I got a keratin hair straightening treatment, it was 150 pounds. I asked them how much was it before and they told me 150, what they failed to tell me is that if you get the tiniest trim (only your ends) it’s 20 pounds. When the girl asked me if I wanted a trim at the end of my treatment I told her yes, assuming it was part of it because she didn’t tell me it was an additional charge. I understand their clientele is usually upper class and don’t have this problem, but I on the other hand did not plan on spending 175, I came in there prepared with the 150. This wasn’t even a full trim, just a very tiny amount with even no blow out. I was very disappointed at this service, you need to tell the client before you decide to add a 20 pound service with out letting them know.

Absolutely fantastic experience at the salon. Janos colour corrected my hair perfectly to its natural colour after I had wrecked it with box dyes over the lockdown period. I was there for just over 2 hours and Janos monitored my hair every step of the way, which is a massive change from how I've been treated at other salons in the area (who tend to walk off and just leave you while your hair gets fried). The total cost was £60 which included removing the previous colour, adding the new colour and a blow dry. The salon was pristine and the customer service was top tier, 11/10 would recommend!

Yesterday was my first visit to this salon. It’s fairly new place and it’s my local so I thought I’ll give it a go well good thing I did! Since I have thick long hair and I’m always worried how someone will treat my hair specially to a salon where I haven’t been before. I was really lucky to meet someone I could trust with my hair they really cared about it, made sure everything is done top-quality It was superb service and an amazing experience I highly recommended!! I’m going back for highlights in a months time. Super clean salon and their coffees are top notch!!!

I've been coming to this hairdressers for 1 year now! And it's the best decision I made was walking through their door. It's very hard to trust people with your hair and get it exactly the way you want it! Just had my long awaited hair extensions at this lovely salon. All of the staff are so lovely and caring, professional and perfectionist. I’ve been coming to endless hair for two years for hair extentions and I’ve tried and tested many but these were the best in every way. Quality of hair and quality of application is was the best.
