First we don’t get a premium car we reserved. They also call us 15 min before pick up to tell us this. Next day switched out as we reserved a PREMIUM car because of my disabilities. Then we get the premium car and it has a MALFUNCTION the cruise control kicks off because the front sensor has a MALFUNCTION! I HAVE to drive on cruise because I am DISABLED!! Out of a 50 min drive, the cruise control worked 4 min!!! Leaving me having to pull out on the hard shoulder as my legs go too weak from holding the foot down for more than 40 min! I have to drive to my infusions everyday! This place is the worst and close to gets me killed as they provide faulty cars to their PAYING clients!

Alex is GREAT - I have been reserving cars here for the past couple of years for business purposes. I have always found the staff (especially Alex) to be very helpful. The vechiles are always clean and typically "ready to roll" when I arrive. If you need a vehicle in the Anthem area - visit Enterprise!

We have always used enterprise and found this time disappointing. The car we reserved had issues so were given a car that was dirty, had dog hairs and cigarette smoke. I think we'll have to rethink a rental in the future. People we polite.

Office is small and Hott! Car I was given looked like it has never been cleaned! Super dirty! and smelled like a porta potty, would never rent here again! Make the effort and go in to town.

I made a reservation for a car at this facility a few days in advance. I went today to pick up the car to find a vacant office and a vague note stating they are out of the office.

Very helpful and nice people. When we had an incident involving a break in on the rental car, the agency we originally rented from was quick to make it right.

The entire experience was great. The truck I rented was nearly new and everything worked flawlessly. Thank you for making this a great experience!!!
