the love of my life. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. They don't pressure you and the dogs seem happy and healthy. Will definitely go here again!

They were very pleasant at the store. However, if you are looking for a "pure bred" like they advertise? Keep looking. I paid for a pure bred Shih Tzu puppy at 3 months old, he is now 8 months and huge and I now know the puppy is mixed with terrier, but how do you prove that after the fact? Not to mention, he was sick with parasites and they don't cover parasite treatment. So I had a huge vet bill from day one. I would suggest looking for a breeder.

I am very happy with my English bulldog I bought from empire puppies three months ago. He is very healthy and super cute. This place is clean and neat! the employees there are truly friendly, helpful professional and knowledgeable. I personally didn't have much experience in taking care of it. They are so nice and willing to help when I called back with questions. I would definitely suggest this store to others. thanks to empire puppies:)

Got my Maltese yorkie mix puppy here back in August, he has grown into a very healthy & happy dog and always has been, good customer service lovely selection to choose from, the place is very clean and smells good, everything is in good condition and they let you play with the puppy and watch them play first. Update: it’s been three years already since I got my baby & We’ve never been happier, thank you empire puppies.

I had gotten a Shih tzu.. He Was extremely sick.. And unfortunately had to be put down.. They send you to the vet that they want you to go to.. And of course they're going to give you a good Bill of health. After taking my baby to a different veterinarian's office I found out the truth.. I spent thousands and thousands of dollars trying to help him but to no Avail.. Please do not buy a puppy from them.

I'm laughing at "Martha Padilla" lol too funny "the puppies u see on the websites are not what they have in the store" Of course not! You want the SAME puppy that they are showing...lol Those are probably 5 years old by now! And it's "website" not websites. Someone clearly needs to go back to school and get a position that pays more to be able to afford "The Good Stuff." You get what you pay for. SMH!

We have purchased a French Bulldog from Empire Puppies about 8 years ago. We must said, this puppy is healthy and very smart. It didn’t take us a long time to train him. We remembered how professional and knowledgeable those staffs are in the shop. They provided us so much information for a first time owner. We are thinking getting him a companion these days, will definitely come to you guys.

Got my Boston Terrier here. Staff was friendly and helpful without giving me the strong sales pitch, which I appreciated. Understanding with my very excited 6 year old. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a dog. Not cheap, but felt very good about the puppy we brought home, and two months later, he is robust and healthy and I don’t second guess the store choice or price at all.

I got my first ever puppy from here; my boyfriend got him as a gift for Christmas. A yorkie terrier mix. Tiny little guy we .. well he named him Ackee. After my country’s National fruit lol. It was fitting. I loved him ❤️❤️ will purchase another pup from them. Ackee knee commands when we brough him home so little to no training and he was relatively house trained. Thank you guys.

When I bought a puppy Alaskan klee kai, the same day the puppy had a seizure, the second day the puppy had another seizure. DO NOT BUY DOGS FROM HERE I was devastated that me and my family had to return the dog, the veterinarian they suggested for us was HORRIBLE it was unprofessional, the guy who checked my dog had CHEETO DUST ON HIS FINGERS AND CLOTHES I’m not joking CHEETO DUST

Terrible Place to buy a Dog. This place will sell you dogs with mental issues and health issues. Do Not buy here. And you have to have an appointment. What puppy store has it's doors locked during working hours everyday, all day and will only let you see a dog through a glass at a certain time. I purchased a dog from here and the dog has serious mental issues.

Price are extremely high , and the puppies u see on the websites are not what they have in the store...they barely have any puppies...What they do have are puppies who are sleeping and sad....They are rude and they do not negotiate when it comes to the overpriced tag on the unhappy puppies.... horrible...I brought a german shepherd from this place and every day its another problem, and when they tell you they gave them shots, forget it, they barely feed them, this place is more of a rescue facility then a pet store, if you want problems then buy from them, but you have been warned, and believe me the good reviews ARE written from the owners.....

I was close to buying a puppy from this place.. until I read multiple reviews about the puppies being sick and having diseases. Not only do they charge over $1000 for their puppies, they do not take care of them properly before being adopted - this can Be very harmful to the puppy and create bad habits. I will not give this business my money.

If you are looking for a beautiful and healthy puppy. You all should visit Empire Puppies, they have small and large breeds all the time. We just got a Yorkie from them, very thanksgiving to Joseph at the shop, who was very patient and not pushy at all throughout the whole process. We will go visit you and ask questions if we have.

Nasty attitude of the guy helping us out today! My wife and I are first-time buyers. The employee or owner was rude and turned us away at the door we didn't even know we need an appointment! When Also, the store smells really bad the poor puppies were caged with multiple puppies. My wife got heartbroken and we decided to leave.

Puppies look and smell clean. I just think they are over priced. Especially coming from a puppy mill.. And not very happy with how small of a cage they are in.. i tried to purchase a poodle mix and the guy was charging me 1,400 I had to walk away with my kids. I offered 1,100 but he wasn't trying to drop the price...

It wasn't a nice experience. 11 years ago I met my furbaby here. He died in January of this year. So I decided to visit to say thank you for introducing me to my furbaby 11 years ago. The staff was very unwelcoming. Not a friendly vibe at all. I left quickly because it felt so cold. Alot has changed in 11 years.

I love this place i would recommend this puppy paradise to everyone, the staff work with u, also it's like family oriented, the boarding is excellent the grooming is excellent, i just hope they can do pick up again for dog grooming, it helps alot especially people with disabilities, otherwise i love u guys

This place should be shut down! If wishes came true the owners would be in the kennels. I looked into the dogs eyes eyes and only found and empty shell of a happy bouncy soul of where a young life once beamed . False advertisement , posted pictures and prices that weren't honored. -10 STA RS

So far, so great. Our maltipoo is a lovely sweet dog. Smart and so far healthy. He has a great apatite and seemed to be fully trained at 6 months old. I was never going to buy at a store, but it was impossible to find what I needed at a rescue. We are trilled with Cyrus.

We purchased a beautiful, male Shih- Chon four years ago. He has been a treasure!!! The staff and puppies are superb. We are considering purchasing again, and by far, this is the only place I would go to. They are extremely knowledgeable in crate training, feeding, etc.

I stopped in yesterday to see the puppies available, I called a friend that’s an expert and she said they weren’t being honest about how old the dogs were. They were too big to be the age stated. The was professional but not too friendly and a bit overpriced

Don't get fooled by the fake 5 star reviews The Dogs are sick! Don't know what they inject them to keep them calm and sad all day! All i know is causing puppies to have serious problems ! Protect your investments. They need a Dog Fax in place ugh!

Bought a Husky from here best decision I ever made. Puppy was in great health and came with a certificate showing that the puppy was a pure breed, and shots. Employees were very helpful and tried to help me as best as they can.

Dont waste your time. They show you all these different puppies on there website for cheap .. drove an hr to get to the store expecting to see all these different breeds of dogs. They only had a select few for way over priced!

I have a 9 years old schnauzer and a 4 y Rottweiler from Empire puppies. They never ever got sick. I trust this place. The reason why I give 4 stars is because Costumer service is not the best but still would go back for more.

Walking into this business and seeing how they hold these poor animals in tiny cages for hours on end. They do not care for these animals and should be shut down. Please go rescue an animal from the shelter.

They let you see puppies physically (you can touch them) even the ones that aren't ready for adoption. They know what they are dealing with and explain it to you very well. It's a pleasant experience.

Purchased our fur baby a year and 1 month ago. Healthy, happy and after following tge advice the day we purchased him and remaining consistent he was trained pretty quickly. Overall great experience.

Someone I know bought a Yorkie-poo from there and was diagnosed with an intestinal disease and passed away before she was 1 year old. No one should get a puppy here. I think they're from puppy mills.
