Update to review posted last week: I think this issue deserves more than just an emailed form letter type response. Clearly, this response is meant to placate the customer, without addressing the real problem. Although, admittedly, I am basing this on my single interaction. However, when reviewing many of the other reviews for this location, the problem appears to be ongoing, and has been for quite some time. I do not see any actions by Enterprise, other than issuing a pat response, that include tangible actions to improve the customer service. ******** Enterprise response: "(Enterprise Customer Service) Apr 17, 2023, 12:35 PM CDT Dear Cody Pelletier, Thank you for contacting Enterprise Support Services! Sincerely, Enterprise Support Services" ****** One of the worst customer Service experiences ever. An elderly family member was unexpectedly admitted into the hospital for emergency surgery in Houston. I live in Dallas and wanted to use a rental car to drive there as quickly as as possible. I called Enterprise Rent-a-car on Montfort Drive. I explained the situation and reserved a car. When I received the conformation, I Uber’d there. When I arrived, the guy told me “There are no cars available and I go somewhere else. I showed him my conformation and explained my situation and would take anything available. His reply - “We don’t have any cars available go someplace else.” I asked him if he could contact another Enterprise office to see if they had any cars available. Reply, “No, but I could give you a phone number to call (note: there were no other customers in the store). I re- explained I was desperate and needed to drive to Houston immediately and asked if there was anything he could do to help. Reply, “No, but I can give you a numberer to call.“

UNBELIEVABLE. In my history of renting vehicles I have never experienced such poor conditions. These vehicles should be retired from the rental business ASAP. I first received their Nissan Rogue Sport after requesting a larger SUV. This was no larger than a Ford Focus car. My strollers couldn’t fit in the back without being torn completely apart and pieces stored on the floorboard in the front. This car was a nightmare to rent - grinding noise coming from the motor, no windshield fluid since pickup. I had to use water from my diaper bag just to clear the windshield. There have been several complaints over the Rogue for it halting to a stop in reverse when there’s nothing behind the car and this car did it several times. Nearly 30K miles on a rental? Service your vehicles! Upon many calls to the store to get a replacement vehicle I finally was told they’d bring me another vehicle and take the Rogue back. Another vehicle with 30K miles?! Great... I was given a Dodge Caravan that literally has spills down the sides of the dash. NOBODY cleans these cars? I can draw pictures in the caked dust on the rear seat of this vehicle. Take your business ANYWHERE else in Dallas. Seriously what a huge disappointment in not only one but TWO rentals. My vehicle isn’t finished with repairs but I’ll be taking this rental back IMMEDIATELY when my husband comes home from work and dealing with NO car because no car is better than risking my babies in such poorly cared for cars.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I used to think Enterprise was one of the best rental car places there were...until my most recent experience. When I arrived the cars were not clean - there was dog hair, there were old water bottles, etc etc. Fine, ok, I get it that people are busy. They cleaned one of the cars and I went on my way. I returned the car late one evening to the parking lot of the collision place where my own car was being repaired - I was told that was fine. They checked the car out there and said it looked good. I called in the morning to confirm that everything was fine, and Daniel, Enterprise employee, told me everything was fine. Then I start to receive notices in the mail about the damage to my vehicle. Again, I called Daniel - he said someone hit the car in the parking lot and since I was the last person to rent it, I was getting the notices. He told me to disregard. Now I have a bill sitting in front of me for the damages from Enterprise. On top of this, I was charged tolls for the day after I turned this car in. They sent me receipts that show the tolls being charged the next day. They still have not resolved this.

Enterprise openly discriminates against people with loads of cash and no credit cards. Made a reservation on Mother's day for a trip 2-weeks from then and adamantly asked the associate several times if they would accept my debit card. She confirmed 3x and now after Ubering from the airport, I'm Ubering back because no other location will accept a debit card. Never again Enterprise. I'll be sure to tell the 20+ people per week who ask for rental suggestions to not use Enterprise. REPLY: @owner, $48.11 for the cost of an Uber to your location, and another Uber back to the airport to rent from another rental car agency plus 3 hours billed at $75 per hour, comes to a total of $273.11. Please remit payment to my Venmo @audiohere, and I'll be glad to allow you to look into this further. This is the second time in 10-years Enterprise has done this. Maybe I'll give you guys another try in another 10-years but I doubt it.

I stated I will not be paying for a upgrade when I i had a reservation for a Small car, additionally I am eligible for a free upgrade due to my platinum status. It took calls from the corporate office and 4 hours later for me receive my vehicle. The situation set of a avalanche of situations including soldiers being late for flights, etc. It became a logistical nightmare, I was promised points and compensation by the corporate office however to no avail nothing. Ali went on to say well ma'am if you cant afford it then I don't know what to tell you, the territory and district manager called and Ali became short with them as well.

The availability of Anything is appalling, and you're paying almost $100/day for the economy car. Make sure to bring some KY with you for how badly taking it at this place. Bring an extra credit card as well because they have an absurd policy that if something occurs on any end (theirs or the bank) and the card doesn't get accepted they will not even attempt to run it again for another 24 hrs. THIS location isn't open Saturday or Sunday and doesn't allow you to return keys through a Dropbox, so if you want to return the rental Early and Not spend an additional $200 Too bad, you're out of luck and out $200 plus tax and insurance. Go ANYWHERE else!! AVIS, Budget whatever

Benjamin “BEN”. Was such a jerk worse customer service ever! Tried his best not to help me with any of my needs I’ve advise you to drive to the next enterprise location if you want to be treated well and not like trash ! I’ll never go to the rude unprofessional location agin. If I could rate -0 I would, please find a new guy in charge before you guys lose anymore faithful customers “BEN” and the other black guys with braids were laughing extremely loud as if they were talking about the Customer that was Highly unsatisfied! Update: I guess the friendly staff is hit or miss. Unfortunately did not have the same experience when returning the vehicle. I was informed they no longer drop you off or pick you up due to COVID. However, they clearly were able to do it just weeks ago... They had a vehicle outfitted with plexiglass dividers, which made me feel very safe. One of the representatives today was helpful and patient, the other was rude and dismissive. Original Review: Great customer service! They will pick you up and everything is ready when you get there. Walk around the vehicle and you will be on your way! Very friendly staff. It helps if you call in advance.

Pésimo servicio , tuve que ir dos veces para que me dieran el carro, no lo tenía listo a la hora que yo hice la reserva para recoger y luego me dieron un carro que no era el que yo había elegido, yo viajaba ese mismo día así que no tuve opción y me lleve el carro y durante el camino el vidrio de enfrente se empañaba y no me dejaba ver con claridad el camino, tuve que parar varias veces a las gasolineras a limpiarlo y no se le quitaba hasta que tuve que comprar un líquido. Había tenido muy buenas experiencias con enterprise hasta este momento . El muchacho moreno deberia ser más atento para con los clientes .

I had a wonderful customer service experience here (even though I left empty handed). My insurance company made a reservation for me too soon. By the time I was able to pick up the car, this location didn't have anything available for me. The young lady working here was VERY helpful. She was by herself and swamped. Customers were calling and coming in like this was the only Enterprise in Dallas, but she remained professional and courteous. Even though she wasn't able to get me in a car, I felt she needed to be recognized in some way for trying to assist me today.

Being a loyal corporate frequent customer and dealt with several awesome branch managers here in the last few years. The new current new branch manager Mario is an unfriendly, arrogant person to deal with while the rest of old or new employees remain pleasant. Whatever I requested. Mario would deter them in anyway or if he did, he would make a big deal out of it. A warm welcome and some recognition will be great. This location is their training ground for promotion and it does not seem to that way any more. Updated my rating from 5 to 1 star.

Reserved the car online and arrived to pick it up. Only to find out that they do not have it available. We wanted economy but Ali suggested the truck (only thing available) Also be ready for 300$ credit deposit he tells you at the last minute of renting the vehicle. It was apparent if the the card declined we have to wait 24 hours for the card to be used. He was not informative and he lacked the customer service skills He had not so pleasant demeanor

Rented a car on 7/19 at 5: 30pm and returned on 7/20 in the drop box at another location at 5pm. They charged me for 2 days. Called to get it resolved. they promised to refund me. I have evidence of the email. They are yet to do so. Called customer service and they stated they did not see a refund process in place. Wow! Was advised to give 24hrs so that they can reach out to the branch. To think I was a former Employee and be treated this way!

Great experience. I reserved a car online and someone responded well within 24 hours. I was going to walk to the office, but due to the weather and distance, I realized that that was not a good idea. I called the office and explained the situation, they came to pick me up from my hotel within 30 minutes. Once in the office, the "walk-around" inspection, paperwork, and explanations were efficiently done. Overall, I would recommend this branch.

We had a terrible experience with this Enterprise location. They told my girlfriend they would pick her up at 8:00 am the next morning. The car never came. We tried calling several times with no answer. I had to take her to the location where the guy said the request did not get filed properly. We also did not have any cars available so we had to drive to the Addison location. We were both late for work that morning.

This is the 3rd week in a row that I've rented from this location. Between picking up and dropping off the vehicles, I've had four different employees help me. I've been amazed that each experience has been so consistently positive. Each person has been friendly, knowledgeable, patient, helpful and professional - completely different from most of my car rental experiences over the years with other companies.

I booked a premium car, but this location was out of it which I did not expect because when i booked online, premium car was listed as available. I've rented from this location and others recently. I've been without my personal vehicle for a few weeks now, so renting a vehicle has been a necessity. Cortez assisted me with my Enterprise Plus membership! I appreciate the customer service he provided. No one has taken the time to even mention the program. I would recommend this location. They are professional and courteous in my opinion.

Terrible service, rude staff. We were there for a confirmed reservation which they decided to give to someone else. We flow into to town and had to Uber to the branch. Only one person working a busy branch delivery and renting cars. Every client was mad and a girl walked from the back office and cursed at everyone. Don't go there they will disrespect you....

Received car I hour ahead of scheduled time, the car expected was not available so took one that was available. The car received registered very close to empty for fuel and was dirty, especially the windows & windshield. The gas cover release button was very difficult to find as it was a combo with the hood release by had no indicator(this was a Toyota).

Picking up the vehicle was fine however when I wanted to extend the contract I found out I would have to drop off at a different location as Dallas Galleria was not opened on the weekend. There was also no ability to drop off and leave the key in a lock box. This was such an inconvenience I will think twice before using Enterprise again.

The team at this Enterprise branch are professional, courteous, and will go above and beyond to ensure that you have a positive and comfortable experience. Ask for Gabe -- he was so helpful! I have rented from this location several times, and always had a good experience. They always move quickly in the office attending to each customer and keeping the line moving. When I return the vehicle, they have been generous on multiple occasions to give me a ride back to my place but I live close by.

There's an African American girl who works at this location. She is very mean to customers and doesn't give any respect, she makes fun of customers if they ask some discount. We are paying money to get car and you are not the one we owe . I am not going to this location because of this woman.

Crappy service, manager Westmoreland said he couldn't rent me a car till closer to 6, waited an hour and a half then he tells me that he can't rent me a car because I had a debit card and not credit. He could have told me that from the beginning so I didn't waste my time waiting on him.

Bad experience. They said free pick up and drop. They picked me up more than an hour late of my appointment and worse ....when I returned and asked for a drop they said they cannot. I requested that I can wait and my house is just a mile or 2 away. Still didn't even care!!

This was as close as I could get to the collision center I was working with. The closest could not service me on the date I needed. They made arrangements for me to drop off the car at the closest location. I was in and out of this location with my rental quickly.
