WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Saturday July 29th at night 2:00 I heard a crashing sound out side my house. I ran out side and found that a car driving northbound had cane into the opposite lane and hit 3 of our cars head on.He hit my car first car head on and that caused a series of car collisions with resulting in 2 of our other cars being hit. The driver was a young man in his very early twenty's that had fallen asleep at the wheel. He works for enterprise rent a car and was renting the car from them. *The next business day we talked to the enterprise manager about the accident . My neighbors car was also hit. He was no help to us and very rude. We were later informed that there employee was driving with NO insurance and did not have a driver's lic on him. They told us that they can only pay 5 thousand dollars for ALL the cars totalled by there uninsured employee!!!!!!!! How is $5000 going to cover 3 cars. In total we are at a loss of over $30,000 They have caused us emotional distress and inconvenienced us because of what their employee has done. We are out 3 cars and have trouble getting to work. We are lucky there employee did not kill a family driving home in the other direction or someone just getting out of there car with there family getting home on a Saturday night. My brother had just gotten home when this happened. If he was still in the car.the driver would have crushed him in the car. We are very lucky he is safe . Imagine if you were driving down the street and someone hits you head on and enterprise car rental tells you we can only give you 5 thousand dollars to pay your hospital bills and to bury your loved ones and family!!!!!! Does this sound like there stepping up to do the right thing to you?

1 1/2 minute read: Today we returned the rental. Marco, the Attendant, was thorough when checking my return. Marcó was courteous, and professional. As for the charges, Marco was sure I understood every cent, as I normally ask a lot of questions. I thought I’d be needing a ride home, and Chelsea, the other Attendant on duty told me they could drive me home, if I liked. My wife Jocelyn and I rented this car for 14 days. And previous to this vehicle, at the end of last November, we rented a car also. At THAT time, another Attendant who wasn’t here today, took care of our rental needs. Coincidentally, that Attendant’s name is also JOCELYN, like my wife’s. I’ve dealt with ENTERPRISE for years- From Oxnard, Ventura, Port Hueneme, Encino and cities I’ve forgotten. And just like JOCELYN, CHELSEA, and MARCO, at the other facilites I mentioned, The Staff was all the same- Service minded. All in all, renting from ENTERPRISE is a breeze. Need a rental? As of this writing, I was scammed by the Encino location. They gave me a “great deal” on a luxury car that was damaged; when I brought the car back the next day, after driving it under 30 miles, they insisted I was the one to damage car. They acknowledged that no additional damage - other than what I brought to their attention - was done, but refused to put that in writing (the manager on duty said she would, but has yet to provide this information after initially agreeing to hand-write a note indicating no damage had been done). Reviews will continue as this process and the scam behind it unfolds. UPDATE, 1/2/20: Despite multiple calls and multiple messages, the manager on duty has yet to provide the note she had promised me she would on 12/31. My calls have been ignored, no outreach to me conducted, and the information I was promised by the assistant manager has yet to come. Also, for clarification, this is the Enterprise Exotic car division.

I rented cars 4 times from this location so far and my 4th visit will be the last one since the customer was terrible. The van I rented was super dirty that even the lady that was giving it to me asked me many times to wash it again but I didn't want to waste my time for sth that must've been taken care of before the pickup, considering the fact that I scheduled it 4 weeks early! When I dropped off the car, I asked for a ride back home be cause my house is only 3.3 miles away from the location and the manager says we only offer pick-up and drop-off services for within two miles!!! This is ridiculous since I've already used the ride back home 3 times at the same location and the range was 5 miles and apparently just changed in a month!!!

Good service, but they intentionally did not register My Enterprise Rewards number when I rented the car. I asked the rental agent at the counter to confirm that my Rewards number was in the reservation system as I made the reservation and added my Rewards number at the time. He replied "Hmm, you made a reservation with a corporate account so it's not here". B.S.! The agent skirted the question and now I know why. I reviewed my account history of rentals and now realized that Enterprise intentionally voids a renter's Reward number when they rent. Obviously, they don't want to grant the rewards that renter's rightfully earn.

Thank you Manny for taking care of all travel needs! This location was by far the most organized, professional, and FAST service I've had in many years renting with Enterprise. This is also one of the few locations with a key drop box..totally worth it. My rate was super fair and car was already washed and ready. In the past I had to wait for that at other locations!

I Rented a car for 2 days, the service was good, but make sure that you look what they are charging you for, my receipt was $170, i managed to bring it down to $100. So make sure they dont charge you for an extra day and ridiculous fuel charge, because they try there luck ,if you see it than its an "honest mistake" but if you dont then your screwed.

Despite the shorth notice and shortage of smaller sizes vehicles, the staff were super nice trying to provide me with the needed accommodation. Everyone of the staff in the center were very respectful, responsive, and knowledgeable. We have been renting vehicles from this center for years and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you

Enterprise Encino is awesome!!! Everyone is so friendly and they always have a nice selection of vehicles to choose from. You can tell the staff really cares about you. The prices are very affordable and they'll even take u home! I highly suggest this location among others that I've visited.

Great customer service! They were a little busy, but I can see why so many people come back to this location. I definitely appreciated the follow up txt later to see if I had any questions or concerns about my rental. They even offered to set up the Bluetooth with my phone for me.

The person who helped me, picked me up -on time- and did not have to wait for the paperwork when I got to their offices. He also drove me back when I returned the car. Very nice guy. I would recommend Enterprise highly! I've been using them from time to time for many many years.

Let me start by saying Rachel Gamayo was amazing! She was so king and personable. I had some problems with the car and she made me feel like she cared and was listening to my concerns. Rachel really makes me want to come back to this enterprise every time I want to rent a car.

Great customer care and customer service. I always rent from Enterprise in Encino, CA. They care and do whatever they can to make sure I am (and I'm sure they do it for everyone, but I do not see that) satisfied. I keep coming back and that says a great deal in this economy.

The service was excellent when picking up and returning the vehicle. Two excellent employees waited on us. My only concern is that Enterprise should put in place less/no contact procedures including paying and signing online and no contact pickups and dropoffs.

It’s my first time renting at this location, I was impressed by the excellent customer service the representatives provided me and my family with, specially Kimberly thank you, we’ll be coming back and recommending friends and family to this location

I had a bad experience years ago with Enterprise in Calgary / Canada but this was a very pleasant one. The rep was customer friendly and awesome to deal with; kudos to him. I wish I knew his name so I can mention him here.
