After having trouble with a different rental company. I called Empire and had the pleasure of speaking with Mike. He was very helpful and kind. I needed a car asap and he was able to get me a car right away and let's not forget the price was great!!! The car drove awesome and super clean as well. Will never rent from anywhere else!!!

This is my second time renting a car from them. Gloria is wonderful! The first time I rented from them, I rented a large van for a group and the second time I needed a quick rental for the weekend. Both times Gloria assisted me and I received excellent customer service from her! This is definitely my go to rental spot.

I would put 0 stars, its lousy only one person here and had to wait an hour. I spoke to a representative and told her I made reservations on Wednesday, its Friday now n told me, " she's not there i cant do nothing about it", and hang up the phone. Also left the business un attended with a sign saying back in 5 min.

Cheaper than the local competitors (Budget and Enterprise). I would advise after booking online, you call immediately afterwards to ensure a vehicle will be available for you the day you need it. It gets busy during the weekend mornings, so call before leaving and give yourself time in the morning

Linda was very helpful getting my reservation for a 15 person sprinter van booked. The guys at the LIC location were also great to deal with and helpful. Took me less than 10 minutes from the time when i walked in to the time I drove off the lot. Would 100% rent from Empire Van Rental LIC again!

I rented a car and it was absolutely DISGUSTING. It smelled like rotten beer and it was crusty. There was old chip bags and rappers.
