For the two ladies that work at the counter how dare you swear at customers just because they asked to use sellotape. They could of told me nicely that they don’t provide sellotape but instead they started shouting and swearing? I will treat you the same way you treated me. Treat your customers with RESPECT.

I use this post office regularly and always have a good experience. Today, one of their employees Chirag went above and beyond to help me with a very stressful return of a mattress whilst juggling an 8 month old and a 2 year old toddler. Honestly couldn't have done it without him, massive thanks again!!

Appalling customer service. After keeping me waiting for over 15 minutes in the queue, the employee was not only completely unapologetic but rude and aggressive. The attitude here is one of total contempt for their customers. Any other business with this quality of service would go bust very quickly.
