When I rented the car, the location upgraded me to Super Collision Damage Waiver, SCDW. While driving a car, I hit a pothole the day before returning the car, and only noticed damage to the lower plastic bumper the morning I drove the car back to the rental office. They are charging me for the damage even though I had SCDW, because they say I did follow proper procedure to 1. call the police, 2. call the insurance company, and 3. call the rental company, and 4. not move the car. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever encountered renting a car anywhere! I did not have an accident, I just hit a pothole and put a repairable dent in the plastic bumper. What is nearly ridiculous is that I booked a GPS and was provided with a cheap phone where they had installed Maps.Me. The battery was nearly dead, so it took forever to come online, and then would shut off frequently. In the end, it was completely useless, as was the totally inadequate mount which it kept falling out of. I finally downloaded Maps.Me on my iPhone, which I could have done from the beginning. When booking and being charged for a GPS, I expect a TomTom, Garmin, or equivalent. My whole experience with this rental agency and Enterprise Car rentals has been really disappointing. I will never rent a car with Enterprise again. They may have gotten my money this time, but never again..

I had the worst experience with a rent a car in my life. I rented a car to cross the border and go to Armenia. I paid a fee of €50 just to have this document. I arrived at the border and the police say the document is not valid. I lost the day of vacation on the road and lost the rent money. Just when I thought the nightmare couldn't be worse when I got home I had an email from rent a car saying that I had been fined €30 by the police. They sent a fake photo because at the time mentioned in the photo I was returning from the border and not in Tbilsi. Pension that the nightmare is over? No, to make matters worse, instead of charging a fine, they charged twice the fine. I complained and they said it was a bank error! Shame on this behavior and then they say they want to be from the European Union with these soviet-era crooks! Enterprise never again!!!!!!

I rented a car twice from Enterprise while I was in Georgia from the Kote Afkhazi office. Both times the customer service was wonderful and I am grateful for all the support and flexibility with returning the car. The first time the car was not at the office, but in a parking garage a a few minutes’ drive away. This wasn’t too bad but it’s useful to know as it causes a bit of delay. The second time we asked for the car to be ready at the office as we were driving early morning to get to Armenia. The process was really smooth and the car was ready. We paid the cross border fee online in advance via the website and the stamped documents including the passport for the car were prepared for us which meant that the border crossing was possible and very easy. I would rent again with Enterprise Georgia.

The cars might be new, but the service is horrible. Asked about the pricing, they gave me a price different from what I've seen on the website. They called in the administrator who said sometimes the prices don't coincide, pretending he will give us a "discount" to match the price on the website. Then there is insurance, they have three kinds of insurance, two of which cover nothing as far as I was told and if you get in trouble, you still have to pay the damage. The deposit is rather large for such a car. Long story short, walked out feeling like I bargained with a bunch of scammers over nothing, there are hundreds of companies better than this.

A friend and I rented a Hyundai Tucson for 3 days. We had reserved the car through Enterprise’s website in our own country. The place was a bit difficult to find (it is located at the first floor). The staff was friendly and there were no problems when we returned the car. Personally, I would recommend that you get the SCDWTWP - Super Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Waiver and Tires and Windshield Protection insurance since the traffic in Tbilisi is really terrible. When we got the car, we were thoroughly explained what we should do in case of any damages to the car – otherwise the insurance would not cover.

First time rented Nissan Centra for a weekend trip Tbilisi - Yerevan - Tbilisi. Enterprise has provided me with a paper from attorney allowing to cross the border - as I understood not all companies provide this service, so that's a big plus. Crossed the border smoothly - in order to that you'll need that paper with attorney's stamp (!) and technical passport for the car, so don't forget to check those docs. Didn't have any problems with the car during the trip. So I took the same car for the second trip to Kazbegi. Had splendid experience. Madloba!

Компания супер, сервис на высоте. Неограниченный километраж. Предложили , но не настаивали на полной страховке. Все объяснили, все правила как нужно поступать в наступлении страхового случая. Машина в идеальном состоянии. Забыл взять с собой из дома карту для депозита средств. На арендной машине довезли меня до дома с безналичным терминалом. Осмотрели всю машину. Зафиксировали каждую царапину до сдачи машины мне. По завершению аренды предоставили карту со скидкой на следующию аренду. Депозит уже вернулся на карту. Спасибо. Однозначно буду брать ещё.

I enjoy traveling in georgian regions by the vehicle rented in enterprise. I took the car at the airport rental office and was pleasantly surprised when i recieved many usefull advices from the company representative related to traveling ascpects in georgia-these advices were very usefull for me. I would note especially efficient, fast and friendly service provided by the company staff members as well as type and very good condition of the vehicle. Highly recomended to all!

Die Abholung sowie die Dokumente waren innerhalb von 20 Minuten geregelt. Das Auto war direkt um die Ecke geparkt. Der Mitarbeiter hat sehr genau nach Schäden gesehen, bevor wir das Auto dann übernommen haben. Es war ein super Auto, um bei den georgischen Straßenverhältnissen gut ausgestattet zu sein. Wir haben das Auto etwas früher zurück gebracht, eine kurze WhatsApp Nachricht hat ausgereicht, sodass jemand zur Übernahme direkt da war. Volle Empfehlung.

I booked Alamo Tbilisi via rentalcars.com. The car was old with a lot scratches on it. Speeding was bad, which tend be a problem especially in the mountainside. Tires were of low quality, but I - nevertheless - got charged for a flat one. Very high gas consumption. Had to install the child seat ourselves. You will find better car rentals in Tbilisi, which are also less expensive.

Extremely competitive price booked online. Arrived on time with simple vehicle check procedure. Friendly and spoke perfect English. Modern and well maintained vehicle. Reliably drove us all around Georgia around 1000km. Returned vehicle and no issues at all. One of the best rental places I've used and will have no hesitation using again.

Platinum membership not recognized, plenty of availability of cars, were given a 4 years old car with so many scratches. Staff even told us if we don't wash the car when returning it, they would charge us. So now platinum members have to do the work of the staff washing their cars. The worst agency by far and large we have rented a car

I have rented vehicles in many countries of the world. I even worked with branches of the same company; but I have never received such a clean, well-maintained car. Also, as a team, they are very professional and interested. Definitely, regardless of price difference, this will be the only company I will work with in Tbilisi.

I pre-booked a Hyundai Elantra for me and family, visiting Tbilisi for 5 days from Riyadh. Upon arrival at Tbilisi airport, they gave me a brand new Toyota Rav 4 at the same price. Very economical price and good service. Friendly staff and swift response. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Tbilisi.

I used the service for the first Time in Georgia Tbilisi , we used Car rental service In Madrid and it takes an hour to do all the paper works of the vehicle and get the car, Enterprise provided everything on time in 20 minutes we have been already driving . Thanks to the stuff. Highly recommended

Smooth pickup. Car ok. Only big dilemma was that they did not arrange documents for bringing car to Armenia. (E-mail conversation was active) So I had to cancel one night there and rescedual the whole trip. Otherwise I would have given them a higher rate.

I took manual gear Suzuki for my stay at Gudauri for three nights. Initially I was hesitant to take manual transmission however later found its perfect for the hilly road. the mini SUV was perfect and we didn’t face any issues what so ever.. Recommended
