I leased a vehicle from this company, but upon reaching the pickup location, they informed me that the car I had reserved was unavailable due to an accident. Instead, they proposed a 9-seat vehicle as a replacement, which was quite different from the small car I had initially reserved. This situation forced me to cancel my travel plans and incur losses from my hotel booking. Nearly two months have passed, and they still haven't refunded my money. Despite making four calls to their customer service, the refund process remains ongoing. As a result, not only did I miss out on the car I needed, but I also haven't received my money back!! Update: three months have paased and they still didn't refund our money. It is so unacceptable, we filled contact form few times and nearly every two weeks we called them. We need to catch up to get our money back! Why they should not even do this automatically

Habe ein PKW mittlerer Klasse mit Automatikschaltung über Check24 vorbestellt und Enterprise hatte den gebuchten Wagen nicht vorbereitet, sondern der Wagen war noch in Erlangen. Enterprise hat mir eins von 2 Wagen mit Gangschaltung oder gegen Aufpreis (+60 % auf die Gesamtkosten) eine höhere Wagenklasse angeboten. Darüber hinaus war der von mir bestellte Wagen noch in Erlangen und ich habe ca. eine Stunde warten müssen den Wagen entgegenzunehmen. Außerdem war der Wagen sowohl im Inneren als auch außen schmutzig. Die Reinigung würde zu lange dauern, bis mein Wagen an der Reihe kommt und ich sollte noch länger warten müssen. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett, jedoch hatten keine passenden Lösungsvorschläge für die von Ihnen selbst verursachte Fehlplanung.

Vorsicht bei Filiale Nürnberg Flughafen !! Die junge Dame und ihr Vorgesetzter Ausländerfeindlich und Betrüger dazu! Wir kamen mit Kinder von Urlaub um 5:00 Uhr morgens zurück, die reservierte PKW war nicht vorhanden, dafür wurde uns ein zwingende VW 9 Sitzer angedreht mit 239€ Zuschlag auf 129€ Ursprung Preis! 369€!! Nicht kooperativ und feindselig! Uns wurde deutlich mitgeteilt nehmen sie es oder raus!! Obwohl genug Fahrzeuge in Bestand waren. In dringende Fälle könnten die auch von andere Filiale ordern. Wir wurden betrogen um 239€ mit ein fast Transporter , war nicht mal gereinigt!! War mühsam 459km Richtung Köln. Ich sage nur Finger weg von Ausländerfeindliche, betrügerische Menschen. Geht lieber zu Sixt

Extremely disappointed. Rent a car for a weekend for a family trip with full insurance. On the way back home and 350km on the high way a mechanical issue happened leading to extreme vibration on the front of the car, I could barely drive back. Car was picked up and a minimal refund was given of 37,- euros instead of refunding the last day where I could barely use the car. Stay away from Enterprise, it’s the Macdonnald version of car rental.

I reserved a car. They didn't have it. The gave me 2 option a smaller and a bigger car. Couldn't fit in the smaller. Charged me for the difference. Got a ticket for 7kmh. The sent it to another country via physical mail. Came 40 days after the deadline of payment. Charged me for this service. I also paid the ticket. Wrote them a mail. Didn't respond.Now one month later they want to charge me for not paying the ticket on time.

I was happy with my first car rental experience at enterprise car rental in Nuremberg airport. compared to most of my earlier rentals Picking up and returning the car was easy. Jo-Ann was very welcoming and explained the entire process right up to returning the vehicle. While the requested vehicle could not be provided an upgrade was provided quickly. It was very nice and helpful. Thanks again to the enterprise team.

I had a really great experince with the staff. He was incredibly welcoming and helpful but I regret I did not take his name. Excellent customer service.
