PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN!!! On January 12th 2023, José, at the 3318 South La Cienega Enterprise Rent-a-car in Los Angeles, really let me down! He also made me want to not use enterprise again but I won’t allow one bad apple to spoil the bunch. However, I’m so disappointed in the “customer service” that I received. The nerve of this man to lie to me and tell me that there was no enterprise in LA that had a car for me but when a gentleman came in after me he had choices/options for him. When he realized he lied he became emotional and irrational and began asking me repetitive questions that was already answered about a car he had claimed that he “just” found for me. No yelling, no disrespect, no foul language… PLEASE LOOK AT THE CAMERAS… and when I answered him AGAIN, he flamboyantly answered “I will not be renting a car to you” and offered the car as another option to the gentleman that came in after me IN MY FACE just to rub it in. It was incredibly rude, childish and unprofessional. I was so frustrated I was reduced to tears. Ruined my whole day and I had so much to take care of. I didn’t argue, I took my dignity and left quietly. I called him and politely asked him why he refused service so that when I made a complaint I could have accurate information and he couldn’t give me a just reason. What he was trying to explain was all based on his EMOTIONS because I said nothing wrong to him. When I explained that he knows I didn’t do anything he hung up in my face. You never know what someone is going through. If I’m there through insurance OBVIOUSLY I’m experiencing enough inconvenience with my own car, why be an irritant “because you can.” Karma karma KARMA!!! Thanks for NOTHING JOSÉ, not sure if your behavior was a bad day or discrimination because you literally have no good excuse to refuse service to me after lying to me too. He should also realize that being rude to people isn’t acceptable but to also do it in front of my dad was insane, my dad was livid and quickly removed himself to avoid confrontation. He couldn’t believe that happened. Jose owes me an apology.
I've had the opportunity to rent multiple vehicles from this location over the last three months. My experiences have been a mix of exceptional customer service and a somewhat concerning aspect - vehicle preparation. I'd like to start by expressing my deep appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Marc and David during my initial rental. When I was set on renting a large SUV for my family vacation, they went above and beyond to fulfill my request. Despite the unavailability of such a vehicle on the lot at the time, they exhibited remarkable due diligence. Through their determined efforts, they managed to locate the vehicle of my choice, a Suburban, and ensured it was available for me in time for my trip. Their communication and follow-up throughout this process were exemplary, and the prices offered were highly competitive. Recently, I had another positive experience when renting a vehicle from the same location. The transaction aspect of the service was once again superb. However, there is one area that leaves room for improvement - vehicle preparation. The cars I rented were haphazardly cleaned and sprayed down, making them appear as though they had just come out of a car wash, still wet. Although I was told that the residual water was from a special formula and would dry quickly, I found that the cars were not adequately washed to begin with, with various parts still quite dirty. I firmly believe that vehicle preparation is a crucial component of the overall customer service experience. It significantly affects how customers perceive the facility. In this regard, I did speak with Aileen, one of the managers, and she assured me that this will be addressed going forward as their goal is that cars are delivered in a clean and well-maintained state.
The agent whose name pronounced as Arleen, not sure if I spelled it correctly, was extremely rude and not professional at all. I was simply trying to schedule a pickup. My insurance agent called this place for me and scheduled a time for me. And when I called to confirm the appointment, Arleen, who was either LYING or not knowing what she’s doing, said that I myself made the appointment with her, and therefore I’ll have to pay a higher amount of money for the car rental fee than what my insurance company will cover. When I reassured her that it WAS MY INSURANCE AGENT did the call for me and therefore the rental fee should be covered by the insurance, which was clearly true, she flipped and claimed that this location will not serve me. This agent either has no idea of what she’s doingor intentionally lying to a customer’s face. When I trie to explain what happened she kept interrupting me without letting me finish one single sentence, and then she accused me of not letting her finish her words when she was just repetitively yelling “YOUR INSURANCE SAYS $26 BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY $36”. If Arleen is an agent of this location, I will hope to communicate with a manager here to discuss her attitude. If Arleen owns this location and can make the decision of whether to serve a customer based on her mood, then I will file a complaint regarding this issue to enterprise corporate because a person like Arleen, who has ZERO interpersonal communication skills, should not be allowed to work in any business that requires customer service.
Let me start with the fact I went to the wrong rental car location. I had an appointment with Hertz but went to Enterprise, and Marissa is the one who mostly helped me. I wanted to leave as soon as I realized I had gone to the wrong location, but Marissa talked me into staying, saying she could handle everything. She had us waiting 40 minutes in the lobby with my daughter, not feeling good and hungry. Well, she was on hold, and several people came in and out of the car rental, picking up vehicles. When she finally got to me, they had few cars left. I wanted a Rav 4, but they were both gone before I got helped and the two options I was shown were one Highlander that had a peculiar smell and that's me being nice, even my wife told me before I noticed it and then the second one was filthy. I don't understand how it they show you a car with literally a soda cup in the cup holder to note that was just the first thing that caught my eye. I made Marissa aware I wasn't happy with any choice I did like a high-end vehicle they had on the lot again I would have been happy with a Rav 4 or anything similar but she didn't even offer to upgrade me or offer me a sedan no options were given to me after wasting an hour, so I left and went to Hertz very disappointed with this location and customer service. I will not recommend this location.
Horrible service, I made a rental reservation a couple of months back a day in advance and I informed the service agent that I would need a pick up and she said not to worry, just call when I needed to be picked up and they would send somone out. When it came time for me to pick up the rental the next day I called the Enterprise and the representative who referred to himself as the "Manager" told me that it would be at least an hour for a pickup. I being in desperate need of a car ASAP saw fit to make their job easier and try to take an Uber to their branch, something that was suggested to me the day before by an employee at another Enterprise who also informed me that I would be compensated for the cost of the Uber in my rental bill if I did so. When I asked the "Manager" at this enterpise if he would be willing to do the same thing he said that all he would be able to give me would be $1. When I asked to speak to the manager he told me that he was the mananger which was a shock to me, because Enterprise strides on doing what they can to help the customer and I was actually helping them. I told him that I would take my service elsewhere and I did. Being a former employee of Enterprise its crazy that I received horrible customer service before even stepping foot into the branch.
The enterprise Rent A Car place of business on Jefferson & Fairfax is great. The manager is extremely professional while showing her down to earth personality and friendly service. The representative that assisted me was Robin who was also extremely professional and he answered all my questions and concerns. That said, they did rent the Tahoe with the least amount of gas the truck could possibly have but luckily we were able to fill it up before running out. Truly, the only issue I had with this rental was the price was extremely expensive and I think after renting as many cars as I've rented as a loyal customer. Enterprise should offer better pricing for the customer who continues to use their vehicles and follows all their standard operating rules such as bringing the cars back full, never damaging the interior or exterior. Like AIRBNB the customer gets a score for renting places and I like to think my score runs in the A to A+ with Enterprise but that's just not the case yet. Hopefully in the future the loyal customer will somehow gain appreciation points for renting as we do on a regular basis. I spoke to the Manager about my experience and he said he would reach out to me to make things Good. Nothing............................... I had an insurance reservation but had to wait a very long time. I even called a few times (including the day of) to confirm all the details. The car I got was filthy inside. Trash, greasey, intense marijuana smell (even an unused stogey in the console), body liquid stains all over upholstery.....................really GROSS. The car's fuel gage does not work, causing you to FILL the tank way over the amount that I received it in. (they got 1/4 MORE than they deserved......THAT is a lot of money today). I reported them to my insurance company. I will spread the word about this place. NEVER AGAIN! I ALREADY PROVIDED ALL THE DETAILS TO THE MANAGER. I am NOT going to do it again. HE SAID he would provide some sort of compensation or remedy. He did NOTHING! He has ALL my information.
Very disappointing. I was visiting from out of town and reserved a car for several days. I came in the office a little early to check in and get my car asap. The woman who assisted me also answered my call the day prior. She was helpful at first, however she then promptly told me I would be unable to rent a car today w/o a major credit card since I was from out of state. She told me LAX was the only option, however she never assisted me and I called on my own. No availability. I was really overwhelmed. On the bright side, that didn't ruin my vacation, as I called up Uber throughout the next days. Less stress, less parking, and a great variety of people to meet. Overall I saved more money by using Uber for 3 days rather than by stressing myself out over a car, driving, parking fees, and traffic. After this weekend, I'm going to think twice before reserving a rental and first review ride-sharing programs in any area.
My insurance company suggested enterprise because they have a discount with them. When I returned the vehicle the auto body shop was to pay for the days that exceeded my estimated time of my rental because they exceeded the time for repairs. Almost a whole month later when I try to use my card it's declined (embarrassing) I check it to find enterprise charged my card two weeks later for the remaining balance anyway (no notice, email, phone call, nothing). I call the shop they say enterprise never billed them I call enterprise he say he was off the next day and the person who came in must have missed the notes. Now I have to wait four days for the manager to come in to write me a check and two weeks for the body shop to refund my money also by check. Needless to say I will not be patronizing enterprise ever again and if by chance I have no other options but enterprise it definitely won't be this one.
Please do not go to this location. I have been to different locations that have been great. This one is no good. I made a reservation almost a week in advanced and the day I was suppose to pick up the vehicle they tell me that they are still trying to find a car for me. I had requested a large SUV the make and model did not matter as long as it was 7 seats. They said they will try their best to get, this was only a few hours before they close. They insisted that I get a minivan that it was better, that is not what I requested. I don’t understand what is the point of reservation I’m advanced and it’s not going to happen. They also mentioned a shortage for SUV vehicles. I don’t believe that. The point is that I ended up booking last minute with Budget and they had my vehicle ready within the hour!! Again... DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!
Arrival day wonderful attendance upgraded to another card w/out charging because the vehicle type was being fumigated because the previous renter smoked cigarettes! Had a blast driving a mini cooler countryman in a beautiful hunter green. Fast with paperwork Return super convenient a gas station next to the fabulously located Enterprise: I couldn’t figure out how to open the gas cover to refill before returning. So I quickly trotted over to Enterprise explaining my situation they rushed over no waiting and assisted. Talk about fantastic service: by the time I arrived at enterprise they had me checked. Wonderful staff professional smart and kind. Plus that location is in a great area across from Whole Foods on a major street artery.
I'm an Enterprise customer, but I've never been a customer of this outlet. However I'm a neighbor who walks by it every day and is impacted by their behavior. [End disclaimer] This outlet doesn't take responsibility for the safety and appearance of their shop streetfront. Their sidewalk is always covered in trash and they don't take care of it. I don't feel comfortable walking by this place. Edit 1: added one star becuase they eventually did clean up the sidewalk. If it stays clean I'll happily bump my rating. Edit 2 (Oct 21, 2021): lowering back to 1 star because there's trash everywhere again.
Shonda is the best, I was sent over by the enterprise on La Brea and 12th st after they screwed up my reservation. Apparently, they just sent me over to get rid of me. They told me this Enterprise had cars available, so I took an Uber over and they had no cars. I reserved the car a week in advance, so I would not have to go through the hassle of not having a car available. Shonda was so nice, she apologized even though it was not her fault, and she took care of me in a professional and timely manner. I would definitely recommend this Enterprise branch to anyone. I made a reservation online, which helped greatly with the wait time. I appreciated the fact that they even picked me up. I wasn't as satisfied with condition of the car this time, the seats were nasty and dirty like there was semen and urine on them. YUCK. But when I returned the car a customer service rep. Brian was very apologetic about it, and reassured me if I returned to rent again I wouldn't experience the same thing. He even gave me a discount on the car I rented because of the condition of it. So I will be giving them another chance. Thank You Brian
I have used this location for all of my rentals in the past. This time the experience was much better than previous. The employees working were more friendly and accommodating. The process was more organized. Everyone seemed to be working as a team. Steve was particularly helpful the day of the rental as well as couple of days ahead when I called to confirm. This was the first time the vehicle I reserved was actually on the lot and available. I didn’t have to negotiate a “deal” on a different car. So good job getting this office under control
Front door service and right on time. Very courteous and professional. I was greeted by the whole staff and make me feel so good. It just solidified the wonderful trip I was about to take to Pizmo beach. I have a friend he’s 56 years old and he’s autistic. He’s been wanting to get on an ATV all his life and ride it by himself. That was my weekend trip for him. I thank Enterprise for helping me get there in style to make his dream come true. Thank you again Enterprise staff for putting a smile on my face.
Quick! Change your reservation to a diff location!! Good luck getting help/answers at this location. Either reps are misinformed. Or simply untrained. Also keep in mind these enterprise locations pick and choose which services they want to provide. And this location does the bare minimum. So don't expect quick friendly service and your reservation means nothing. You may as well go to a enterprise location that does everything. Or better yet 699RentACar.
Horrible service.. had confusion the whole time. Had four different vehicles each time something was wrong. My first rental was full of roaches where they did not clean the vehicle. Second had a flat tire. In the end the mgr. Jose lied and tried to tell me what is employees did and they never did anything. Enterprise has lost a customer ! Have had nothing but horrible experiences with them ..hopefully corporate or upper management reads their reviews..
I just don’t like the fact when I make a reservation here they have only given the upgrade once. This last reservation I had a full size car rental and when I went they downgraded me. When I asked for the upgrade they charge me extra. Just not at all what I’m use to when renting cars. The guy who cleans the cars is the most polite professional employee they have. I really want to give it 3 stars just because he is excellent every time I’ve been there.
The guy who cleans the cars, I think his name was Juan (pretty sure his name started with a J), took extra time to really detail my car and when I dropped it off he drove me back to my house. He’s a really hard working dude! Some of the cars were pretty dirty, but I was early for my pick up. Juan whipped them back into shape real quick. I tipped him on the cleaning and the ride home. You should too. The rest of the staff was helpful as well.
Everyone is very professional its great to walk into enterprise and be greeted with Welcome to Enterprise along with beautiful smile. Manager is top quality the best she understand how important it is for her already stress out customers to get in and out and on their way. It made the long failed attempts worth the days of unsecured attempts. Saving the best for last I finally got a car that fits my traveling needs. "Don't judge a book by its' cover" really applies to this place. It is on a busy street, and is a bit hard to get to, but well worth it. The customer service far outweighs any slight inconvenience. These folks go out of their way to make sure you are happy and satisfied. I highly recommend them, and I live in the area - so I plan to use them from now on. One of my best experiences in renting a car. Super polite and helpful agent. I rented a car for a week. The car was in great condition. It was reassuring that they were not too picky about small scratches, etc. The pricing was really good and they even gave me some discount on that. They also paid for my ride back home after dropping off the car. The whole experience was really positive!
Yesterday we were referred to La Cienega location and when I say they handle business. Awesome Customer Service, very nice environment love the Vibe. They did not have us waiting long at all, Generous crew right there. Everyone on clock was working like a team they had a nice flow going on very productive. Great experience! I reserved a Cadillac Escalade, and it was perfect! I was told that they worked really hard to get it for me and didn't let others that wanted to to rent it have it cause it was saved for me. I truly appreciate Ryan and Jose's help, because me my daughter and her friends REALLY enjoyed having it, was sad to give it back..lol. Will definitely rent from here again.
I have been a long time Enterprise customer and most the time have had no issues with service ,and of course prices are always great. I was completely satisfied this time as well, and Tierra who completed my paperwork was super great, very professional. The car was washed and cleaned, I was picked up and dropped of promptly and the the rest of the staff were attentive and polite.
An excellent small location with a caring staff. Adam was really helpful in getting me on the road quickly in a vehicle I wanted. Typically rental vehicle companies waste my time and are not eager to assist customers, but he got up from the back, made the process easy, avoided pestering questions, and got me off the lot. But I have to give them a 1000% , the way they the get you in and out is awesome, the team work is off the chain, when you see inside come out to help at the car wash , some wouldn't understand how helpful that really is... Hands down the best customer service not just for a car rental but in general. Aileen, in particular needs to be commended for her ability to not only solve my small issue but go above and beyond with the level of service, care, and respect. When the bar is on the floor in terms of customer service these days, I can’t commend this agency enough for how they treated me.
I have rented from various Enterprise. locates. We decided to rent from a location closer to home and found that the service level was just OK. The representative was helpful, explained everything, but kept asking if I wanted to purchase insurance after I decline 3-times. The other staff attire didn't look professional. Definiately will not go to that location again.
This Enterprise is very convenient because it's about 5 mins from my house. The majority of the time I go there the cars I rent are great. It's been a couple times though where the car I rented was not a good one. Shanda is GREAT. She knows who I am every time I go in and she's very friendly and fast!! I just wish the prices weren't so high. REGULAR CUSTOMER
Things were simple, fast, and the girl behind the counter was friendly. When they didn't have the car I'd reserved (I made the reservation only 1 hour before I should add) they simply upgraded me for free, because "Why would we charge you for us not having what we said we would". Not sure what more people could expect from a car rental place, 5 stars from me.
Decline to change the SUV that I rent it for a small vehicle put me on hold for , 15 minutes give me the run around call corporate 2times file a conplain still waiting for manager if the location to call me I also informed my car insurence about this situation since they are the one paying for my rental but not my gas with is the problem bad very bad service

The worst service I have EVER experienced and I'm a fan of Enterprise. The guys at this location are nice and charming but unbelievably disorganized and inefficient. I and several customers walked out and went to other car companies! I'm from the Bay Area and I guess I am just used to the courtesy and efficiency over there. Get it together boys!
Super cool / professional Staff. Always good Energy & accommodating even with same day Reservations. Easy/ fast check in / return . Fridays obviously are busy. close early on Saturdays . Check out the loyalty program if you rent often. Will miss renting here :/ as I finally have a car. :) I will not forget them for my future road travel needs.
Worse location. Employees are trained to mislead you. Bogus charges. They tell you one thing and do another. Save yourself the headache go to another location or try Hertz, even better. I wish I would have read the other reviews before I rented from this location, quite a few of them say the same thing... I have never had this problem before.
The worst customer service ever. They put me on hold for 3 min and just hang up. And I called again and they said they were really busy. Every time I go there there is literally no customer there. And stuffs are just chilling in side. Also they gave me car that is really dirty and smelled so bad. Horrible, rude, and disgusting.
Friendly customer service. Decent selection of cars. Offered rides to and from the repair shop I was dealing with so that was much appreciated. Also appreciated the service from Eric, Edgar, Jose and a young lady who gave me a ride to the repair shop who's name I did not catch. Overall, good location to get a rental from.
I love enterprise rental in Beverly Hills on Robertson Blvd and Burton way ask for neath end the general manager he the big Boss there and a good friend of mine he will hook you up and they all ways have the newest cars before they go to the dealer ship so you can all ways test the newest cars.. thank you enterprise.
The manager, Jason was involved in the theft of my personal belongings from a rental car, and he's very unpleasant to work with. Not what I ever expected from an Enterprise employee, and I've been renting from them for over 20 years. Don't go to this location, go to Culver City on Sepulveda Blvd and ask for Jose.
I feel I got played on the rental I was told rate was 21.99 and when I returned it was 24.99 daily and I should have looked auto repair paid 100 but I was listening to what lady said behind the counter what I thought would be a 140 dollar turned out to be a extra 100 nice car but I feel played never go back
Very bad service......I saw the ladie telling the other workers to give me the oldest car...just because she didn't like me...I felt it because she was tired of attending me...she was sighing...I'm not going to tell her name but I know that was racism because I'm hispanic...I saw it on her face...
I would give this place a 6/5 if possible. The staff went above and beyond! After a slight mixup, they went head over heels to accomodate me and made me feel that I was a valued customer. Raymond is a fantastic employee and truly executed Enterprise's Customer Service standards and more.
Had a good experience. They were fast and efficient. I forget the associate who helped us, Robin or Brooke, she had dreads, she was very helpful and got us in an out with all the information we needed. If I am in the are again, I will definitely be renting from this location again.
Picked me up for my two week rental. Professional and friendly. Helpful and accommodating through some very stressful travel events while on the road. Some related billing issues were handled and corrected personally. Special appreciation to Eileen and Jose and anyone I missed.

Staff was professional , courteous , kind. Automobile was clean and reasonably priced. The process of renting and returning were quick and simple - all this made our trip much more enjoyable. The next time I'm in LA I'll be sure to rent from Enterprise at this location.
The staff was extremely helpful. The shuttle service was impeccable and despite being swamped with people dropping off cars and customers arriving every 5 minutes with a 1000 demands the small army of Enterprise employees handled themselves with so much grace!
Did not have the type of vehicle requested due to earlier accident. Provided me with an even better option at a 10% savings. Staff was very efficient from pick up at my home, inspecting car out and back in, completed by ride back home. Great experience.

But choice of Cars are SUPER Limited, & attitudes off the chain from some Managers. Also the Cars are Not cleaned a head of time, and the Gas Mileage is truly on you, they give it to you empty, but you Must bring back darn Near full.

The mini van was not cleaned when I arrived. A representative went out and partially vacuumed it for me. However, the outside body was not clean either. Lastly, they are severely short staffed, transactions take entirely too long.
Enterprise picked me up and got me into a car quickly. When there was a problem they it changed promptly. When I had to change that car again they went out of their way to find a car I liked. La Cienega &Jefferson office.

I travel around the country for work always use enterprise. Avoid this location! I overheard the agent saying they are understaffed most of the time. Waited for 1 hour trying to get my rental.
Nice people..although the car i got had dog hair and white spots from the previous renter..Shanay and the manager were great at helping with my concerns and even gave a discount on my rental.

Great, QUICK and professional customer service! Got me in and out within 15 minutes. And Enterprise - known for giving customers a ride to their car - did just that in a timely fashion.
Upon receiving my rental it was not clean, however Rebecca made sure to apologize and adjust my price. The rest of staff were very polite as well, I would rent from here again.
Customer service was very good , even the car was awesome. Had some problem with the first car they immediately upgraded to Ford Mustang 2017 without thinking. That's awesome.

This location gets busy at times and you may have to wait a little bit but the staff makes every attempt to get you on your way as soon as possible in a professional manner.

This enterprise has horrible customer service. There is a much better Enterprise just down the road on Robertson. I recommend booking at that location.
