Can I just say I honestly think this is the best Engen and service centre I have visited. From the petrol attendants who greeted and smiles from start to finish- Inside the shop having friendly and efficient service as well as knowledge on the specials. I spent more but saved in the long run :) So impressed! Definitely well run centre and happy staff! Definitely my Wednesday morning coffee stop!

Only reason i give 1 star is because 0 stars is not an option. Useless service here. Put petrol in my car and because their card machines dont work it became my problem. Not only an arrogant attendent in store but also started swearing, after wich security was called on me. For me filling all my company cars there, i think SASOL up the road will treat me better when they get 30K a month from me.

17:50 on Sunday. 1 petrol attendant helping customers. After 3 minutes one comes out of the waiting area helping customers that came after me, ignorant as hell when i said i am next in line. Then another come strolling from spar and again wants to help other customers. After 15 years filling 2 cars with you i will move on your neighbor Total. Useless service and useless management by your staff

I have been dealing with you for almost 8 years on and off. I think everyone should just bear in mind that, like your workplace, there are also unforseen issues like short staff. Be patient trust me the staff is so friendly it will be worth the wait. I have never left the premises not being happy with their service. From the shop to petrol to carwash.

Im definitely impressed with this steers, Most helpful and thoughtful staff i have ever seen! 22:34, and they are still willing to make me a few milkshakes! From time to time you go to the same establishment and you get Amazing service with a smile, every single staff member greets and wants to know if they can assist and this garage was 5 stars before. But now the staff is lackluster and slow, takes 20 minute to get service for petrol on a quiet evening

I was denied access to bathroom because I only bought at steers I am so disappointed in your staff he made it clear that they only cater for their customers not steers while steers is located inside their kiosk

Fast, friendly staff always willing to assist. My son was involved in an accident and those guys were upon the first ones on the scene.

Very good service. Every time you go there water,oil and tyre pressures are checked without a fuss. Windscreen is also cleaned.
