Worst experience ever Friday the 13th. Went to have an early dinner at Debonairs pizza. Ate my pizza on site and then ordered one for home. Because I was on site longer than an hour they clamped the wheel of my car. I was told that I must pay R300 to unclamp my Wheel. I am told that I am taking up space of other people in their parking lot. I did not have the R300 after I spent it in their shop and restaurants. The sheer audacity to clamp the wheel while I am shopping in their store and spending my hard earned cash in their business. I used to frequent this place weekly. Never and never again. Well they got rid of a customer today and bet they don't even give a Continental about it. Certainly don't need this trauma in my life. Horrible horrible experience!!!

Was there this morning. Parked at an empty pump bay. Waited there for service for awhile. Was not acknowledged by any of the attendants. A car guard who I presume is a beggar, came to me and told me that the pump I was at was not working. I then told an attendant at the adjacent pump that he could have had the decency of placing a cone or at least approaching me to inform me that the pump was not working. He was unapologetic and didn't care less. He directed me to a pump on the other end of the forecourt, only to find an unattended car with its hazards on blocking the pump. I drove off and Will not return to this site.

Went there today. All the tills were not working. Staff standing around watching the tills reboot or something. There was only one lady who was manning the till at the bakery and serving pies at the same time. Line was long, no social distancing and handsanitiser was not dispensing was in there a good 15 minutes. I asked if she could be assist by one of the ladies at the till to speed things up as we were all on our way to work. All I got was a tongue lashing and all I wanted was a pack of Marlbor, never stopping there again . Poor service.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Engen Parktown Convenience petrol filling station. Every time I visit, I have to wait for what feels like an eternity before being served. The long waiting times are frustrating and unacceptable. I hope the station management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their service efficiency. Customers like me deserve better, and I hope my experience is taken into consideration for future improvements.

Bruce you don't service people because of the cars that they are driving you obviously saw that I was first but you left me for what ever reason.... The moment I told you about you were supposed to come and help..... Thanks to the guy who came to my rescue. This is very sad and pathetic I love this filling station and please don't help me again.

It's the service at the gas station for me! Love it! They're all kind, forever in a good mood, well even if they aren't they won't show it to you. I've never had a bad experience with any of them and I've always gotten good service from each one of them. They really love what they are doing and i think that's beautiful because we all benefit.

Stopped here to fill up and get a burger for dinner on a Saturday evening. The petrol attendant were friendly, helpful and quick, but the Steers inside...the queue was long, the shop attendants including the manager had their backs to us. No one was attending to us. I had to throw a hissy fit for them to serve us. Disgusting service indeed.

You spend an approximate 30 minutes waiting before getting help simply cause they doing shift change, the guy taking the readings has no sense of urgency and no one bothers to notify you till u get out of the car and inquire yourself. It's not even 6 am and half an hour of my traffic commute is gone …

Terrible service. Products price at till different to label. Prices at convinces store substantially higher than average. You will wait for quite a while to fill up. And most of the time their pumps aren’t working. Much better options in the surrounding areas. Stay away

This is worst garage ever, 3 ladies stuck here for over an hour ,not one person came to assist. If you're a lady and have a break down never seek refuge at this garage .They just don't give a damn ,their only concern was to move the car out of the way.Just disgusting

You guys know how busy it gets with the morning rush hour, why do you only have 1 cashier at the till during this time? Between 6-7:30 it's a nightmare; took me over 15 minutes to pay for a muffin and coffee this morning and this was at 6am!!!! Sort your service out!

Check oit this corner for snacks ranging from Woolies Foods stuff, corner bakery, nirgers, fish and chips, pizzas but sadly no coffee, only a broken self service coffee machine. Go to Coffee at 7 in the Parltown Ace business Park for coffee and home made meals!

Since when are parking attendants allowed to beg within filling station premises? I've never seen this elsewhere. Each time I stop at your filling station I'm harassed for food and money, while the petrol attendants just look on. I feel

Sometimes gets crowded, especialy when there is a fuel price hike and at the end of a month, times vary during the day. However a masive upside, you can go to the Woolworths food section while you wait to fill up.

Pretty nice convenience store. It sells Woolworths food and their food is always fresh. The attached steers, fish aways and debonaires is almost really lovely! Lost a start because it is very busy :).

Always busy, so don't go if you are in a hurry. Service is OKAY from the convenience store - I have been double charged on many occasions so check your till slip before leaving the store.

What can I say. Its an Engen garage. Good service. Tap and Go payment (no wallet required to pay for fuel). The mini Woolies and Wimpy is a good addition. Wish the Wimpy was halaal.

I always stop here on my way to client visits. The store has just about everything and I am sure you'll find what you need. Petrol attendants are friendly and helpful

The fast food restaurants never stick to their business times and close at random times. Locals and tourists, please do not support these fools.

Love this fuel garage. Friendly attendants and has the convenience of Woolworths. There's also Steers, Debonaires and Fish Aways adjacent to it.

I have been to many filling station before but this one sold me a 2 litre coke for R38, this is quite ridiculous even for a convenient store.

Petrol attendant tried to double charge me this morning for Petrol, surprise surprise, another Engen. Watch out for them trying to scam you

Nice Engen Filling Station with Woolworths Quick food stop and adjoining Wimpy Restaurant. Good service, will be heading back there soon.

Friendly staff and a variety of fast food outlets available. Parking can be tight on busy days but there is a parking assistant available
