The staff at the Amboy Avenue office is spectacular from the manager Jason, his assistant manager Joe and employee Jeff to the guys that clean and maintain the cars. They can't do enough to make sure every customer is satisfied and waste no time. Great Job guys I rent every week for company use and would never think of using anyone else.

Renting from Enterprise on Amboy Road in SI was a great experience. I was given an upgrade without being charged and any questions I asked via email were immediately answered. I found Brad Popkin, Assistant Branch Mgr, very efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant I highly recommend renting at this Enterprise branch.

Enterprise has been my go to when I needed to rent a car for several years now. They always have a clean, comfortable vehicle that suits the need, be it a sedan, suv or minivan. The price is right and the service is exemplary. And yes they have picked me up, and brought me home. I wouldn't go with anyone else.

overall staff was great the first mini van I got the A/C stopped working in traffic and windows were not clean and everything felt sticky like in car changed it out the next day again staff was great but received a jeep Cherokee being they had nothing bigger at that site but again windows in car very dirty

I liked the car I rented. John was very helpful. I asked a question about refueling and that amount was automatically placed on my estimation. I do not like their estimation statements. Nor did I ever receive a final bill from Enterprise. I had to visit location for an explanation and get my final bill.

Convenient office! However you might come and not be given the car you reserved or given a car at all. The staff is friendly though but quit often understaffed and it takes half an hour or more to get your reserved car out (since they have to clean it while you are there).

Very good service. Not a big selection of cars to choose from. I only had a choice of three cars to choose from.. Inside of car was nice and clean but it has a smell of car freshener. The outside of the car was not really clean. The rental agent was very nice.
