Fahrzeug am Flughafen abgeholt, am nächsten Tag sollte das Fahrzeug hier abgegeben werden. Das Problem, in dem Stadtbüro ist niemand zu erreichen ebenso geht niemand an die Rufnummer dran die an dem Eingang angegeben ist. Weit und breit gibt es auch keinen Hinweis wo das Fahrzeug abgestellt und Schlüssel abgegeben werden kann, ich habe es nach zwei Stunden Recherche selbst herausbekommen -ich habe nach mehreren Fragen bei den angrenzenden Geschäften ebenso von dem Hilton Hotel keine Auskunft bekommen können bis ich auf der Straße zwei nette Polizisten angetroffen habe die mir Infos geben konnten. Die Fahrzeuge werden in der Tiefgarage unter dem Hilton Hotel abgestellt, dort ist auch ein Schlüsselbox. Es ist bei weitem das schlechteste Autovermietung was ich je erlebt habe, die Fahrzeuge sind kaputt gerammt und dreckig, Kundenservice schlecht, niemand geht ans Telefon. Ich kann Enterprise niemanden empfehlen.

Der schlimmste Autovermieter, den ich je hatte! Über ein 3. Portal Kombi Automatik gebucht. Bei Abholung Fahrzeug nicht verfügbar - wir bekamen einen großen VW Bus, ohne jeglichen Komfort und viel zu groß für unsere Zwecke. Die 3/4 Tankregelung wurde nicht beachtet und ein viel zu hoher Betrag von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Nach vielen vergeblichen Anrufen in der Warteschlange mit anschließendem "Rauswurf" aus der Leitung, ereichte ich endlich wem vom Schalter. Es dauerte dann nochmals 10 Tage, bis das Geld retour kam. Zu guter letzt wurde 4 Wochen nach Bezahlung einer Parkstrafe mit dem Riesen Teil noch eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 30€ erhoben - was auch immer 4 Wochen nach Bezahlung noch zu bearbeiten ist - war ja keine Lenkererhebung. Abzocke! Nie wieder!!

I had no problems with this company. There are many instructions to remember tho, would be great if they gave detailed written instructions as well. The only thing I can complain about is that they give two options for the fuel. 1) You leave the car with a full tank and pay at the gas stations. 2) You pay them for one full tank, fill the tank if you need more than one full and leave the car with a near empty tank. Option 2 is not worth it unless you want to save the “trouble” of fueling. They will claim that it’s cheaper as they have a better deal but it’s not true. In my case they wanted 86€ but it cost us 70€ going with option 1 (~1.619€/liter).

Had a drop off scheduled here on a weekday during the day. No visible signs whatsoever about where to drop the car off. Finally found the car park (by myself). Went to their office located on street level and NO ONE was there. The office was EMPTY on a Monday during office hours. I had no choice but to drop the key off (that was not labeled) and hoped it was the right location. Thankfully they received the car with no issues. Wasted a lot of my time searching around for the right spot. Tip: Follow signs for Sixt car rental and go down the ramp into the parking lot and you'll find enterprise spots on the 2nd floor. The key drop is beside Spot #10.

Overall a good experience. Angelina was kind and helpful. Car was in good shape and the return after opening hours was really straight forward. Important Tip: If you're not from EU, you either need to have a translated driver's license (OAMTC will do it for 18euro and it takes 10min walk from enterprise + 5min to get it translated)or an International driver's license is required. Even if your driver's licence is in French or English. We didn't know and there was no warning on Enterprise when booking the car. We were a bit disappointed that we needed to walk all the way there on the day of our day trip.

Wenn das Auto zur morgigen Abholung tatsächlich da steht, verdient ihr einen 6. Stern! Edit von 5 auf 2 Sterne: Eine Stunde vor Abholung eine Email erhalten, dass die Stornierung die sie am Vortag telefonisch rückgängig gemacht haben, doch wieder tätigen müssen. Kein Gegenangebot zu ähnlichen Konditionen, nichts. Trotzdem sehr freundlich, warum mir diese Bewertung schwer fällt.

Anfang Dezember ein Auto fürs Wochenende gemietet, unbeschädigt retourniert…. Bis heute habe ich die Kaution von 250,- Euro nicht zurückerhalten. Allein, dass der Betrag angeblich nicht geblockt werden konnte, hätte mich stutzig machen sollen. Dann hieß es, das Geld kann wegen technischer Probleme nicht zurückgebucht werden, ich müsse meinen IBAN schicken, damit sie es überweisen können. Darauf warte ich seit 3 Wochen. Es ist einfach unglaublich. Finger weg! Update: exakt 1 Monat nach der Rückgabe habe ich mein Geld doch noch bekommen.

We had an amazing experience at Enterprise Vienna and Salzburg. Nico and Angelina (couldn’t catch her exact name) were some of the most helpful customer service representatives my partner and I have ever encountered. Nico directed us to our rental car when we couldn’t find it and kept the store open for us when we were running late. When we had issues finding our drop off in Salzburg because the office was closed, the Vienna and Salzburg worked together to help us successfully return our car. 10/10!!

Rental process and easy and fast. Need an IDP for this location, which i did so it wasnt a problem. Return process was also easy. Car was bassically brand new and was amazing on gas, also it had a drop top as well. Only bad thing is its a hard place to get in and out of as its in kind of a walking only district on one side, but its Wein so everything is hard to get to by car. Car garage is near the bank on the south side.

When I picked up the car it had scratches all over the wheels which I photographed. After dropping the car off, they claimed I damaged the wheels and charged my credit card even though I provided photos of the damage that was already there. I'm still arguing with their claims department as they conduct an "investigation." Rent from another company. These people are dishonest and horrible to rent from.

Horrible customer service Everytime I am here there is always an issue. I was apart of the Emerald club but only have the option of either landstr or the airport, both owned by "AJAR", i switched to now using budget or sixt. Its not worth the hassle or disrespect from this company.

Schnelle und unkomplizierte Abholung, nach Onlinebuchung via Öamtc. Zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal, alles wurde verständlich erklärt. Die Rückgabe außerhalb der Öffnungzeit war auch unkompliziert und die Abrechnung via Email kein Problem. Gerne wieder...

The location hours are inaccurate,the staff and the franchise owner is aware but not an important issue to update, they are open daily till 2PM only, International drivers license is must as they do not accept U.S drivers license for rental!!!

Had slight difficulty in finding the pick and drop points but they operators were helpful in phone and guided us. The vehicle was new and in posh conditions. Loved the drive.
