Absolutely horrible experience. Staff only pointed out damage and never considered the tyres on check out. When i later pointed out a tyre which appeared unroadworthy the manager agreed and stated the vehicle should not have been on the road. Since then the company have been very defensive about the tyre. The company also took money from my account without consent and provided unacceptable reasons why. Having asked for documentation about the vehicle I have received a unprofessional response. The internal communication processes are non existent, staff are unhelpful and when I tried to complain I was told there is no internal process. I would never recommend this company and would urge people to check the tyres.

Hired a car privately and gave them the benefit of the doubt when they were late, and only told me they would be after I'd waited half an hour past the pick up time before calling. My company car provider booked them as a temporary car hire, and I again find myself waiting 30 minutes past drop off time. This time though their office is closed, and so I am both without a car, and needing to call tomorrow to chase why they couldn't do a simple pre-agreed job. I expect I'll get an excuse, and no real reason given as to why a 30 second call to let me know they wouldn't be here couldn't be made

My original van booking was not available due to it being involved in an accident, so was faced with potentially no vehicle. It has to be said that Megan and her team went way beyond the call of duty to furnish us with a car to get to our destination and arranging for a van to be available to us from the local office there the following morning, job done! I would have no hesitation in recommending Enterprise Yeadon to others for exceptional customer service.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. The 'manager' there needs to either retrain or find a job in another field. Arrogant does not even cover it. Awful. They also charged my card without prior authorisation which I will be referring to my bank. Avoid at all costs. ZERO STARS. EDIT: just had a callback from the branch manager who was courteous and efficient. However, the assistant manager need to be retrained or fired

Had the misfortune of thinking this was a reputable company the headache I received from trying to get a car was a joke. Hired a car for a funeral and with less then 24 hours to go they told me I'd failed some sort of credit check even though I'd paid my initial money and advised I had a credit card avoid this company at all cost.

Friendly helpful staff, and although not strictly the 4x4 requested it was suitable for the road conditions encountered and the level of comfort and features more than made up for that. On return of the vehicle I received a reimbursement for the fuel over and above the level when I collected the vehicle.

The staff at Enterprise are almost always the friendliest and most helpful you'll find any where. This branch is no exception. Also unlike some branches this one is easy to find, nice and modern and in a central location.

Easy, quick and friendly staff. Rented a van, in and out in less than 5 minutes and most of that was waiting for it to defrost. Dropping off was even quicker. Brand new transit that was very clean. Will use again.
