It seems some people have not had a good experiences, but I’ve been going here for years and it’s been consistently good for me. They run a very tight ship especially the manager, Tyrion (not sure of spelling). Having lived in Bklyn my entire life I can attest that there are MANY businesses in this city that just don’t care. They have low morale, attitudes, no interpersonal skills, lack professionalism. I could go on and on. This location is the only one in Bklyn I’ve been to and it’s great. Every time I have been there, it’s been the same experience. They are extremely professional and respectful. And a lot of the employee I’ve seen over the years are still there. They take pride in what they do, and strive to provide great customer service. I have to assume that’s due to the training they receive but they also pick good people to work there. I highly recommend this location and I’m glad it exists in a city where good service is not always at the forefront.

I had a terrible experience. There was a problem with my rental and rather than explain to me the policy like the last reviewer experienced- I was ignored by the employees, made fun off by a male employee and spoken down to by him. When I called customer service to try and get more information, similarly the woman on the phone was rude, started arguing with me about something completely irrelevant (the price of a cab from the airport and how long it would take) and when I asked her where I could follow up with someone else she scoffed at me, refused to point me in a direction and told me even the VP would agree with her. For such a huge company with giant resources you think they could afford to have a little humanity. Honestly disgusting and everything wrong with corporations. They probably don’t pay their employees enough to be nicer.

I rented from this Enterprise for my trip to pick up my service dog. I normally don't come to this branch. But this was the best experience I ever had through an enterprise. This location runs effortlessly from my opinion. From the manager to the floor staff they are all amazing. The cars are nice and clean and effective and they attend to all your questions and needs no matter what. I personally worked with a gentleman named Jason, and a gentleman named Latif Swallah! I wish I would have got the other's names but they were all amazing. This manager especially helped me and made sure that I got back whatever I needed. Wonderful service will not be going to any of the branch in Brooklyn y'all won me over. Thanks again!

It was one of the worst experiences. The receptionist was too rude, he wanted just shut me up instead of explaining to me how their company works. When I called exactly to Avenue H location over the phone, they booked for me one car. When I came, they wanted to push me more expensive car by saying that they had only one car left. No one even told me that they could give a different car, and the vehicle could have a different price. I was totally dissatisfied with their service. They had very good reviews, which is why I was interested.

Car not ready for reservation time. Hours of operation are terrible. Representatives cant provide clear and articulate explanations for charges. 300 dollar deposits for what? Lack of explanation. Edit: The reason. For little explanation is so they can blame customer ignorance. Frank the manager doesn't give his last name or business card, and complaints he is quick to tell you contact corporate. Staff needs customer service training and intense training on the fees structure. 0 out 10 wouldn't recommend.

Terrible. They will rent you a car in the extremely hot summer and basically do nothing about helping you. They even have the nerve to ask you to bring it to the repair shop they use to get it fixed. I know expectations are extremely low when dealing with this company or any rental car company because there is an issue every time I have rented a vehicle in my life. Always something. You can complain all you want. They don't care.

Renting a car can often be a big headache and stressful. Well thankfully this was not the case when I rented here at enterprise. Frank, Chris, Justin and Latif are all friendly and looking to help. At my last rental I dealt with Frank and Chris who were so helpful. besides for the amazing upgrade they gave me, they treat you like a valued customer and are there to make your rental experience as easy and stress free as possible.

They had the car size I ordered. Which is amazing in these times... The wait is pretty long as they take care of one customer at a time. Whenever I return there are new employees... All training in for their next step. I am from Brooklyn so I didn't mind that the car was not that clean from inside and out, but if you come from out of state or from a rural area you won't like how clean and abused the cars are

Frank and Latif made this experience very smooth. They picked me up from my office and got me on my way with a rental car within the hour. When I brought the car back they were quick to let me out and the service was enjoyable. Nobody likes to sit around aimlessly and they do a great job of getting keeping the flow. Thanks for your help and whenever I need a rental I will make sure to call you guys first.

The manager Frank is very nice and professional. However, the place is understaffed. If they are not open over the weekends, they should not be charging people a fee for those days as people are forced to keep their cars for additional days due to the lack of staff and working hours of the facility. Every other rental office has off hours drop off, they need to figure this out .

I always use Enterprise for all of my rental needs. Prices are good and cars are pretty reliable. The staff at every location that I have ever used has been really nice and helpful. I knocked off 1 star on this rating because the car I just rented had stained/dirty seats that really needed to be steam cleaned before being rented out.

Someone didn’t return the car I rented in time and Frank was very good at keeping in contact with me to let me know when I could return. Also this location does a good job with keeping in touch. Even on thanksgiving morning they emailed me back about a question regarding my bill. I’ll continue using them in the future

Frank and Felicia (F & F) are quite an amazing duo. Easy process with no issues. I'm not a car fanatic, I barely knew who makes Mustang (Ford...I know now) but that doesn't matter. F&F made everything so comfortable and I felt comfortable with their service. I would rent from them again. Thank you so much

This Enterprise location on Coney island Ave was able to come and pick me up from where I was stranded a few Miles away, they brought me back to their office on Coney island avenue where I was able to rent a midsize vehicle within 15 minutes all of my paperwork was done and I was on my way.

I rent from this location a few times a year. The guys who work at this location, Justin and Chris in particular, are always super friendly and helpful. I've seen them handle some crazy customers with the utmost patience and grace. Plus the cars are always clean and in good shape.

I feel lucky to have rented a car from here. Staff are very cordial and friendly. I have rented a car from many places, but I have not seen such an employee. Thank you very much Latif, you are a very good person just for you I will come to you again next time, see you soon Latif

They make sure to take out the most money of your pocket even though insurance pay for the rental. I never pay The rental protection plan although they have charge me for that without my permission and they claim that I said Verbally that I want to have the Protection plan.

Such great service! So professional great friendly customer service "Felicia" the manger is amazing.. She explains everything to you from A-Z she knows her job and definitely great at it. I am overall very pleased with their service and fees, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

All around it was a great experience. Tony the branch rental manger served me and he was great quick, helpful and kind. After I left I called to ask if I could switch to a different car and he was nice and easy going about it. Tony thanks and keep up your good work.

Cars are available when I need them, and they're new and nice and the rate is very reasonable, especially compared to places that rent by the hour. This makes it possible for me to live car-less most of the time but still be able to go on special outings.

This place is always understaffed and mismanaged. Not enough workers behind the counter, especially at the beginning of the day. They do NOT open at 8, luckily today was only 8:06. It takes time to complete the transaction so budget 30

Guys are doing their best to deliver good service. The office team is pretty fast in handling all paperwork. I like that that they automated all tedious papers and you basically click on iPad and signing in pdf. Deserve 4* for sure
