I missed the link to share my feedback through the Enterprise survey and wanted to ensure praise was given where due at this location. By far, my favourite location to rent from, they are fast, accommodating and courteous. A special thank you to Kyle, Lucky and there was one other rep who helped me but I forgot his name : ( Thank you to all 3 of you who helped me with my rentals over the last couple weeks, their customer service was impeccable. Kyle went above and beyond to help me without a reservation when I first arrived and it was so much appreciated. I will undoubtedly be renting from this location again when I am back in town. Thank you again everyone !!!

Rented a car from this branch. The car makes obnoxious noises (engine/ underneath) as if about to take off like a 747. Called Enterprise and complained - was promised a replacement the next day because a same class car wasn't available. However, nothing happened even the next day. What bedazzled me is why I was not given a replacement immediately of a different category car, that's first. Second, why was I not given a replacement even the next day, as promised. When u rent from Enterprise, u don't expect this guys - category should not matter and promises must be kept. Enterprise has a reputation- help keep that, don't ruin it!!!

Recently booked a car for rental with their brand Alamo over Expedia. When reached to pickup the vehicle, they refused delivery saying over booking . They did try to rent me a truck, which I did not want . This wasted my time, energy and money. I was already charged insurance and now I am working with Expedia to get the refund for insurance charged while the vehicle was not rented. Overall poor experience and it seems that prices at partner sites such as Expedia are very lucrative but they don't honor their commitment and then try to sell other vehicles to get more profit.

I had a rental reservation for the September Labour Day weekend, plans for the beach and Airbnb. I took an Uber to come and pick you my rental and was told they couldn’t do my reservation because of my debt master card. When I called the head office they said the location took this form of card, they spoke with the manager and he did NOTHING. I was left outside the building car less for the long weekend, the manager didn’t try to help and all the locations were already closed. He didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or anything!

In one words: outstanding! We walked in and despite the fact that the office was busy, one employee went out of his way to advise us that someone will be with us shortly. You could sense a great team dynamic between the employees and everyone looked eager to assist and provide a great service. We were well looked after and the employee showed us the car explaining everything carefully. Honestly, I dealt with car rentals companies many times in the past and this experience is far ahead of anything I have encountered. Good job!

I mostly book car rentals through Enterprise, but I must say the service from the 3111 Woodchester, Mississauga branch has been exceptional. The service team is polite and gentle and this branch has a nice collection of cars and MUV’s. The cars I got was clean and sanitized. I’ve been a regular customer of this branch and I’ve never had a hassle. Couple of times, they offered free upgrades to me, when the car I booked wasn’t available. Will definitely visit again.

I've never rented a car before my experience with Enterprise but I can tell you that if I were to need to again, I would be visiting this location. Akshay and the staff were extremely helpful and understanding of my needs. The car was in great shape and a treat to drive. The rate they offer being with TD Meloche Monnex is superb and helped ease of the stress of my whole accident ordeal. Thanks again for the great service Akshay.

The guy over the phone just hung up on me cus I was asking questions about insurance company rental rates. He says I have to asked my insurance company to send a reservation to them so he can tell me the rate. So basically they charge based on what insurance company you have. This does not make sense because I only have 1500 CAD for rental, so I have the right to shop around for the best rate. This is ridiculous.

Manager Kyle and his staff are excellent and kyle’s customer service is on point. I ended up with a car that had a bit of an issue with it and without me asking, one of the other service workers noticed the issue and she and Kyle gave me a discount on my rental total. I left a happy customer and will definitely be returning to rent at enterprise in the future due to this act of generosity and customer service.

I had a problem when paying the car rental,but the manager of this location ( (his name was kyle) was so professional and sloved the problem in the most wonderful way that made me so satisfied and I will definitely come back to this location ( 3111 Woodchester Dr, Mississauga) again and again ,and will advise my friends to rent from this company . I always prefer to rent car from this center. Every time experience is getting better. This time specifically call out Mr. Akshay Purandare for his great customer service, quick response, professional approach and understanding of customer needs to provide best service. So greatful to the team at enterprise for helping me out. After dropping off my car for repairs, these folks helped me chose the best vehicle to drive and even when I wasn't 100% satisfied with it, they were willing to help find me something better suited to my needs. Thankfully I got my car back before that, but still very please by the service at this location.

Every time I've rented from this location, Kyle and his staff have gone above and beyond my expectations. They are extremely friendly and professional and always treat you with kindness and respect. Ive been renting cars for the last 10 years or so and I’ve had my fair share of good and bad experiences, mostly bad. So when I tell you that the guys working at this ENTERPRISE are GREAT and provide EXCELLENT service I truly mean it. Shoutout to Dustin and Elvis for providing top notch grade A service. Owners, these guys need a BONUS.

This location is probably one of the best ones I have dealt with in my years of renting cars. The staff was super friendly and polite and the cars were immaculately clean and a pleasure to drive. I would recommend this location of Enterprise to anyone in the area and beyond. Very well worth the drive and the service.

Pierre and Akshay were the friendliest and reliable reps that we got to deal with when renting a car. They covered everything we needed to know for our trip to the states and gave a brand new car with amazing features. they had lots of new cars to select from and matched our schedules. Amazing job!

Had to put my car in the shop thanks to some debris on Michigan roads. Insurance had me go to an Enerterprise that was close to me, unfortunately they didn't have any vehicles available. Called another Enterprise and the same thing. Finally the Woodchester location had cars, svu, and trucks.

This location is the best enterprise I have dealt with. They didnt have a mid size car for me so they gave me an option for a mid size truck or SUV. I took the SUV and even returned it a few hours later without extra charge - they are very understanding of your situation. Highly recommend

Loved the service I got at Enterprise, especially Kyle. He was awesome and I loved the vehicle we rented. I'm now thinking of buying 1. He showed us the features and was great with everything. All of the staff is wonderful. I highly recommend if your renting a car you get it from here.

I rent quite a bit from enterprise and This location is the best I have experienced in whole of US and Canada so far. The staff are friendly and genuinely care for the driving experience of their clients. Keep it up folks! Your effort towards the service quality is highly appreciated.

Loved this branch. They have a friendly staff specially Kyle, he was quick with my rental pick and had a few options too. They opened before 9 am on a weekend so I was quite surprised and happy. I was out with my car within 10 mins. The car was Toyota Corolla LE 2022. Smooth ride.

Phoned and asked if they had any cars available and was in luck. Our car had broken down and needed one right away. Staff on the phone were excellent and was well treated at the location pick up !we were on time for our day with the grandchildren at the terra cotta maple festival

Horrible customer service. I have been sent to three locations to pick up a pickup truck that was booked a week earlier. No one wants to take responsibility. Very rude staff. This is my third time to book a car from enterprise and every experience was worst than the one before.

It was an amazing experience with all staff and 2021 car . I had no reservations, but I walked in and left with the car in three minutes. I'm not sure if you'll have the same experience in enterprise other locations . Friendly staff and perfect cars and prices. Thank you

I have rented a few times from this location. Probably the only location which operate a fairly large fleet of Toyota Camry's. Staff is very supportive, cars are usually very well maintained, reasonably priced and it's hassle free. Highly recommended car rental!!!

Excellent Customer Service from this location. I have used different Enterprise locations in the past where I was picked up and it was just okay. My driver Joshua P went above and beyond and made my experience 10/10. Will be renting from this location again.

Always pleased with the service at this location. Just needed a car for a few hours while mine was in the shop for service. They quickly had me set up and on my way. The car was clean and well maintained and was perfect for what I needed.

Staff who are interested in you enjoying your rental and not trying to play a game of catch you out with repairs and extra charges. I always use Enterprise for this reason.

Rented us the vehicle at less than 1/4 tank. Incredibly difficult to return at a 1/4 tank. They said we have to call 24 hours in advance next time. Strange...
