We ordered a large suv the night before but when we were there they told us the car we ordered was not available anymore. Large suv drivers also need to be above 25 and a credit card holder but they did not clarify on their website. How ridiculous. Do not rent with enterprise unless you have a plan B
Staff was always helpful, Marianne(i believe that was her name) at this location is amazing. And went way above and beyond to make sure I was happy she was very pleasant and friendly every step of the way. Despite the unusual series of events that clearly caused much more work for her and her staff.
