Stopped to fill up with petrol, In my Peugeot 206 2002 model, I opened my petrol cap proceeded to check my own water and oil also topped up my washer bottle with no assistance from the three attendants one lady and two gentlemen who continued to have their discussion throughout this process. I then closed my petrol cap and asked whether my vehicle was too old to receive any attention, the one gentlemen said eish I apologize not a problem I said I will fill up down the road from where I received 5 star service R675.00 was your loss.. This will not close you down, however I have a fleet of vehicles in my company and my business will be directed elsewhere. Very Dissatisfied. WMAUTOPARTS.

I have a more than a half a tank of petrol left in my car (52l tank) and ask that the attendant fill it up to full, stop at the first click. I ask him to stop after I heard a click. He when add additional fuel, saying it was full. To my surprice, the tank only went up to 3/4. That after putting R562 / 29 l and a further R14. When I queried it with the manager and shown him my petrol gauge asking him to check the cameras to see if the pump was reset, he said they can't. Please be aware....

Read some of the other reviews and I beg to differ re service failure. I live in the area and in fact, Engen Panorama is closer for me. My previous complaints there were just ignored. However I prefer, due to the ongoing stellar service I receive at this Engen to always, ALWAYS drive that extra 2km for a business that appreciates my custom. Today, Dominique was the man on the forecourt who assisted me. What a pleasure for so many reasons. And that's what makes a happy customer.

Had a flat tire. The forecourt attendant nagged me to have it fixed. I told him I would do it during the course of the day at a Tyre place. He kept on nagging, told me he could have the puncture plugged in two minutes. Turns out he caused such damage to the Tyre that I had to have it replaced. And as far as the R100 goes I paid him, I suspect none of that went to the business, but all to his own pocket. I don't see myself coming here again.

Had my credit card cloned here when paying for fuel. Within 30min of getting home my credit card account was debited with 7 transactions totalling to around R8000. I managed to block the account and after the investigation I received my money back. Transactions were coming from Namibia, Zimbabwe, Botswana and KZN areas. Because of this incident I will never use this garage again.

I was totally embarrassed due to the fact that my Human Dignity was Violated by the "white" cashier who had delayed in giving me the key to the disabled toilet.... I am a regular patron with a mobility impairment and I have minimum control of my bladder.... She indicated that there is another toilet for me to use.... Persons with disabilities are a burden to society....

I am shocked and completely put off by this Engen. Literally every time I go there the staff is rude. They don't greet you or treat you professionally. The worst thing for me is they lean against your car or put the card machine on it when they feel like it. They should send their staff for customer service training ASAP! Won't advise them to anyone

Lilly the Cashier/supervisor/manager.. well she was rude enough to identify her role on the job... Unable to assist my simple request and refusing to handle it as a professional. people as such should take their pension and have some rest.... No need to have old unpleasant people at your organisation

I usually go inside to the Woolworths, today I decided to use the station for fuel might as well. An unpleasant service from the attendee resulted in an uncessary tiff! He was unhelpful and disrespectful if you looking for a good service not the place to go!

On three occasions I have bought milk from the convenience store that goes sour within one day. Their fridge is not at an adequate temperature to maintain the advertised shelf life and reflects badly on the brands of milk being sold by this shop.
