How do i begin to describe being shouted at by your staff like two crazy hyenas? I visited your store around 9:30 last night(pointing this out so you can identify the ladies on duty) after being told your electricity is off line I politely asked for them not ring up my order... which was ignored and in response I was very rudely and abruptly told I must return the items to the fridge if I want my money back, at this point I refused on principal, if perhaps if I was asked politely with any sense of decency I would have walked the 2 steps to do it. Instead the two ladies proceeded to start shouting at me and demanding I do as they say... I got my money back and left with them shouting like two crazed banshees, disturbing the customers outside... The level of verbal abuse was so loud my passenger outside could clearly hear them. Well done on employing such fine upstanding ladies'!

Filling up there is the standard experience but the shop is often unmanned forcing one to wait when buying ice, chips, etc. There is a basic deli counter selling various curries freshly made on the premises. It used to be an Indian guy making it but he left/was asked to leave once his "helper" could replicate some dishes. People who bought there all say the quality then dropped significantly. It might be worth at least one try, though. The area has no other place to buy decent food. Southfield ShopRite is universally as having a terrible deli and the chippy next door has yet to settle into a consistent offering.

On Friday 24 January 2020, due to an unfortunate misunderstanding the fuel attendant accidentally filled my car with petrol instead of diesel. Minor panic ensued from me but within 15 minutes the duty manager had arranged a tow truck to take my car to a nearby service centre where the tank was drained and diesel put in. This was late on Friday afternoon and GMV had arranged for a member of staff (Gavin) to stay behind to attend to my problem. It's a long time since I've had the pleasure of such efficient and helpful customer service. Thank you very much to both Guy's Service Centre and GMV. Excellent work.

Would not recommend anyone go here. I walked in and asked the woman behind the counter a question and she just gave me a dirty look and carried on playing on her phone, completely ignored me. Plenty of other petrol stations that are 24/7 and have what they have in the immediate area. Can't imagine if she actually had to work.

Very bad service asked the petrol attendant to put in R250 petrol he throws in R350 then gives me lip about it, after there was two of us in the car, I told him u busy over throwing and he casually strolles to stop the pump, then the cashier in the shop also has a bad attitude, not throwing it in there again

I am displeased at the service and attitude , i wanted to use my ebuck points to fill my gas and was told on twice they do not do it. I found it very strange as i used my points before at that very gas station. I then tried to call to query this after and there was no answer.

Worst service I have received this evening by being shouted at by a petrol guard at 19h12. I have been a loyal customer for the past 5yrs...I will never fill any of my cars ever again at your service station... just unacceptable behavior.

Definitely one for the friendliest place where it comes to the attendants. Fast and efficient service. Some other garages could learn a lot from them.
