Extremely rude staff. I was waiting at the prescriptions desk for over 10 minutes and was not acknowledged once. People walked in after me and were served and I was completely ignored. Will not be going there again, very rude and unprofessional.

Sonal and her staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have a chemist that’s closer to me, but I choose to use Emu Plains Pharmacy for all my pharmacy needs.

They charge 3x the regular cost of prescriptions. It’s well worth driving the extra 5min to Penrith.
