I wouldn't recommend anyone renting Van's from them. I rent a metris from they gave me old beat up van super dirty and smelly and that van broke down on me after 2 days in Manhattan called these guys and they start asking funny questions "do you km now how to drive a Mercedes" any how van broke down and they brought another van after 4 hours which screwed my account and they didn't want this van so I brought the van back a day b4. I requested my money back for that day which I didn't use the van and the day when van broke down they came back after 2 weeks saying oh you drove the van in pool of water which cause that so you are not getting nothing back so I told them yes I went in to swimming pool took this van with me lol full of shity people working there don't even bother doing business they have old beaten up cars

This place is the tops. In spite of my late reservation, Empire Rent a Car had just the vehicle I needed. The service was prompt and professional, and the van was in top condition -- I didn't want to give it back! The price I paid at Empire was significantly less than what I would have paid to the competition for a lesser experience, and so there is little debate as to which car/truck/van rental service in northern Queens has the most to offer. Five stars.

This will be the only place I rent a car from! The car was beautiful inside and out! I got the car I wanted all for a great price! Everything was explained to me before I left out with the car, not one problem when I brang it back! I must say there is no better customer service anywhere!!! I'm definitely a happy customer!

Rented this vehicle for my daughter’s birthday party. Awesome customer service and very friendly at the College Point location on 131st street in Queens. Clean and efficient. Everything went smooth. This will be my only go to rental company for all my vehicles. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Rented a truck from here when I moved to the area, and most recently for a 5 day trip. Both times the service was quick yet through. Car and truck conditions were great both times. Can't recommend this place enough.

I rented a box truck from empire and let me tell you, it was worth every dollar spent. The manager Chris was extremely nice and helpful. Look no further this is a company that cares.
