Bobbi, Seymour and Anthony made my experience amazing. I originally used this location as it was nearest to the body shop that my car was getting fixed at. They worked with my insurance and honestly, getting a car within 15 minutes after a rough accident was such a relief. They gave me a 2021 low mileage Toyota Corolla that had zero issues and drove smoothly. There was some leftover debris from the last driver that I had to clean but nothing too bad. It would’ve lowered my rating but the customer service was too good. I even briefly snapped at Seymour over the phone the first week post insurance reimbursement (I’m sorry!) and he responded with maturity and poise. Meant a lot. Thank you Bobbi for being a kind face to this location and handing my reservation with care. Thank you Seymour for keeping your cool and still providing great customer service in presence of my impatience. Thank you Anthony for making sure my reservation was valid and for guiding my insurance over 3-way when the code they gave was incomplete. Thank you overall for the patience and respect that they showed me. Even when I dropped the car off as they were closing, Bobbi still made sure to ask me about my experience and if everything worked out with my car. I will always choose this location to rent a car in the future. Also right by the A train if you need public transport pre and post rental. Thank you!

Booked a rental through Hotwire. Price was cheaper than Enterprise website. Luckily I had my booking because the guy tried to charge me more than I had reserved the car for! Had I not spoken up he would have charged me more!! I noticed that despite being within the radius for pick up and drop off I wasn't offered the option, so I rang to make sure my booking was successful and request a pick up. I was told that I am in the radius, however I can't use the pick up service because this would take to long and something about turn around. It took me 14minutes down Atlantic Avenue to return the car! Could have saved me 49minutes on the bus and subway. But it's ok. The car wasn't cleaned properly. There were tomato seeds dried into the passenger side floor. The cup holder was sticky. The back seat looked like dog or cat hairs. Not impressed with the cleanliness of the inside of the car. I also do not like how staff try to force you to buy insurances. I stated I already had insurance. I provided my policy which was then scrutinised, I was then told it doesn't cover me for x x x x.... when I knew it was. I was told for future reference theirs is cheaper and in-house not with a 3rd party (all of which I'm aware)... Staff were friendly enough and the car worked perfectly.

Thank you for an excellent Enterprise experience. Your staff was very helpful and courteous, when we picked up the car at Ozone Park, NY. A couple days after picking up the car, we got on the road for our cross country trip to Colorado, we noticed a low tire pressure indicator. On the road we located an Enterprise to fill the tire. They were very helpful, filled the tire immediately, and advised us to keep an eye on it. He also let us know that we could contact a Firestone if the tire continued to loose air . I wasn’t aware that Enterprise partnered with Firestone. The next morning the tire pressure was low again, so we contacted a conveniently located Firestone further down the road. Firestone was able to get the tire looked quickly, in spite of their being busy. The leak was in a bad spot and wasn’t able to be repaired. Firestone obtained approval from Enterprise to replace the tire, along with another tire with low tread, in a fairly short time especially considering we weren’t on their schedule. We were grateful to be back on the road safely. And glad the rest of the trip went smoothly. Returning the car to Englewood, CO was simple, and the staff friendly and helpful. We would definitely rent from Enterprise again!

I've dealt with the Enterprise in Ozone Park numerous times over the last few years, and they have been one of the best that I have ever dealt with, everyone working here deserves recognition. For such a small branch, the employees do everything in their power to ensure their customers are completely satisfied and try to help them as quickly as possible. The team effort they all put into their work is something other businesses need to follow. I've rented vehicles for vacation in the past, but my most recent visit is what made me leave my review. I had to rent two vehicles for a wedding and they were all amazing! They made sure that everything with each vehicle was perfect, got me the exact vehicles that I wanted, and worked with me and my schedule around pick up and drop off. To Mark, Gina, Adam, Raven and the whole Enterprise team at the Ozone Park branch: Thank you SO MUCH for everything that you did for me! I truly appreciate how much you guys care about your customers and ensuring that we are 100% satisfied. I will highly recommend you to anyone looking to rent a car in the future.

I've been renting cars from Enterprise for 5+ years with my employer corporate discount. I always use the Rockaway Blvd location since is near my home and never had an issue. Well this time I rented a mini van from Saurday to Monday. I was asked if I wanted insurance I said yes basic. When I saw the price difference from the reservation to the total ($183.56-$208.80) I asked was that basic insurance and I was told yes. When my son returned the car that Monday the receipt reflected a total of $250.20. My son told him that I should be charged for basic insurance and to refund the difference. The person rudely told my son I had full coverage and I signed off on it so they won't be giving me anything back. I proceeded to call corporate the next day and I was advised since it wasn't an airport location there was nothing they could do and they will send the location a message. Well 3 days later I'm still waiting. I'm ready to dispute these charges with MasterCard and write my employer about my experience so they can rethink doing business with Enterprise. I will never rent from here again.

We had a nasty car accident. An Enterprise car rental was provided while our main vehicle was being repaired. Everything has pretty much gone swell. Until we were involved in an accident with the rental car. Because of the accident we were incredibly stressed and prepared ourself with whatever mess came our way. Luckily, with the staff at Rockaway Enterprise... we were greeted by Zakiya S. kindness and help. Let me just say, she the best person you can have when you're going through a stressful time. She was very attentive with our questions. Handled all the reports quickly. The staff there was great... from assessing the car damage to cleaning the new vechile being provided for us. Got to say Zakiya S. is the best patient, sweet and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place. Good job to the manager Anthony D. for maintaining great staff. If I do come by with a problem, it's most likely going to be with the company policy/fees (hopefully not haha). The staff here are awesome. Highly recommend.

Completely atrocious. I made a reservation early this morning for 5:30 pm pick up. I had time to get the car early and head for work so I decided to call and see if I would be able to pick up the car in the morning instead. I called and spoke to Nino, confirmed my reservation and also confirmed that I would be able to pick up my rental in the morning. Very convenient until I arrive to the place. A woman tries to assist and says as per new policy you will need to provide a bill under your name and address and pay stubs in order to rent with us. Never in my life have I had to produce such documents to rent a car. Why wasn't this new policy/requirement prompted when making my reservation? Why would they allow you to reserve a vehicle without making it blatantly known that you need such documents? Why couldn't Nino tell me this over the phone and not waste my time walking to the place and now making me late for work. Atrocious experience.

I've been a customer since about 1987 or when they first started in NY, over the years have purchased 4 cars from Enterprise Car Sales, NewRochelle, (Raul) Corona were outstanding. Rented many times, Local Branches- Rockaway especially are always courteous, professional, most especially an 2 employees Sarah & a young man that lives in StAlbans (did not get his name) who dropped me off was a dedicated employee & spoke highly of the Co & the opportunities. Always an outstanding experience. ***Although I will NEVER call the 1-800 Reservation line again, the woman(reservations) was rude, arrogant, discourteous, requested more info than necessary repeating my name & implying/ questioning if I was able to pay am of mixed ethnicity-4th generation American Born, quite literate/good diction. I took offense to this/cxld the reservation & called local the local branch. 5 stars for all the others who've made Enterprise a Brand.

That was the fastest I ever got a rental car in my life !!! The car is absolutely filthy dirty. Needs a car wash. Inside needs to be vacuumed. Windows are very dirty. Both Front seats have stains all over them. I asked the salesman if they could do something. He personally vacuumed the leaves out of the car. I felt bad, where is the crew that cleans the car in between customers? Never rented a car/ truck/ van that was this filthy. Is this the new enterprise??? Also I asked if they could pick me up like it shows in there advertisement. No I paid $18.00 for a cab. Wake up enterprise. If I was not in a hurry I would have shopped around. In addition this car had a bad air leak in the rear tire. Must drive to a gas station and pay for air every 3 days. My car is in the body shop and it looks like I will have this dirty car with a bad tire for about a month. Waiting for parts.

My first two times were fantastic and made me a repeat customer. Unfortunately my last experience with them was a sour one. I walked out after almost two hours to get a rental which I had already reserved. Now, this was after a holiday so I understand that there are a lot of people trying to return vehicles. However, there was one individual who was very polite and friendly and a new hire. Why you would be short staffed makes no sense to me. I've worked in customer service for several years so I understand the employees frustration when it comes to situations like these. Irrate customers were pushed to the front of the line and I had several people skip me. I am not one to make a scene so I waited patiently. However, after about 5 people were skipped over me I decided to leave. I do hope that those in charge do what they can to avoid situations like these in the future.

Very disappointed i had made reservations to pick up a car on Friday January first so that I can make it to my son's MCJROTC Marine corps drill compition on Saturday morning but I was denied simply because I had a small pass due balance on my light bill. Not sure why that has anything to due with renting a vehicle we have a bank account and we have all the money that was needed to rent. They could've at least had advise me with that information over the phone when I first made the reservations, it would've saved me the money I had to spend on a cab going and coming from that location. I had to wait in the cold with my daughter outside for a cab due to closing hours. Sad part to this I had to miss my son's first Marine corps drill competition as a proud dad that i am it really hurts not being there. Very disappointed won't come back nor recommend to no one.

I had a pretty bad experience at this location and won’t return. Usually Emterprise customer service is so good that they’re my first choice. But there was an employee here who was acting so bizarrely that I had to ask her what was wrong (she was the only one, the other employees were usual Enterprise wonderful). They gave me a bad car that I expressed concern about, and she snapped at me, “if you don’t like the car, just say so.” I had real concerns about the tires, which looked like cheap toy replacements. In fact, we discovered later in the trip that they were all under pressure and one was severely leaky, and eventually went flat; ultimately we had to go out of our way on our return trip home to replace it at the excellent Providence airport location, where things were handled with the professionalism and care I’ve come to expect of Enterprise.

The person helping me was helpful and got me in a car quickly. The only problem I had was with Enterprise's way of charging for rentals. When I picked up the car, I was lead to believe that if I returned the car before 1 P.M. on Saturday, I wouldn't be charged for the day. Therefore, I returned the car at around 11 A.M. I then saw that I was charged for that whole day. I was informed that I was on a "calendar day" plan and that's why I paid for the full day even though I returned the car early. I don't think this is a fair way of doing business. Had I known I would've been charged for the full day, I would've made arrangements to return the car the previous night. However, like I said, I was under the impression that I wouldn't be charged for the day since I was returning it early. I think the policy needs to be made clearer to customers.

This is the second time I rent from here, and probably the last time, despite I live close. I don't get it why they don't clean the car before renting it out to customers? I can tell you responsibly, the cars there are FILTHY! The first time I rented there, the car had smoke smell, and a half pack of cigarette was even left in the center console! How funny it was! The second time was last week, I rented there again since I would like the convenience. But to my surprise, the car had a lot of food stain inside of the cabin and it smelled horrible. Do they have a place to clean the car? Or do they try to clean the car at all between each rent? How embarrassing it is to pick up a friend with such a dirty car? You know Enterprise is my favorite brand of car rental business but this store is really a stain to the Enterprise image.

Timing is everything here, Stress free experience I love Enterprise for this reason. They actually try to make it faster efficient and easier. But of all the Enterprise locations in the country that I’ve visited for business and pleasure, this one is one of the best. JOTEI is amazing and cool and makes this experience so much less stressful. She is also very professional, knowledgeable and the hardest worker I’ve ever seen at a Enterprise . she was running the whole operation on her own (literally no one there to help her). She was checking folks in, cleaning and moving cars, and doing an incredible job with customers. Prompt, efficient, and cool. She’s a true gem and needs a promotion and a raise for her follow-through and quality. She’s a Good Manager and Knows How to keep the business Running.

One of the worst experiences ever. I went with the intention of renting a car and left with my legs. Called Enterprise and the information provided was totally different from the store location, I not only spent money on my now missed reservation to were i was going but also on the taxis both going and coming back from disappointment. I am really appalled with how everything went down truly upset and of course out of money because it literally went for a joy ride from home to Enterprise and back. Waste of time and worst company I for sure will never rent a car from you or will recommend. Literally nothing was done, and the two different of information received are what pisses me off the most. I hope that you guys one day fix your act because I will not be returning ever again.

I'd been trying to rent a vehicle for two days before discovering Enterprise on Rockaway Blvd. Not only were they quick, the staff was friendly, professional, understanding, and accommodating after hearing my situation. I was able to use my government discount AND the representative that helped spoke words of condolence in regards to my loss of a family member. I did not realize I mentioned it, earlier, in our conversation. Excellent service and attention to small details which means a lot. Rockaway Enterprise is great and I would definitely recommend. Horrible service because they don’t know what they doing when it comes to payment and deposit..I been waiting on my deposit back for over a month and still have t gotten it and they keep telling me something else and today something else so I will never return there.. I been going there for 10 years at least but never had a issue but I guess staff changed..all my family and friends go there and I will definitely let them know that they rob you of your deposit because I m tired of calling them and now they telling me to call my bank like wha the hell got time to hold and be on the phone for a lifetime this days

This location was super easy to find, the representatives were prompt, efficient, helpful and hardworking. I was in and out very quickly, which helped me be on my way to the beach without a hassle. They were also thoroughly informative while breezing through all the extra details and did not aggressively up sell anything I wasn’t interested in. I did purchase the two insurance add-ons, but only because I wanted to. Also, all the employees wore nice dress pants and button downs, which paired nicely with the professionalism of this location. Pricing was also reasonable for a 24hr rental. Would def return.

We went to pick up a rental on a Saturday mid morning- shortly after being side- swiped by a truck in our own car- So to say our nerves were frazzled already would he a major understatement! When we arrived there were customer there already but the gentleman who seemed to he in charge was quick and efficient and got to us really quickly. They didnt have much to choose from in our insurance coverage price range but they went ahead and made some adjustments and allowances a d we drove off in a 2018 Dodge Charger... The entire process including all paperwork took no more than 30 mins... Excellent Serviice.

Bobby specifically, was the most exceptional representative I have ever come across in this field and I truly hope that this company elevates her so she can train all the staff know what excellence in customer service is. I would also like to thank Anthony for being great and kind as well. I will be escalating my review to their corporate office. Too many times the negative is highlighted but not the excellence and superior service that I experienced here in this office. "Mixed Experience: The staff at Enterprise Rent-A-Car was incredibly professional and friendly, offering great service. Unfortunately, the vehicle I received wasn't well-maintained. Olivia was an amazing representative. She was able to obtain the vehicle I preferred to upgrade to after I requested something a bit too small on the phone earlier, was prompt, friendly and even went out of her way to vacuum, sanitize and clean the vehicle personally so I wasn’t delayed by my own requested change. Terrible staff, worst location. I rented a car the other day with my brother and they gave a minivan with a foul odor and overdue on oil change for over 6,000 miles. As well as the key fob being low on battery. Not very kind and not willing to accept their wrong doings and acknowledge the customers request. I won’t be renting here again. As in 2022 I came here multiple times to rent a Cadillac XT6, Lexus NX, exc. However, service has significantly dropped, stay away from this location.

I renteda a car and everything want well when was time to get my deposit refunded enterprise on 84st and Rockaway claim they did a refund of my money it's been 3 weeks going on 4 weeks and I never received a dime every time I call they keep telling me give it another day give It 2 days and no money is refunded into my account I call my bank and they do not see any refund of my $300. Is about time. If I don't receive my money I am going to report this to better Business.

At first everything worked out okay. However, when I originally took the car out they charged me $150. A week later since my insurance had to extend the usage of the vehicle they charged me $250. How dare you just charge me and not tell me in advance. We had an agreement that i signed for $150. The young lady tried to say someone called to inform me but no he only called to see if I was returning the car. I don't like being told 1 thing and it turns into another.

I called the cooperate and I Explain how unprofessional the staff was. They called me a. their and they charged me 30 days. the car inspection was expired I couldn’t drive it for. Ten days and I still paid. And they keep harassing me to make a payment i already spoke to nick the store manger and he tell me to Pay in the end of the Rentel . I never get an Apology . I’ve been going here about 10yrs when I need a car to drive long distance and I must say, this location and the the staff are amazing. They are very friendly and hard working. Some days the wait is long because of so many people coming in but, the staff work so smoothly to get everyone out with their rental. Olivia and Taylor are destroy this place i saw enterprise in others countries and in my neighborhood but by bad mistake i choose this area and was the worse experience and service i had in my life.I do not recommend to anyone rent in this place or with enterprise because we don't receive the right costumer service we paying. I rented in other rent car company this month.Nobody can accept this.Unprofessional,scam,dirty car,rude staff.

Rented from them because they were local and our body shop and insurance worked with them. Had an issue with insurance confirmation numbers. Explained that if it didn't get settled during the rental period we would pay it in full and deal with my insurance company later.My wife was hung up on while talking with one of the agents. Guess who won't use this location again. When a customer has bad experience they tend to tell EVERYONE.

Only one thing that Through me off, Frist i was told no pets, Which that is very understandable, then was told if I had someone with alot of hair in the car I would have to put a towel down, So if i had someone i would have to tell them plz your hair has to be put up!! It could've been a 4 or 5 star experience. But there was 2 big problems. They didn't have a full size sedan for me after I put my reservation for about a week. Secondly, they forced me to get a premium car where I had to pay $20 extra for each day, and also that car wasn't ready. It was really dirty. I had to wait almost an hour to get the car ready for me. They don't even give me any discounts for their mistakes.

I use to rent cars with my wife many yrs years ago, talking about 25 years ago, and always an amazing experience with the staff, and great quality cars. I rented a car on my own for the very first time, I was overwhelmed by the fact, on how great the service was, very professional service, and I was out in less than 25 minutes, that's how great enterprise is, this is going to be my place from now on!

I went there to hire a car but they told me need not reservation, I can pick it up ,(my chosen car anytime) but when I been there again he was unable to give me, not only this assistant branch manager Shareef told me he need a bank card to reserve vehicle later he told they only receive credit card not debit card. I am very disappointed on his behavior. SO, not a single star for this business.

I would have given them 5 stars if there was a better selection of vehicles at my time of check out. On a Wednesday there was only trucks left when I returned Saturday, the selection that they had ranged from coupes to trucks. I had mileage and they take debit which made the process hassle free just make sure you have a stub or bill on hand. This will definitely be my go to place from NOW ON!

What started off as a pleasant experience turned to a nightmare within the blink of an eye. I returned the car and instead of receiving my deposit of 300 dollars, I was charged a extra 300 dollars. I spoke to the manager and he replied there is nothing we can do. So here I am broke with no money awaiting 600 dollars from this excuse of a rental establishment. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I had an easy and pleasant interaction with this branch. They picked me up from my job, I got an amazing car and when I was ready to return the rental they dropped me off to my mechanic to pick up my car. The driver both times was pleasant. Every time I called the office, the customer service was great. I had my rental for thirteen days and have no complaints about anything.

I rented Nissan Juke for couple of days while my car was at the shop. The amazing part is that they work with Sonny's Collision Specialists like a team! very organized, quick & punctual. Bad experience with this location ! Wait an hour to get a car despite I reserved 4 hours advance! Olivia is a worst person. She like to throw the business in gerbeg. For this location my experience was very positive. The sales people were very polite & all seemed to know & do their jobs with the utmost efficiency. The problem I had was I seem to be out of any "pick-up" zone. Even though this was the closes location & this location did pick me up. Not the best Enterprise location but not the worst location either. I honestly prefer sticking with airport locations due to selection of vehicles and service. While the staff are very nice, they are always very busy and rushed. All three cars we rented from this location have been dirtier than I would expect from a rental agency like Enterprise.

My go-to rental has always been enterprise. Often well stocked and punctual compared to other rental companies. After you make a reservation, you can at least be assured that one day before your reservation; you will not get a cancellation text with loads of excuses. Wait time is reasonable. Prices are little higher, but service justifies that.

My car was being serviced and I got a rental which was missing its nys inspection sticker and I had to trade it for a different car. It was a nuisance then I had to bring the car to a location 4 miles away from where I was and take a lift back with their courtesy to get my car. Just an overall pain though the people were generally great!

The team is exceptional. I've been a customer at the Ozone Park location for a few years. It feels like we're family. I love that the interaction and help I get from staff. It's so nice to arrive at an establishment in NYC and everyone is in a great mood and willing to help you at all times. This location has always been a 10/10 for me.

Took car repair information but reported to the insurance company that they didn’t have it. Called threatening me to return the car the same day just to have to extend after me providing the car repair info AGAIN. Driver who dropped me off was also unprofessional walking into the repair shop behind me asking questions about my car!

Enterprise Representative provided me with a car that did not have windshield wiper fluid (this was vital after a snow storm) soon as I took the car off the lot the Oil Change button came on. I was disappointed that they asked me to wait on a oil change instead of offering me another car, because my time was not valuable to them.

Very bad service, we called ahead of time to confirm about a pickup truck that we wanted to rent and after driving an hour in the middle of the rain they said that the pickup is not available they never had that truck, again very bad service. Dont waste your time calling or renting from them, they are not reliable.

They worked with the collision shop my car was at. I was greeted right when I came in to pick up and return, which was fast and painless. And they even gave me a ride to the train. The only improvement needed is cleanliness. First customer in the morning, and the bathroom was filthy, like someone bathed in there.

Everyone ( the pick up/ drop off driver, the Enterprise representatives) are just all around good people! They do NOT rent you their cars unless it's in good shape AND clean! That's professionalism!

The employees are nice with great customer service. FYI, you can’t rent a car with a prepaid card. Rules have changed for good reason I’m assuming. No need to curse out these gals and guys that work here. They didn’t make the rules. I have not had one bad experience with Enterprise or the staff. Awesome crew!

Inconvenient, who closes a car rental before noon on a Saturday. Not very helpful. I also left a pair of sunglasses (ray bans) in the compartment, I called immediately as I left and they “couldn’t find anything.” Keep in mind that was the only time I was in the rental car because I was with my dad.

Thanks to the staff who help me with an out of state rental, they waived a returned fee because where I pick up the car never told me anything about a fee if I return to a different location. I have had two rental from this location of two different time and their are amazing.. keep it up guys

Favorite rental car place. Just like at most Enterprise I've rented from, everyone is courteous and kind and professional. They had me out of there in less than 5 minutes with a fine car. Price is good and walking distance to the A train, so it's easy to get there.

Not the best service, reserved a car 2 weeks before my brother's wedding. They wouldn't allow me to rent the car because they claimed my card was a debit card.They would not work with me. Very disappointed because years ago I rented cars from them with no issues.

Rented a car for 7 days and within the first 2 days we had to change cars 3 TIMES!! Each car had problems, with brakes, engine lights, or something else. Options for rentals are so little. Definitely not coming back here, but customer service is good
