This was my second time renting from this particular location. First time they didn't have the car I reserved, but asked me if I wanted to wait or take a slight downgrade (which I was OK with). The card did not have a full tank of gas and I was instructed to return it at the same level (which is very annoying). My second time they did not have my car again and offered me a Jeep as an "upgrade" (which I declined as I had requested a family sized sedan and did not consider a Jeep to be an upgrade). ~1h after my booked rental time they brought "my" car, but it was actually an "upgrade" to a Cooper Mini (I had rented a family sizes sedan, this was a smaller car with a much smaller trunk). I expressed my dissatisfaction with the car, but instead of offering me an upgrade they told me I could wait another hour for the Elantra or equivalent I had reserved (I did not have another hour to waste). The car also only had 3 bars of gas, and I was instructed to return at the same level. When I returned the car they asked me if I was satisfied and I replied no. The representative explained to me that the Cooper Mini actually had the same sized trunk as the Elantra so I should not be dissatisfied for that reason (I drove an Elantra for 2 years, it could fit more than a single stroller with no wiggle room). He then also explained that it is standard practice to rent the cars without a full tank of gas (I have rented at other locations in Montreal, Toronto, Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Vegas and have never encountered this before). When I expressed that I didn't find these explanations satisfactory he said that he could see that I would not be convinces so he would not continue to try and justify their standard practices to me. At no point did they offer any form of compensation for the poor service. I'm fine with this, but there are other options in the area and I will not be renting from here again.

Enterprise sent my dad a $1.170 bill claiming that he scratched their car. Please take as many pictures as you can when they give you the rental car and don't trust them when they tell you that the size of the shown scratches don't count. You will be held responsible for it! Let me tell the story: My father rented a car from enterprise on Rue Grenet in Montreal. When him and my brother went to pick up the car, they saw scratches on the sides. They mentionned it to the enterpise agent in the parking, he said: "these scratch sizes are fine, it is not a problem". When my dad returned the car, he was alone without my brother. The agent on duty saw those same scratches and decided to make a report and make my dad responsible for it. My father, tried to explain to him that the scratch was there but the agent did not want to listen. Few weeks later, my father received a letter from Enterprise asking him to pay $1.170 for damages he did not cause! I am enraged because I know my father would admit if he had done it and he would surely take responsibility for his actions, but he did not do it! Why should he pay for it? My brother is also a witness, he was there when they picked up the "already scratched car". If you are thinking to rent a car from this place, please take pictures and videos before you leave their property. Don't trust what they tell you. Don't trust Enterprise car rental company.

Newest update: the refund has been received. Thank you, Chris! Update: Shoutout to Chris, the manager who I’ve just spoken to and has offered to refund me the relevant amount. This Enterprise location charged $1100 after I explicitly followed their instructions. I spoke to them once regarding this, and they said they would look into it but it was ultimately their employees word against mine. They said they would get back to me today (3 business days later) and I have not heard back.They will not answer their phone. I left the car exactly where their employee told me to leave it, which was the same location they brought it to me. They claim they didn't know it was there for 2 and a half weeks when they were the people who told me to leave it there in the first place. I've attached a photo of the car parked at the requested location, at the stated time, check the meta tags. I will be taking this to court, going to the press, anything I can do to not let you rip people off without consequence.

Piss Poor Customer Service. This is the absolute worst Enterprise. I had scheduled a reservation to get a sedan - the manager told me its all good and they had one. Showed up Wednesday evening waited for 30 minutes all to be told we have a minivan for you. I didn't want to take it as I knew you would get stuck it. I was told by Omar (who got transferred from another location now I know why) that I wouldn't and someone would come to my home to change the car between 8-830. No one showed up so I had to leave for work. Apparently they came at 845. I called the next day to switch into a sedan and was told there is nothing. On Wednesday when I asked Omar that I had reserved a sedan he said they had no cars and started giving me x,y,z reasons why this is ok. Administration needs to be changed at this location. Another client was also complaining how the manager was very abrasive on the phone with him earlier in the day.

Worst experience ever with Enterprise on Marcel-laurin Pls don’t go there .. They decided to charge $540 without any notice on my credit card 6 months after my insurance company rented a car for me from them for 3 weeks...I called them and they said its because We haven’t received the check from your insurance so we decided to charge u because we have ur preauthorized credit card in your file!!!!!!! I tried to get in touch with their manager...they put me on hold for ever and no call back...!! I finally had to file a credit card dispute and get in touch with my insurance who confirmed that they all ready paid them before getting my money back... Unbelievable!! the way their Management/customer service dealt with this issue makes you feel it s a jungle ...and not even taking the time to call back an apologize for this ripoff!!!!!

Sanjai ont été coopératifs et gentils et m'ont fourni l'aide dont j'avais besoin. ... Merci à vous deux.. لقد زرت عدة مكاتب لهذه الشركة لكن لم اجد اهتمام وتعاون من الموظفين كما يجب ... فقط في هذا المكتب فإن السيد Justin و السيد sanjai كانا متعاونين ولطيفين وقدموا لي المساعدة التي احتاجها ... شكرا لكما .. I visited several offices of this company, but I did not find the attention and cooperation of the employees as I should... Only in this office, Mr. Justin and Mr. Sanjai were cooperative and kind and provided me with the help I needed... Thank you both..

Avoid this branch. Made a vehicle reservation and received a confirmation email, but they didn’t have any vehicles available for us. The employee dealing with this did nothing to help. When asked to call another enterprise to fix the situation, he made sure to let us know that this was a monumental undertaking. He kept us on hold for 45 min, and said he couldn’t get a hold of anyone from the airport location, which was a lie, as we went to the airport and they said no one tried to contact them. After the 45 min hold, we gave our number to be called back and unsurprisingly didn’t hear again from this guy. In short, just go to Avis. I was in and out of Avis within 5 minutes.

-1 pour attitude du GERANT, 0 pour service. Louer une voiture le 9 jan avec r-d pour 1hre PM. Je suis la 15 min avant. L’auto n’était pas dispo. Ils n’ont pas fait le nettoyage de l’auto avant. C’est pourquoi le r-v? 30 min APRES, le gérant vient me dire que l’auto est prêt là. Je lui demande c’est pourquoi le r-v, pas de réponse. Il me demande ce qu’il peut faire pour l’inconvénient. Je lui dis l’auto et que Discount donne un meilleur service, c’est un in/out pas de perte temps. Il me raconte comment Enterprise est bon et si je ne suis pas satisfait il peut canceller ma location. Du Jamais VU. Merci! ET JE PRENDS NOTE DE PLUS ALLER CHEZ VOUS MR BOSS!!!

The store administrator failed to greet us upon our entry and we were made to wait for over 20 minutes before we were able to speak with him. He abruptly left his seat without any indication of our expected wait time and returned 10 minutes later, engrossed in his computer screen while disregarding our presence. Once he finally addressed us, he exhibited a negative attitude when we spoke to him in English, responding with bitterness. Ultimately, we were unable to secure a rental car despite being told to come and pick it up, and the administrator neglected to inform us about its availability. It is a terrible establishment for car rentals.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They wouldn't give us the car we ordered. We booked online well in advance for a 1 week rental. We get there they have only 1 car left but they will not rent it to us. The disrespect and unprofessionalism is next level at this location. The big boss Louis Andreozzi is a real piece of work not renting to us when we have a booking. Just what you would expect from unprofessional garbage people.

Excellent service a la Clientèle Le gars qui travail Samedi (Aymen) m'a servis comme un Roi : Le beau Sourire, il m'a expliqué toutes les procédures avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. Il m'a offert un surclassement gratuit et il m'a accompagné jusqu'à la fin pour me montrer mon véhicule et inspecter l'auto. De plus en plus déçue par cette succursale depuis son changement de gestionnaire. Les employés sont désagréables, les voitures dégueulasses (odeur de cigarette, tâches suspectes sur les sièges) et quand on en fait part au responsable, ça n'a pas l'air d'être son problème. Avant je louais souvent dans cette succursale, mais c'est fini. Et je ne l'a recommande à personne. Niveau service à la clientèle c'est zéro!!!

DON'T YOU DARE GO AT THIS PLACE!!! I rented a car for only one day they told me to bring back the car before 18h30 the day after. I come from Sherbrooke and because of the bad wheater I arrived there at 18h50. I forgot to full the car of gas so they charge me 150$ extra because the car is not full? Gas is expensive but not at this point guys come on that is some pure racket!!!!?

This is the most terrible customer service I have ever encountered. The individual in charge lacks proficiency in English and behaves impolitely towards customers, exhibiting discriminatory behavior. If it were possible, I would award them a rating of 0 stars instead of 1, as they do not deserve even a single star. He worked today (April 12, 2023) Grenet.

Hi guy never get the car from enterprise I take the car for just 1 day. I didn’t make insurance it get little damage on he bumper not damage it was a scratch the whole bumper is for 150$ or something but they charge me 600$ for just the scratch so please guy take care form there I suggest you to go somewhere else. Amazing service and brand new cars! I arrived the day that VW did a massive recall on brand new vehicles for a computer software update so the team went above and beyond to get a VW car back, cleared in the database and cleaned within 20 minutes. 700km on the clock and beautiful drive to a client. Highly recommended and I will be back.

If i could put 0 i would put! They charged me 657$ for insurance although i called entreprise to cancel it after just one day. And their escalation department is -100/10 because it’s been more than 1 month that i filed a dispute. Never again with this company there’s no way you are gonna get a solution if you have a problem.

Staff are amazing! I end up picking cars from Marcel Lauren or Mile End or Downtown. Marcel Lauren has absolutely amazing staff who are super helpful and nice. I highly recommend this place over Mile End and Downtown locations. I opt for this location even if it ends up costing me $100 more than other locations.

Poor service. Need to reconsider when dealing with Enterprise. My experience with them so far not good. They didn't keep the car ready, though well informed prior. Unnecessarily spent more time due to poor service. Staff aren't on time. Awaiting to lodge complaint with TD the experience I had with them.

after 3 min of dirivng out , i see wipers ruined , i basically cant see if it rains, TPMS sensor poping out LOW Coolant Light And it's nice to see the two cardboard signs they hung in the car, saying the car has been cleaned/decontaminated or something , and the backseat and footarea was full of mud ...

The pitts , avoid this place , unprofessional. They cant tell difference between Ford Expedition and Explorer. Told me to come back day of my trip they would have 25 vehicules. I go back 2 hours before my trip they had nada just the friggon Expedition. Never again bother with this rinky dink shop

Pretty much bad guess. Charge me 3 time the price of the car because the reservation didnt registrer well...so when the time comes our car wasnt ready so had to take the 3x expensive car...like ok ?...Guess that's how business goes...always by stealing people. But yeah ok? A place to avoid.

Able to give me a larger car for a small cost increase, super quick pick up and drop off of the car, and the car was good quality, VW Tiguan, quick, economical and comfortable for 1500km in 2 days. Hugo on the phone and Omar on site were very helpful and great to deal with.

Horrible experience. A family member from out of town reserved a car online but when he got there, there were no cars available. When it doesn’t happen to you it’s like a funny episode from Seinfeld, but when it happens to you it’s really not funny.
