On the weekend of June 15, I picked up a luxury SUV from Enterprise Reseda. My plan was to keep the car until the following Thursday. I had several business meetings with overseas executives flying in. The moment I pulled away from the rental lot, I started smelling a pungent smell in the car. I figured, maybe the car was sitting on the lot for a while, so I opened the windows for some fresh air. I was ok, until I picked up my guests. They all made comments if I was smoking cannabis. I was absolutely embarrassed. The smell stayed for days. Everytime we were in the car, the smell was lingering in there. I bought Febreeze spray to change the air quality in the car. Eventually, over the weekend i was in communicarion with Enterprise. The manager at Enterprise was very professional and offered me to drive to a nearest Enterprise and exchange the car. That was not possible from my end, since we had a very tight schedules. Fast forward to the day of the return. Joshua Greaves. He was from the management team that greated me and listened to my ordeal, although, he was aware to some extend my experience from the management team. Joshua was a true professional. He knew how to ease my pain and very generous in resolving the matter. Although, my experience with the car itself was not comfortable, however, the matter how Enterprise handled the problem through Joshua Greaves was phenomenal. I was impressed the way Enterprise handled the situation. Now, I will be more careful when I rent cars, but, I will definitely rent the vehicles from Enterprise. Professionals like Joshua make a company excel forward. Thank you Joshua for your help and completely understanding my situation. Keep up the good work. Henry N.

My car was due for major service which required leaving my vehicle 2 to 3 days. Knowing this, I was in search of renting a car and decided on Enterprise Rent-A-Car...so I made the reservation online. Arrived at Enterprise. Employees were helping other customers; so wait time was around/near 5 minutes. Was greeted by a lady (did not get her name) and showed her my reservation I made online through my phone. After inspecting vehicle and sign a few rental agreements through their mini computer on hand, I was on my way. Total time was about 10 minutes and throughout, employee that assisted me was professional/friendly. If your planning on renting a vehicle through Enterprise, I highly recommend making the reservation beforehand. While being assisted, I noticed other customers who did not make the reservation online, process took longer. All safety protocols were followed throughout. Knocking off one star because I was informed via phone by Enterprise employee that I would be picked up and driven to Enterprise. Never happened.

My insurance company sent me to Enterprise for a no cost rental... The staff were excellent... They picked me up on time from the auto body shop in a clean and comfortable SUV. and brought me to the rental facility.. Unfortunately, the only car available without paying for an "upgrade" was a very used, filthy, smelly and stained Honda civic... Since I chose not to pay for an "upgrade", I had no other option than to accept the Honda... By the way, it only had less than a quarter of a tank of fuel... To say the car was disgusting would be an understatement... Everyone who saw the vehicle was shocked that any major rental agency would have this car in it's fleet... I don't think Rent a Wreck would have even taken the car... I was told that the car was "at the end of its rental cycle" by staff... I have rented cars around the world and still find it hard to believe that any rental agency would allow a car in such poor condition be given to a customer... Just to be fair, the staff were very nice and apologetic ...

I was instructed by AAA to pick up a vehicle at Enterprise Northridge (this was the weekend going into the holiday). I came in around 12:30pm. I met with Angel, the manager that day. He had a hyper masculine personality, but I ignored it. He advised that they were all booked for the “standard” vehicles and had other vehicle available, but that my insurance wouldn’t cover the cost. I called my insurance to request that I be issued another vehicle that wasn’t covered under the “standard” rate. I needed a vehicle going into the holiday weekend. After negotiating, AAA finally authorized me to be issued another vehicle and that they would cover the costs. Angel refused to issue us the vehicle, for no apparent reason. He was not kind or understanding. I will be filing a complaint with corporate as well. I do not have photos to upload, only a video of him refusing service

Until now, great. But I was told I'd be getting over $300 back on my credit card at the time of returning the car and that it couldn't be done until the next day since it was past closing though I arrived during business hours. So i had no receipt & he (Adonis, Northridge) credited me $60!! I was.not wise spending the little money I had, counting on the $300 and it cost me even more. Also when I got the car home on the first day some wheel well trim was missing, a panel also & there was a small star type crack in the windshield, the kind that can spread but these issues were not noted. There were a few more (minor) issues as well but I'm done wasting time on this. I've used Enterprise exclusively for literally decades but I guess what they say is true....All good things must come to an end. NEXT!

I made reservations for two vehicles. I received a call verifying the two reservations. When I arrived, they only had one vehicle ready. We waited 2 hours for them to tell us we had to drive to another Enterprise location to pick up the second vehicle because they thought it was only one reservation. Then when we returned the vehicle, they said we had scratched it. It was a scratch I brought up to the attention of the attendant before we left on pick up date. He said that since there was no indentation, that it was not a problem. When we returned the vehicle, the attendant told me I should have taken pictures. Luckily, I had purchased the additional insurance. Otherwise, I would have had to pay for a scratch already there. Not sure, I will use this location or company again.

Not all Enterprises are the same. I had issues with others, but the manager, Neil Macias of the Enterprise at 8438 Reseda Blvd changed my mind. I was so happy to get the service and just kindness, that you would expect from a company that advertises about their family values and way of doing business. I’m a business owner and I try to treat every client like my biggest, no matter how small the order and it’s nice to be treated the same way. Not only were we treated well at pick up of the car, but on its return as well. I truly thought I was going to change who I used for car rentals, but after this experience I’m happy to say I will use Enterprise again! I sure hope they do whatever they can to keep Neil with their company!

Nissan Rogue I received kept saying low tire pressure every few days on left rear tire. Tried putting air in myself but could not find a air machine with a gage. So had to go to Discount Tires and wait in line for 30 minutes. I'm leaving town 4 days later at 6:00 a..m. and what pops up again low tire pressure.. So luckily I found a 24 hour tire place to look at tire and refill the tire with air which was 10 pounds low. I should not have had to take time out of my holiday to fill up tires or look for places to do this, I couldn't even get a decent discount on my rental I had for a week. Enterprise needs to do safety checks on there vehicles before renting them out every time.. Not just wash them.

I'm a little late writing this review, but I had great experience renting from them and want to personally thank Jesse Vasquez for taking care of us. My wife and I were in CA for a road trip had initially rented a Challenger. The car had an issue with the backup camera (it only appeared after we drove for a bit). I was going to let it go, but Jesse had texted us to follow up on our satisfaction. I told him about the camera, and they refunded us $300 off the rental and moved us into a convertible Mustang (a more expensive rental). We had a blast in that car for the rest of the trip, so Jesse, if you're reading this, thanks for hooking us up, you are the man! I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

Had an unfortunate accident that landed me in a car shop nearby and the manager there suggested I come to this enterprise with a better rate than the one I had booked online. At first the rep didn't know I was coming in from the shop and gave me a steep price (rental would be needed for 2+ weeks) but once the manager from the shop called to talk to them I got an okay deal. Ended needing more time with the rental and on the phone it took max 5 mins. I was also upgraded for free because they had me waiting for a car and Edwin decided to speed things up. Very personable manager, no wonder he just got promoted and no longer works here. I will be back again for their weekend prices!

It was very hot and they had us standing in the direct heat with no shade. It was a long wait in the heat even with a reservation and I was expected to wear a mask (as they disregard the fact that I was sweating). But overall Enterprise was good. There’s just little rules that seem so random, I returned the car 3 hours late so they charged me for a whole day instead of the exact 3 hours. They will try to nickel and dime you to make a profit. I’m forced to pay another full day smh...no worries I’ll avoid renting from enterprise, other places are more flexible and reasonable with late fees, they’re definitely more reasonable than a forced extra day charged.

These fellas are good! Rented a car yesterday. They were so helpful. Half an hour later I brought it back. Didn't need it anymore. The young man who helped me get it in the first place was like an Angel. And when I had to return it the Manager was just as kind and professional as he could be! I was very impressed by him. Especially because I was supposed to have the car a week and he was good to take the car back easily and calmed me down. I was just off because I was told rent the car than I got it than told go un- rent it now. Anyway these guys are great! Please go see them if you need to rent a vehicle. You will be glad you did.

Reserved a car for pickup between 10 and 10:30 on the phone with what sounded like an India phone bank. I was on hold from 10:20 waiting to get someone to pick me up, they normally do, and when I finally get through my car wasn't there and the reservation was set for 9. At 12:00 I called back and canceled. I'm not sure what happened with integrity, this is pathetic. No phone call anymore to verify just let cars go and disrespect customers? Hopefully I never need to rent from any enterprise company again and can pick up at a different vendor as incompetence seems to be the policy.

My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was EXCELLENT!!! The young lady that helped me with my reservation when I went to pick up the car was very friendly and polite. She also had me checked in and out of there quickly and easily. The day I returned the car, the young man that helped me was just as friendly and polite. He also had me checked out quickly and easily. I must say this was the BEST experience I've had with both renting/returning a car. Excellent service . All staff are energetic , proficient , friendly and fun… Thuan was great when I returned the car and drive me to my car after about 10 minutes away. One small issue. On pick up the vehicle had exactly 1/2 tank of gas . I returned it with the same but was charted a $36 re-fueling charge without bearing no told. I had taken a dated photo of the gas tank on the dash at pick up so could have shown that to the staff I called once I saw the charge , staff were very nice and said the charge would be credited to me so all was good .

RENTERS BEWARE: When renting from this location. Especially if you were refered by the auto body shop near by. If a manager named CHANTEL tries to help you, contact you or anything for your best interest ask to work with anyone else or have corporate contact you. She is a liar, unprofessional and tries to manipulate rental policies to benefit herself and the company; doesn’t have the customers general interest or care. I could go into my entire nightmare from renting at this location but it wouldn’t change that this person made it worst.

Even though the circumstances of how I got here (rear ended at a red light) were not ideal, Sella was very courteous and caring to help make the most out of a bad situation. I was offered free rides to and from the repair shop as a courtesy, and there were many cars available that fit my needs. Despite the fact that they were serving many customers, check-in and check-out were a breeze, and I did not have to wait at all during each trip. They also gave me an electronic invoice for my records. I highly recommend coming here. Thank you!

Friendly desk clerk, Michael. I arrived after 5pm to rent car reserved by my insurance company. The car I chose was slightly more $ than ins. plan covered and when I got in it found out it had non_working driver's seat belt. Michael gave me another car. Removed a star for other reason. When I returned replacement car later in week, they (not Michael) had charged me overage for other car... meaning they charged a full day's rate for a car I did not take off their lot due to previously unrepaired, unsafe damage. Uncool.

Made a reservation through Expedia and received email and text confirmation from this location that my car would be ready for pick up. Came at my scheduled pick-up time 5:30, which is 30 minutes before closing and they said they didn't have a car for me. The people were basically no help and I had to rush to another Enterprise barely before closing to get a car that I needed for the next morning. Wish they would've told me in advance that no car would be available instead of making me go through all that!!

The vehicle was very clean and people were very helpful to a point. I would have given them a 5, but there was a problem when I returned the car. We were staying in an RV park so I needed to be picked up and given a ride back. They did not tell us they did not give rides on Saturday so I had to walk back to the park, 3 miles. Please let clients know about your rule of no rides on Saturday. I would still rent from them now knowing about no rides on Saturday.

Service was very good, professional and efficient. Electronic paperwork is great, no more papers to lose! Sunday office hours is a big plus. Seems to have a larger selection of rental cars than others in the qarea. Had to take points off for condition of last 2 rental cars I got, each had about 30,000 miles, which was fine, but the seats had cigarette burn holes and the seats and the car ceiling were stained, definitely had seen better days.

Excellent service! Edwin and the other quiet guy (can't remember his name) were professional, courteous and just wonderful. A few days into my rental, I called to extend my reservation by one day and it was handled swiftly and with no hassle. When I eventually returned the vehicle, they promptly offered to give me a ride back to my office, without me even having to ask. I will definitely rent from this location again.

The people working at this location is very kind and thoughtful. I rented a pickup truck to carry my bicycle for a beach trip. Because my friends suddenly changed their schedule, I had to return that truck right away and cancel my trip. They did not charge me the full price because of this situation, only $5. Car was not washed/cleaned when I rented the car I was in for over a week. I feel with the pandemic, my rental should have been spotless, I guess they don’t care about others safety. Very disappointed. Also my rental didn’t have a keyless remote. Just a key. So if I forgot where I parked, I was screwed. Thank goodness that didn’t happen or else I would have been searching for a very long time

Needed to rent a car for the weekend and had a really easy experience renting through Enterprise in Northridge CA. The Guest Service was great and still somewhat easy process despite the coronavirus impact. They let me pick out a desired car and the inside was impeccably clean. Literally a quick 15 minute process - was in and out. Returning was even easier and the staff were very friendly.

These guys are fantastic. Everyone here is so very polite and has always been willing to go out of their way to ensure that I am satisfied with my rental vehicle. My only recommendation is to the public and it is to make sure that they reserve their vehicle online in advance. This is a busy location and if you want to be sure to get the vehicle you want then a reservation is the way to go.

We love this location. Everyone always goes above and beyond. The car we reserved wasn't available at the time it needed to be detailed; and instead of having us wait the manager gave us a free upgrade. We rent 3-4 times a years and belong to the Enterprise Plus. There is another location closer to us, but we prefer this location. Great Service. See you next month.

Fast and easy process to rent a car. However during busy hours, you will feel stressed and neglected. The staff bark at one another as the line to pick up a car extends. However, one of the guys I worked with, Nick went above and beyond to book me an excellent car for my trip to San Francisco. They washed it in front of me and handed the keys. Highly recommend!

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. There always seems to be a shortage of cars and I get upgraded to SUV that uses A LOT of gas. Driving back at night there was as film on the windshield on inside that made it difficult to see. It was quite scary. When I returned vehicle they saw the windshield and gave me half my money back which was very nice.

I have used Enterprise rentals for years. The Northridge office is the location I use most of the time. People who work there are friendly and helpful. Cars are rented here by a lot of people. It's best to reserve ahead of time. Getting a ride to and from is a great service. Thanks to the all Enterprise crew working at the Reseda Blvd. location.

Enterprise in Northridge on Reseda Blvd. is a great location. Fast, easy, friendly, they responded to my needs over text so I didn't have to call the 1-800 corporate number. And the price was about half the amount of renting at LAX. Highly recommend taking the FlyAway shuttle from LAX to Van Nuys, and then a taxi to Enterprise to save $100s.

Seamless. What you always hope renting a car is like but almost never is. Enterprise is doing it right. Needed to make a change to drop off location..... they said "ok, no problem". Really? Enterprise is not the cheapest, but they are the most reliable and professional. When I book a car, my car is there - not a free upgrade that I didn't ask for, which always costs way more in gas. I rented a car that had a low tire, and they refunded $30 from my rental for the trouble.

I am not happy with service. I rent a Tesla they didn’t give me charger and they told me that I can’t charge my car in fast charger. They charge me 95$ with out reason and nobody given a right answer. I don’t recommend this location at all.
