Because my returning flight brought me and the family to Ottawa (instead of Montreal where I live) I had to rent a car to drive back. (one way) First of all the guy in Ottawa didn't find my reservation on file, I had to go and bother the lady from National (since they now own Enterprise), she was able to find it and then went to talk the gentleman at Enterprise to explain I had reserved a one-way rental 3 weeks ago. Then the guy from Enterprise said all my luggage would never fit in the economy car I rented trying to encourage me to go somewhere else. Turns out the luggage did fit as I already planned. Finally I asked which way to take 417 queens-way east to go to Montreal...he said "you need to go west"..that's when I really wasn't happy with the competency. I took the car Saturday night and could not return the vehicle on Sunday because they are not open. Even if I simply dropped of the keys in their box on Sunday I would still be charged an extra day. I am really NOT happy about this extra day for a service I didn't need (did not use) and feel it is simply robbery on their part. Stick with National, they are much better, I understand that they bought Enterprise, hopefully they will knock some customer satisfaction sense into them.

Je cherchai une succursale qui possédait une minivan, j'ai donc sélectionné celle-ci, j'ai fait la réservation en ligne, j'ai reçu une confirmation, tout était beau. Deux heures plus tard je reçois un appel me signifiant que finalement ils n'avaient pas de minivan, c'elle qu'ils avaient était accidentée et ne pouvais pas me la louer, même si le site indiquait que la minivan était disponible. Il ne devrait pas y avoir de disparité entre le site web et la succursale. Il semble qu'il n'y ait pas une bonne communication entre Entreprise et ses différentes succursales. J'ai demandé s'ils pouvaient m'aider à chercher dans une autre succursale mais l'employée m'a répondu que je devais moi-même appler une à une les autres succursales. J'ai appelé au service à la clientèle en leur expliquant la situation, et j'ai procédé à faire une autre réservation dans une autre succursale (de la Savane, Jean-Talon), j'ai demandé s'ils étaient sûr que la minivan était disponible. On m'a répondu qu'elle apparaissait comme disponible, donc j'ai fais la réservation et reçu la confirmation par email. Quelques minutes plus tard j'ai reçu un appel pour m'aviser qu'ils n'avaient pas de minivan à cette succursale... Un peu déconcertant!

Très mauvaise expérience Après avoir effectuer une réservation, compléter la commande en personne directement dans cette agence et envoyer la voiture pour la préparation avant de la prendre, un client vient et demande la même voiture que celle qui m'ont donnée. Puis ils me l'ont enlevé et l'ont donné à l'autre client qui est venu après moi (un ami de l'agent qui était là?). Cela s'est passé en sachant que je suis un client régulier de cette agence. Résultat: j'ai dû annuler ma réservation, annuler mon voyage et annuler ma réunion de travail avec l'un de mes clients. Very unprofessional & disrespectful

UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! I was charged over $1000 for a bill that I was not responsible. When I called they told me the garage did not pay for the bill so they charged me. I gave them NO authorization to withdraw this money and they did not even advise me in advance that they would do so. This is theft at its finest. My guess was that they were looking to make commission off of the cars they've rented. I called my garage and they were just as furious as me and told me they shouldn't have charged me a penny. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! They are fraudulent and unethical.

Great place with great staffs 5 years i go there 0 issues. Courtesy, smooth transaction, cleaned vehicle, top customer service. Recently a new manager has arrived Thomas, allergy with coloured skinned people. I hope he understands thats we are not asking him anything for free. And he go and learn how to talk and learn good manners and stop being arrogant. I found an Avis car rental 750metres away just because of him. But Enterprise will continue to do a great job because of its great ladies and gentlemen staffs. Les têtes brûlées existent un peu partout dans le monde.

I am giving a 5 stars for the manager and zero star for the lady who works there (Yasmine). Yasmine was so rude. I travel and rent cars a lot, and honestly I have never been treated this way. She was sooo disrespectful, so unprofessional and she even tried to rip me off and charge me an extra day, despite returning the car on time. If I didn't ask to see the manager who fixed the problem and noticed that she charged me an extra day, I would have paid an extra day. Yasmine shouldn't be working in a very well known company like entreprise.

the test of service is inevitably on days that don't go as planned. On a Monday morning after snow, lots of customers who need to get to work, a trainee on their first day and an associate that called in sick. this is what branch manager Allan Yeow had to deal with. I walked into a line of 5-6 customers, the phone ringing and the trainee asking lots of question, and Allan remained calm, polite, and somehow got it all done. Then when I returned the car two days later, he apologized for the delay on Monday. Great service .

Il y a déjà à plusieurs reprises que j'ai louer ma voiture chez vous seulement quand il en avait plus chez budget. Pi jai déposé ma voiture chez budget proche de chez moi pour pas allez jusqu'à Montréal le 10 novembre et à la surprise le 13 novembre un emploi me laisse un message que il va renvoyer la police chez moi parce que je refuse ramène l'auto mais es ce que il a un problème de vision et comment tu traite les clients je vous déconseille BUDGET 100% beaucoup plus performant et il vont jamais te traite de voler

We had okay experience with this company BEFORE but this time is SUPER AWFUL! We booked the car one month in advance but was told 30 mins before we getting to pick the car that there is no car available now and we must wait for at least 3 hrs WITH NO GUARANTEE. I understand that accidents can happen, but the custom service was rude and condescending. Instead of trying to make up for their mistake or discussing with us, they just informed us that we need to mess up with our plan and schedule for their negligences.

I'm always worried before renting a car, I've seen the CBC marketplace special on car rental places hidden fees and exploiting insurance fees etc.. But this location is always great, the staff are super friendly and always make the whole process so quick and easy. Always friendly service and always able to answer any questions I might have, I've rented a few times now from this location and have never had a bad experience here. Good service always find a way to the top, Cheers!

Ease of pick-up and efficient, friendly service, listened to my request and tried to accommodate. Gave me a ride back to my dealership too, much appreciated. My sole peeve: the rental car had been cleaned quite nicely, but whatever products Enterprise uses are perfume-heavy and they would trigger my asthma every time I drove the car. Aim for fragrance-free, Enterprise, not everyone can tolerate even what was a fairly pleasant scent!

Greatest rental car experience of my life. The process is usually long and complicated but not this time. I had a super employee Simon who helped me. One of the most efficient workers I've seen not only in the car rental industry but really any industry. You can tell he knows what he's doing but more importantly, he has an amazing attitude. Will definitely go back to that Enterprise, on De la Savane, next time I need a car rental.

Winner of the most professional and friendly customer oriented car rental location. They don't try to up sell you even that I booked with a last minute discount website, the cars are clean and the staff is courteous, the transaction went fast and smooth. They even gave me a credit of 1/8 tank of gas for my next rental as I brought the car back with slightly more gas then I left with. Never seen before.

Unfortunately I had an accident with my van but a vehicle was available for me. I had a lot of choice. A Chevy sparks Chevy Cruze Cadillac SUV A pick up Or a dodge charger. Well I chose the charger. No hassle It was fun to drive. And the body shop was excellent. Repaired my van in 3 4 days. Great service all around. Carstar Enterprise And la capital.

I had a car accident and from the moment I got the car they were so sympathetic because of my situation plus I was with my 3 month baby. They were so helpfull and friendly. Can't say anything negative... I reserved a small car (cheaper choice) and when I came to pick up, there wasn't any available so I got upgraded for the same price to an SUV. It was a very comfortable car, luggages fit better. Maybe a little more expensive on gas but I felt safer for my road trip. Drop off was nice n easy!

Visited my daughter in Montreal and needed a car, Enterprise rent-a-car gave us a variety and selections of vehicles to choose from. Reserved a large SUV and got a small car. They were to call me when they had something bigger and never did. Not impressed Edit. They said someone would contact me to discuss, after I emailed them 3 times I still never got the call nearly 3 weeks later. This place clearly needs to work on its customer service.

A made a reservation and I arrived a few minutes late because I work and due to traffic and the guy said he was closing and he could not give me the keys to the car. Nobody called me in antecipation and I didn't know they would close at 6 since all other companies keep opened and they treat their clients well.

I always get car from here. The staff is really good. They are really cooperative. Also they have plenty of options to select from. Cars are really in good condition. Moreover you can leave your car in the parking/street if you plan to drop it after hours or during weekend.

Easy enough to get the rental. Disappointed in the lack of cleaning from enterprise after previous renters. It wasn't clean on the inside. White hair on every seat, that looked like hair from a cat or a dog. Inside of the vehicle was dirty in general.

Great experience. They picked me up from the mechanic and dropped me off when my car was ready. The car I rented was clean and great for winter driving (all wheel drive). The service was excellent. Definitely recommend.
