I went to rent a minivan from them and spoke with 'Oral' I believe his name was. Confirmed that i was going to get the weekly rate of $346 for the rental, eventhough I only needed the vehicle for 5 days. When I went to pick up the van he was going to give me a van that was dirty on the inside, smelled like smoke and had a huge scratch/dent down the side. I was on a limited budget for this trip and had deposited $450 into my account to cover the rental. I had $300 cash in my pocket to cover gas for the trip and $300 in my PayPal account. Due to Covid, all my CC were/are maxed out. When it came time to pay, Oral took my card and swiped it. It didn't go through, he proceeds to tell me that my card was declined and I was confused, as I had just deposited $450 cash into my bank account that morning. When you deposit cash, it's instantly available. I told him that i was confused, because i just deposited money into the account and he just stood there giving me this judgemental look. I asked why it was declined and he told me, "It doesn't tell me it just says declined". I look at the handheld tablet he had and he was charging me $546 for the rental. Now.. I GET IT.. there is a deposit.. but wouldn't you think that good customer service would have been to 1.) Tell (remind) the customer PRIOR to swiping the card that there will be a holding deposit? 2.) Inform the customer that you will be charging their card XX amount of dollars PRIOR to swiping the card? Anyhow, so my card gets declined.. so I tell Oral that I'm going to go to the bank and deposit more money. He proceeds to tell me, "Well now that this card has been declined, I can't run it for 24 hours". Needless to say I was upset. They don't take cash, so I can't 'split' the payment. Oral asks if i had another card to run. I tell him that the only card that has enough money is my debit card. I then remembered that my Paypal debit pulls funds directly from my bank for charges over my PayPal balances. I tell myself that with the $300 in my PayPal combined with the $450 in my bank account, i have enough to cover the rental. I tell Oral that I can use my PayPal card.. he proceeds to tell me.. with a bit of satisfaction in my opinion, "We don't take Paypal". I asked him, "even if it's a debit card?" He simply says "No" and proceeds to look at me with his judgemental attitude. So here I am.. I literally have $1050 to my name due to this Covid nonsense. I'm about to spend $546 of it, so that I can be a good father and help move my daughter to Arizona. But I can't get the rental because of the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE of simply informing the customer PRIOR to swiping your card that the amount being charged is XX dollars. Had Oral simply said.. "Okay, so the total is $346 for the rental and there is a $200 deposit. So the total we ate going to charge today is $546, is that okay?"... I could have stopped him and told him that i needed to deposit more money into my account really quick and avoided this whole EMBARRASSING and inconvenient situation. A SIMPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE VALIDATION QUESTION..!! Anyhow, I'm not saying I won't rent from ERAC again.. just that I'll think twice about recommending them over Budget, AVIS and the many other rental car companies out there, which many times have cheaper rates anyhow.

Had they said Green Dot would not work we could have stopped on the way and transfer the money to chase then gone and picked up the car, but after standing around waiting for them to bring the car up for 15 minutes it then became 5:55 p.m. once he tried to run it it was declined and we went inside the worker there as if it was prepaid I said no he looked at it and said oh yeah this is this won't work my fiance said she called and double-checked then the girl standing there at the counter said she talked to her and told her that it wouldn't work but she's at the girl who we booked the rental with who told us it would so we don't really care what that lady has to say because we were already told it would be fine and again had someone had just said that it won't work we could have easily put the money on a card that they would take, that sounds like financial discrimination to me??!!!! so now we've wasted over an hour overtime they won't stick around there for an extra 5 minutes to let us go run to the bank and put that money on the card instead it was you can come back tomorrow in the morning and if we get there in time they'll still have that car there but if we don't it'll probably be gone, and we technically really needed it tonight and tomorrow so I guess we're going to have to make due for this evening.I will give it to stars as the building is there the people weren't unfriendly at first but at the end of the day or well the end of their work night we're still up schitt's creek because of misinformation and their lack of patience for us to go put the money on different card when it was their screw up not telling us we needed to do that ahead of time and we double-checked so we wouldn't run into this problem. At this point they can go kick rocks and we'll just go to Hertz or Avis or any one of the other 20 car rental places around here because Enterprise sucks!!

I rented two cars last weekend and had 3 other drivers on the list but one is 23y/o that I needed to pay extra so he can drive. We left the rental place and later realized that I was charged twice for the underage driver. During return the following Monday, I mentioned it to the manager and I was asking for a refund because technically, the underage driver only drive one car. The manager said he couldn’t do anything about it. I was upset but kept silent. The second car got checked in as well and at the end the other employee asked me if I was satisfied and I was honest to tell her that I’m not really satisfied because of the unnecessary extra charge. She said that she could have refunded it but she said she just closed it. She suggested that if I said something before she closed it that she could’ve refunded me. I told her that the manager said it’s not possible but I didn’t said more after but since she asked me if I’m satisfied with the service I said NO. And when she suggested that it’s possible to refund it I’m thinking why did the manager said differently in the first place from what she said that it can be done. I knew that they can do something about it. But just upset that the manager I feel didn’t give his best to satisfy my request.

i generally rent a car from enterprise have used many other enterprise location. the experience with this location is very frustrating. firstly i get false assurances of getting discounts which is never considered at the time of closing the agreement again gets a false assurance of getting a call on which they are going to settle the agreement. also the manager and assistant manager are too rude. dont want to spend time with the customer, just wants to handover the car keys and gets the paper work done. For the current agreement its been more than 5 days still waiting for my refund. on calling for enquiry the local employee has put me on long wait of more than 20-mins, i had to disconnect and call again. Is this is the way to treat the customer?. this gets me into a frustrating situation where i have to approach there office because of theirs location. If i get more option in near future i would never choose enterprise after this experience. ------------------------Update------------------------- I met with area rental manager-Brett today, and he did resolve the problem instantly.. based on the discussion and customer service-interactions on next few rentals(2 rentals after the review).. with improved experience/ratings moved to 4 *

Usually enterprise is my fav but today not so much. We all have bad days but the guy I spoke to was rude. I called after making a reservation online to see if I could arrange a pick up at the hotel im staying in. He needed the address which I distant readily know admittedly and had to ask someone. He was annoyed. When I speak out the address I assume head logging it but after I walk away from the person he says what was the address again which I know he heard I got this from someone else. Anyway he puts me on hold and comes back telling me hes going to put me at a different location which is actually further away. So I say no worries ill just take a lyft there and forget the pick up. He proceeds to tell me "well if you come here your going to have to wait because you just made your reservation". My reservation by the way is confirmed for noon. I tell him this and he says that's why hes putting me some where else and that he has cancelled me. So much confusion and a whole lot of attitude just turned me off so I cancelled and got a new reservation at Hertz.

Received a call before pickup notifying me that my reservation was invalid because they overbooked. The day before Thanksgiving. The short notification window has left me scrambling to find a vehicle to visit my ailing Uncle for this holiday. Company headquarters says Enterprise always makes it right (for the next time). Cool. Except I don't give a flying f*** about NEXT time. I have plans TOMORROW. Went to Budget car rental down the street; cars available! Customers are lined up 14 deep on a 'waiting' list at Enterprise. Calling around to find substitute vehicles and giving referrals to local companies, assisting customers in solving a problem not reserved, would be a much more professional and gracious sort of service, as is, they left the customers to 'fend' for themselves. The biggest thing for me is that this is a normal phenomenon and that car rental places (Hertz, Enterprise for two) overbook without consideration to the effect on the lives of the customers; only of the money to be made. I went to pick up the SUV that I had made a reservation for a month and half ago, and they called me 2 day before to get a “verbal confirmation” that I still needed the suv, when I arrived there, they said they don’t have an SUV and there are six other people with reservation for SUVs ahead of me. They were making excuses up as they go, first they said “they are expecting some returns from LA and some other locations... then the story changed to “the cars are on a truck and on its way here, but we don’t know when they will get here” I told them we traveling the next day for Christmas holiday, she said she will call me and let me know.... I waited, the call never came and they are closed now... I guess reservation doesn’t mean anything... now I can’t find anything in town because everyone is sold out...bunch of incompetent employees working for an incompetent rental agency.

This is the second time, the gentleman over there behaves too rude when I return the vechicle. I always refill gas right opposite to their office in Arco full tank right before returning vechicle. So even this time I did the same and I refilled until the automatic fuel shut down, but the gentleman in enterprise need to be over pumped and he needs to charge me $11 for less than 1 point in the fuel indicator. I even showed him the gas station invoice, and it shows, just 5 mins before I refilled full tank for $39. But still he needs to charge me for less tgan1,point, and asking me to go back and over pump the fuel and come back if I need not to be charged. Weekly twice I take car fro Poway location for my buisness, and I return in Miramesa, since my office is close by Miramesa. From now on I never gonna return here. He is doing this second time for me, the same gentleman.

Wow, exact thing happened to me! I returned a car over a month ago. When I drop it off, the worker comes out, looks at the car and says, "ok your good to go." I said ok thanks, do I get a receipt. He quickly turns his head and soo condescendingly, says, "you dont need one" So then i ask, "ok what about my deposit?" He replies, "Don't worry, you'll get it back?" "Dont worry?" Who says that? I leave with no receipt. 3 weeks later, no refund. I called and OF COARSE, the worker at the counter asked, "did you have any extra charges?" I said no. He said, ok I'll complete the refund now. Of coarse, still no refund. The worst part about the experience is how condescending they ALL were at the place. These people give you an impression that your bothering them with your questions. The rental process was identical! These people are soooooo shady.

worst experience ever. Overcharge. I would select no star if there's such choice. when I went to rent the car, the manager Matt asked me whether I want to purchase enterprise damage waiver. I said explicitly no. However, when I received the bill, it included damage waiver and PAI fees. When I talked to Matt about it, he said that I signed the contract to include these. I was totally shocked. What I recalled was that I signed the places wherever Matt asked me to sign and honestly, I did not read a word on that contract since I trusted him. Now I realized that I should never trust that guy. This was the first time I got into this kind of trick in my rental experiences. Please pay attention to whatever Matt is trying to ask you to sign. And go over the contract word by word if you are going to rent the car in Enterprise.

This review for incident at Mira Mesa location on Friday Feb 11, 2022 ~ 14:00 hour and last for over 2 hours. Ms. Aliyah was extremely rude, and unprofessional during the time I visited. She was obviously angry about something, lied and treated me so badly. She took the key away from me when I had signed all the contracts for that SUV then cancelled (closed) my reservation for 7 days rental. On the other hand, the male employee was completely professional, understood the customer's needs, and went above and beyond to assist me. Sir, you have my admiration. Please contact me if you require any additional information, Mr./Ms. Manager. You have the time and place to look up my phone number and contact me. The incident was witnessed by four Enterprise employees. I had filed complaint to the headquarter.

Terrible experience! On May 30, I paid the rental by credit card, I declined to buy protection, when I returned the car the next day, they set me up and said I caused the damages despite of my reasonable explanation (The damage part is under the protruding bumper, but all the other parts are in good condition. Not even a scratch was found on the protruding bumper. There is no way I could cause the damage without damaging the protruding part of bumper, you know, even if I hit the front car, it’s the protruding bumper part that got to the front car first. But there is not even a scratch on the protruding bumper part). And before everything got clear, a tall woman worked there charged me $ 1000 for the damage without my authorization. Her attitude was rude. worst enterprise customer service ever!!!

Horrible! One of the rep's who was leaving to go work in El Cajon acted as though she had a chip on her shoulder, and didn't want to be bother. The manager would not let me drive away in the car I rented without 21 questions. When I answered her no on each question she asked me, she kept asking the same question over and over to the point I thought she was trying to intimidate me in getting something I did not want. Finally I had to tell her I had to go, call the people herself. The manager they had before the sales rep they have now was so much better, professional. would not go back to that one in Mira Mesa nor recommend them to anyone. HORRIBLE Experience! Honesty they need to get rid of everyone in that facility and hire all new people before they lose a lot of their regular customers.

Rented car online and was given a 900am pick up time. At 900 we received call that they didn't have a car for us. They said they would call us back when one arrived. We really wanted car by 10 so we changed our plans and waited for call. At 1145 with no call and knowing that they close at 1200 we called several times and did not get an answer. We then drove to location, where they said our car just arrived and they were about to call. If they had we would not have had time to make it there by 1200. The car was not clean as previous rented had just arrived, nor was there a full tank. They tried to vacuum dirty trunk but that was all. Not sure if this is a branch problem or corporate, but will think twice before renting here again

I have reserved a full size car in this location because we needed large trunk space (5 suitcases). Reservation was set from 8AM, I came ~8:30AM (paperwork was completed at 8:50AM) assuming I don't have to be there before they open in order to get car I reserved. Apparently they were out of Full size cars and "upgraded me" to small SUV which has small trunk, fits 2 suitcases. I immediately told him this won't work for me, and got response that I should have been in Enterprise at 8:00AM sharp in order to get reserved car. Pretty unbelievable. So now we will have to drive ~1000 miles with suitcases in our laps. They also promised they would call other Enterprise locations for exchange - never got callback.

Worse car rental experience of my life. Was on hold for over 2.5 hours, and I started calling at 7:45 AM to be first in line. When I finally got through, the Staff were rude, inconsiderate, and incompetent. They then told me that they were out of cars and said they did not have time to check other branches. I call back later in the day, they had cars but no one to come pick me up! Isn't that Enterprises thing...they come pick you up. Any way do not waste your time with this company, and this particular Enterprise branch, they are worthless. Laura, I called your office looking to speak with you. Surprise, surprise this Enterprise Rent a Car put be on hold indefinitely again. What a joke of an operation.

I rent from here at least once a month for travel. The employees call me the day before to remind me of the reservation which I'm always thankful for. Stephanie and the girls are always nice. It gets pretty busy so I suggest to come on the dot of your reservation time. Deposit is $200 plus the cost of rental and insurance. Pay that extra few dollars for their insurance! You won't regret it. I've waited in the lobby many times and can overhear customers getting into minor but very costly accidents. The only con here is that twice I had cars that needed alignment. So my advice is, if the car needs alligment call them to switch cars or you'll have a very uncomfortable 6 hour drive like me.

Waited several hours to pick up my scheduled/reserved rental (through AAA) when there were no other clients/ customers in the building. After approximately 3 hours, I got my vehicle and it was completely empty on Gas. The manager Promised to compensate me with a free weekend rental from what ever location she was at and a free double upgrade in vehicle. I called to set up my rental to use the comp and this branch refuses to honor the comp even after I showed them the “official company email”from the manager Ashley Navarro. Will never use this branch again. Let alone enterprise as this was absolute nonsense. Avoid this location if you can.

I used to like this place. It is fairly close to my work place and I was usually able to find pretty fun cars to drive for the weekend at a very reasonable price. However, I made a reservation for the weekend a couple of weeks ago and I agree with Vivek, the male manager is rude and acts like doing me a favor for renting me the car. It was late Friday evening and most of the cars will go no where in the weekend, but he refused to get me a free upgrade. I ended up paying extra to jump from intermediate to standard. And, are you kidding me?? They are calling the VW Beetle a "standard size" vehicle?? Are we back in the 1900s?

We love working with the team @ Enterprise in Mira Mesa! I called on the Thursday prior for a weekend rate to drive up and celebrate NY Eve with friends in Redondo Beach. At first, the young lady who answered told me they had no vehicles. Since I never take no for an answer, I simply called the Airport Enterprise, made my reservation and asked them if they could drive the car to the Mira Mesa location. Viola! ...a Nissan Altima for $68.00!! Wow!! The young man who assisted us was welcoming and friendly. And their office is just a 7min drive from our house. Thank you Enterprise,...and Happy New Year!!

Quality care and Customer service keeps getting better at this location. I appreciate the Sales team making sure I was satisfied with the vehicle rental and addressed any concerns, I may have. In my most recent travel, I had an incident due to some construction debris hit and scratched up the rental while I was driving. I was concerned about damage to the car and in reporting, the Sales team Rep. expressed concerns about my well being and that immediately relieved my stress. I will continue to bring my service to this location, make sure you add insurance every time. I love this new Team.

Five of us was stranded after a road hazard struck my car coolant system. They had a truck that could accommodate which was awesome for a Friday afternoon. However could not seem to tell us that we could return the vehicle anytime at the San Diego Airport. Instead only informed that we had to return before noon on Sat. or Sunday at another location by noon. Since we were staying right by the airport, I decided to call them. Open 4am-midnight 7 days a week. Why did they not know this. Almost had to stay one more day and miss work, had I not called the airport one.

Super pleasant experience here! Even though it was busy upon arrival, I felt that things moved efficiently all thanks to Ashley’s work ethics. She worked quickly to balance calls, check customers in, and ultimately rent cars out, quite the shocker seeing her do all that. Personally, using car rentals tend to be a dreadful experience for me, but not this time around! With that said, I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great rental company with a staff that cares! Thank you Ashley for all you have done, appreciate all your hard work!

This specific location was friendly, and assisted me in renting a car through my company. I had called earlier, and was told they would call me back in 'a few minutes', but I never got the call, so I just went in. I needed a pickup for a few hours, and I get a credit for a certain number of rentals. They did not know how to process this, but gave me helpful tips as I made my reservation. I had to use my phone's internet to place the reservation, and the staff were able to make the needed changes when it was available in their system.

One of the worst customer service. The manager acts as if he is doing a favour onto the customer by giving car for rent. We got a toll ticket while most of enterprise cars I rented in past would deduct the toll automatically in 15 days. This enterprise has no such thing that cost toll violation and the manager on reporting it acts like we don't know how to handle tolls. Then why rent the car when he doesn't know the procedures. Please don't rent at this branch as they have few cars and no well maintained.

I rented a car from the Mira Mesa office at the beginning of June for just shy of a week. From the rides, to and from, to the rental and return process, I want to commend Isaiah, Austin and Angelo for their wonderful balance of professionalism, courtesy and good humor in making this experience well nigh perfect. Very bad experience I rented a car as insurance claim, they over charged me and the insurance then they sent me a statement of lower amount of what they charged me by $3k!! I don't know what were they planing to do with that difference. Not to mention the car was in a very bad shape and I requested to change it several times and they either don't answer or ignore my requests!! At the end they started just to hang up on me! DO MOT RENT FROM HERE IF YOU CAN. I was forced to by my insurance.

Had a reservation for a large SUV to be picked up at noon, when we got there we were told that they were running short and didn't have one. The manager was very nice and tried to call around and get us one but they were unable to get us the type of vehicle I had reserved. I get being busy around the holidays but if it was an issue I wish I had been informed before hand so I could make arrangements elsewhere and not be without the type of vehicle I need the day before Christmas Eve

I reserved a car online the day before I needed the car. When I showed up at the rental counter the next day, Mr. Kofi quickly helped me finishing up all the paper work. I mentioned it was going to be a solo drive to AZ, he even made the effort to check the car's condition, making sure the car is safe to drive long distance. I really appropriate the excellent customer service. I would recommand Enterprise rental car located on Mira Mesa Blvd, San Diego to everyone.

Never expected to be writing a review about a car rental business but the service at Enterprise was truly outstanding. Every two years I have the misfortune of someone hitting my car which was the reason for needing a rental. It was such a pleasure to have someone as personable and professional as Christopher pick me up from the auto body shop. Also, the Audi I was given was truly immaculate.Thank you Christopher and Ashley for such a pleasant experience!

Sloooooooooooow. Been here for nearly 30 minutes. So far they have taken my credit card info. A reservation was made last week. I can't imagine why it's taking so long to prepare the vehicle....add 10 more minutes to wait time....5 more minutes.... now I'm being shown the vehicle... wrong type, my fault for not telling them (+1 star). It's been acknowledged that I've been here for awhile. They are moving faster. Out the door after 55 minutes total.

The one time I experienced enterprise was due to an insurance claim. Someone hit me and their insurance paid for my rental. Enterprise picked me up with my months old son and brought me to this facility. The girl driving us was so polite and friendly. I wish I knew her name. She made us feel comfortable. When we arrived at the facility on Mira Mesa Blvd. the agents there were also very nice and courteous. They upgraded me for free!

STAY AWAY FROM MIRA MESA BRANCH! two month ago I rented a car and paid in upfront, after returning the car, every two weeks, they charge me $200, i call them every time and they say: oh it is a mistake, sorry, we remove it from your account! It has been happening 4 times in the past two months. I am pretty sure it is not a mistake, they are doing this intentionally. NOT RECOMMENDED! Thief! I never rent from enterprise again.

Waited over 30+ minutes for my reservation that I had made weeks in advanced, on top of that the car was not washed or cleaned after they were offering that to all the customers except me for some reason. The office seems understaffed which why I had to wait so long. I usually go to the airport car rentals because their service is much faster but this was the most convenient enterprise towards my destination. Lesson learned.

Some ppls are never satisfied and always complaining. I never had not one bad experience with them and it been times where I was renting every 3 weeks. We got into an accident that was our fault. And thankfully they pressured us to be the insurance, as we would have had to pay out the wazoo for damage. Maybe personal insurance would have done it, but I don't have comprehensive. As such, this paid for it. They were really great helping us. And really low-key too, which was nice. We ended up walking away not even having to have my deposit taken! So grateful!

I changed my ratings to 4.5 stars, it's not about one making mistakes, its about, how you fix them. The people at front line are junior level and they sometimes forget how to behave. Always ASK for the manager. In this instance, I discussed with AREA manager and he took very good care of me to end it on a good note! He took the effort and washed the car himself, and that made me feel very thankful.

The branch manager, Nicholas, fought tooth and nail with an insurance company to get me into a luxury vehicle rental even after the insurance company told me they couldn’t do it. Do not buy the pre-purchase gas option. It looks enticing because price is cheaper than current prices, but you're almost guaranteed to bring the car back with gas in the tank and you're not refunded the difference. Only a deal if you're %100 sure you're going to bring the car back on fumes. Check out was quick and the car I got was nice. Luckily, because I wasn't offered a selection.

Received a call about an hour before pickup notifying me that they overbooked and would not have a car available for me. The man said they have about 178 cars and completely booked up because the manager didn’t stop the bookings. Completely professional - I plan to avoid this location and enterprise in general. The short notification window has left me scrambling.

Worst ever experience with this location. 1st of all they give me rental car with out be services. Car was viberating at speed of 70 mph and then when I went to switch car at onterio International Airport location they didn't give me good options to switch the car. Location manager was so rude. I had to Wait there for more than 1 hour. Worst ever experience

I won't actually use any other rental car service. Enterprise is it. The Mira Mesa location has always delivered excellent service. I'm one of those stingy bastards that won't give 5 stars unless everything is just flawless, which has yet to happen to me anywhere (restaurants, hotels, cruises, etc.). That said, these folks go out of their way every time.

The customer service at this location is awesome. I rented on 02/12/16 and returned the car on 02/16/16. The check out and check in was a breeze. Pick up from and drop to my location at Qualcomm was also very pleasant experience. I hope wish and pray for the whole team of Enterprise, and refer it to all my friends and colleagues. Sincerely MN

I just wanted to rent a car to get the SAN airport. They said they will charge $75 drop of fees because they are short on cars! WTF?? the normal rate i have paid even i took the car last time and dropped it off at LAX was just $25! the lady who spoke to me either didn't have a clue or was just trying to act smart! hate enterprise now!

Very bad customer treatment. They dont manage customers very well and they change something on the reservation without informing the customers. Also they will not have enough cars over the weekend, most of the time they say they are sold out even if you have a valid reservation. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place is full of scam. I made a reservation for a day. Saturday morning (1/23/2021) to Sunday morning (1/24/2021). They called me 5:00 pm on Friday (1/22/2021) and said I could pick it up at 6 pm that day without extra charge. And now i get charged for 2 days. Well, ENTERPRISE, is that your way to make money?!

It was okay. The people were good, polite, personable and timely. After this experience I now know that I will never ever own a Hyundai. They said it would have been a $150 drop off fee to drop the car off at the airport location. Last time I did that it was only a $25 dollar drop off fee. Kind of inconvenient

Sneaky, undisclosed charges. Don’t use this location. Double check everything they say. Get it in writing at the front desk. The offers of fixing issues after the fact are an insufficient act of theatre. I’ll never use this location again and may not use the company due to the experience had here.

Very bad. Booked the car from 9am, arrived at 10:00am. I was told car is not available, need to wait for ten minutes. But still not available even at 10:30am. I need to go to LAX. They provided a smaller size one, I had to take it as I ran out of time. Terrible! Will stay away from it for sure!

Every year, around Christmas time, I get a rental car so I can drive up to L.A. to pick up family and bring them back to S.D. for the holidays. Enterprise always has the best prices and selection of vehicles. Plus, the workers at the Mira Mesa Enterprise are always extremely nice and helpful.

Car and Service was fine. But I was charged 2 extra gallons of gas upon return at $5.35/gallon. I was told to return the car with between 1/2 and 3/4 tank, which I did. I was not told of this charge until the next day when I read my email receipt. Not happy ... Chincy , nickel and dime act!

Never going back to Enterprise especially the Mira Mesa branch. Charged me over $500 for two weeks of insurance on a Ford Fusion. Car was returned undamaged, washed and the tank full. I know they gouged me. Tried to reach the manager she never returned my calls.
