This location is the worst enterprise I ever had the privilege of dealing with. First off the only reason a car was rented here was because my personal vehicle was totaled in an accident due to another vehicle owner hitting my car. The original agreement was for the car to be used until 5/13. However, it was verbally confirmed that we would extend the car until June 2nd obviously because WE CURRENTLY HAVE NO PERSONAL Vehicle. This past week I received a strange call from a third party company representative that enterprise has been trying to reach us and haven’t had any success which is a complete lie because that same exact day. We called to confirm the insurance coverage with them because I was contemplating discontinuing my personal vehicle insurance because I wasn’t sure if I was ready to get another personal car. Anyway, the employee confirmed the coverage and never mentioned anything about a payment bouncing or them sending multiple calls. I would suggest hiring people who actually don’t screw up on the job and actually care to provide insight. Turns out the phone number they had on file was never updated when it was suppose to be. Done the same day the car was first taken. The “private” contractor was more understanding than these people and I have text messages proof with my conversation with him. Unbelievable experience.

I came here multiple times to rent cars at this location and the staff is disrespectful the manager had told me to go to another location because the manager has a issue against me even though I only came to rent a car this manager needs a reality check and fast I will not rent cars at the Harlem location try 80th street or lower Manhattan they are more responsible and respectful. I also put in a complaint about this manager attitude because she is very disrespectful and they also need to train their staff better I used to come to this location before this new manager came and started cursing me out and disrespecting me for no reason that’s no customer service at all. Beware do not come to this location

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE !!!! DO NOT !!!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION The fact that I made a reservation with time then get there to pick up the rental just to be told that they do not accept my credit card was absolutely absurd. The staff was very friendly but, pretty much dismissed me. Didn't even provide options I then call and go to the Bronx location and they provided so many more options and helped me get the rental. I will not be coming back to this location anymore.

After countless trips to the US and several rental car providers, this was the first and last attempt at Enterprise. After 40min arrival, the lady wanted to see the passport, which I never needed. I had everything with me: ID card, driver's license, a picture of the passport, credit card. It was clear that it was me and no one else! Nope, the lady asked to see the passport. I did not get a vehicle. Thanks for nothing Enterprise! And put a note on the homepage or booking confirmation!

Worse Rental Experience I Had. The managers Taylor And Bill Talk To U With Not An Inch Kindness. They were both very rude And they charge me for damages they were already on the car. if u can, try to go to a different enterprise location. I was one day late with my payment and only owed 288$ I came the next morning to pay and they kick me out the car like they was the police and didn’t even let me gather my personal belongings from the trunk or the backseat.

I would not recommend… rental was thru my car insurance was told by Kendall it was until the 28th but my adjuster said it was to the 30th called to talk to I think her name was Anniss something like that @ 2:26 she said she was going to call me back never did been trying to call back since then so I called corporate.. they see an insurance claim and think they can get slick today is 4/27 and the car is “supposed “ to be back tmm

I originally went to the Enterprise on 80th and was treated poorly never looking into the actual computer system to look up my info they only went by they're handheld computer that they misinformed me completely. I came to this location and the woman was kind and I like the fact they worked as a team she double check my information and I was on my way. Thank you for making sure I was all set and treated really good.

Enterprise is always a great experience. This Harlem 126th St location is not exception. Thanks to Joe for being so helpful and timely with responses and help. The location during this COVID-19 pandemic has also been really good with following cleanliness regulations. I would just suggest wipes or sanitizing station to be displayed before entering the office. Thanks again for a great experience guys.

I did a reservation few months ago, however right before pick up I was told the price was an error and will not get it, I should either downgrade or cancel my reservation, this is absurd since even let say they have the right for it (don't thing so) but at least they supposed to contact me long before pick up, anyways be alert when doing reservation at this place you are not guaranteed at all

This isn’t for the community at all, the cars are too expensive, never available and the staff is great, I’m not sure who rent these cars at the highest price I have ever witness, I own a car but don’t wanna give up parking on 5th ave and need short term rental, and the price is outrageous, I will just give up parking, too bad there Bussiness is no good for the community.

I wouldn't recommend this company. I came all the way to this location to find out when I got there there were more requirements than I knew of to rent. I wasn't able to rent but a simple follow up can regarding my appointment would have fixed this. You're likely to run into problems renting with this company.

Love this place the only downfall is it closes early on Saturday and it's not open on Sundays otherwise it's a 5 Star with communication and making you feel comfortable and this location makes you feel like a valued customer great customer service I have not had a problem with renting from this location

I Admit I never even rented a car from them , but all the red flags are there , that they such hard-core when every other newest review is a one star review, you know they have issues.....I hope they close this location or get new employees who know what the value of customer service is

Apparantly the receptionist finds it "FUNNY" that we didn't have the proper documents to rent a car today. Little did she know it was for a family emergency. I found that very fustrating and inappropriate. Now you get a public ONE star. Ha ha ke ke THAT !

The staff was very helpful. I will rent from them again. The only thing is Enterprise does not recognize AARP for seniors. I think that more consideration should be taken for the Seniors, otherwise they were good. I will be renting soon . Tks JT

I never rent a vehicle from here but from previous experience, they are very straight forward. If you want to rent a car from them and using a debit you have to have a paid bill in your name and it cost a little extra. More expensive.

Every call or visit management and staff provide exceptional service except an encounter with the area manager Jess she is trash, rude and incompetent, she made errors on my rental agreement that I dealt with later with the service

I walked into enterprise clueless not knowing what to do with my family, and I’ve ran into the coolest worker I’ve ever met at a rental company. Keep up the good work this is one of the best rental companies I’ve been to in a min.

This Enterprise location is fantastic! The staff is knowledgable and very helpful. I needed to rent a car for some difficult errands and Christian and Nicole made everything easier. I will return to this location specifically.

They were super friendly and professional. I was supposed to take the car one day before but forgot my driver's license. They immediately offered to come tomorrow and save the car for me without any additional payments.

If you are in New york visiting, you need to have a credit card to reserve a car, they let me reserve w/o letting me know, i couldn't pick up the car... I lost my time.. bad service !!!

The employees were nice but the car was disgraceful. Smelled of smoke, seats dirty, ashes on dash. Horrible. I just returned a car to Avis, I wish I would have kept it. So much better.

Our experience was excellent. We got a great car - clean too. And, the service was terrific. Amid was great - we got in & out quickly. Returning the car was also a breeze.
