I had a terrible experience with the downtown 110 S 10th Street location. One of the managers at this location was completely apathetic, and showed no concern about me as a client. She presented no solution, to the issue she created. I flew in from Miami (a very long trip) and had picked this location close to my hotel. I was asked if I had a major credit card, which I stated yes to. The second question was whether I had a valid picture, which I stated yes to also. (During this time she repeated "no problem" about 6 times) She then asked if I had two picture ID's. I told her I did not and I was never informed it was required, and I had not heard of this before. I also told her there was no disclosure of this on the reservation confirmation and the email confirmation. She stated this was the policy and there was nothing she could do. I begged and asked several times if there was anything she could do, reminding her she was the manager and she stated "nothing". After hearing her 6 or 7 "no probems", I then stated this was problem. She was completely uncaring and completely disinterested in the inconvenience she created for me. She informed me because I did not have two forms of picture ID, the only location I could rent at was the Minneapolis Airport. I was told by her I would need to return there. I asked whether she could arrange for transportation to the airport because of the inconvenience and she stated she could not. I told her the non disclosure of needing two picture ID's was clear violation of consumer protection laws and I would complain. She stated it did not matter. I then spent about 30 minutes on the toll free reservation line and asked if it was required at this location, two picture ID's. The reservation agent said he never heard of this before. He then suggested I speak to the "escalation department" because of my situation, the lady in this department was concerned and stated I was right and that I should not have been turned away by K*** She then called the branch and K***was to busy to come to the phone. The escalation department did speak to M*** and they noted my account that one picture ID and a major credit card was sufficient. The assistant manager at the airport, Lindsey Rudquist was a first class Assistant Manager and she understood the problems entailed, and the hours I spent on this subject. She waived the fees because of the inconvenience. I thought she was outstanding. It is obvious K needs to be retrained before she is management material or even working the front counter or telephone. I also don't want anyone to go through this fiasco after me. I had an important business trip, and I did not appreciate it being slowed down and interrupted by a very apathetic manager, who showed no interest, no enthusiasm, or concern for a client. Lucky for me after lots of effort and hours of effort on my part, I ran into a first class agent, Lindsey Rudquist at the airport counter.
My first ever Enterprise experience was simply the worst experience I ever had with car rental companies. My car insurance reserved a rental car for me from this location and sent my information to them. I came to the office next morning at 7 AM and they told me that I SOMEHOW had to pay $200 as a deposit when I was supposed to pay $50 and the first availability would be at 5 pm, they said. But that is not even the worst part. I went out of the office, called my insurance, and asked them why that was the case and guess what they said? "This is the first time we've ever heard this and it must be some sort of mistake." My insurance company called them while I was on the line and Enterprise staff said they fixed the problem. I went back to the office at 5pm and surprisingly they said I still have to pay the $200 deposit! Luckily I had the name of the person that we (me and my insurance company) called that morning and I told them that my insurance company talked to mr. _________ this morning about this. Here is my least favorite thing that they said: they said I had to show them a utility bill that has my name written on it after I showed them my driver's license and insurance ID and handed my debit card to them so that I could make the after-a lot-of-talk $50 deposit. I politely told them that I am a full-time college student and I don't pay any bills at all and there is no way I could get a utility bill that has my name on it. And finally, at about 6pm, they told me that they couldn't rent me the car because I didn't have a utility bill with my name on it. I simply said 'ok. thank you for your help' and went out of the office. The staff here (well some of them) are EXTREMELY unprofessional and unhelpful. The only thing I regret is the fact that I could have used all that time for studying and get good grades on my tests but instead wasted it. And so my friends after this horrible experience, I advice you not to come to this place if you want to rent a car.
awful customer service. was dropping off a rental that was paid for by my insurance, running a little behind and called to let them know, Rocky at the store told me no problem, there’s a drop box and no worries if I was a little late. (did not mention where.... I figured it would be front & center) I get to drop off the rental and spend about an hour searching for this drop box, I called the enterprise service line several times trying to get a real person....nowhere in their records or online gave any direction as to where the drop box was. Finally, I thought I found it, right under their front door. *duh*. This was Friday. They call me Monday morning and let me know the keys were never returned and they needed me to come down and retrace my steps and try to find them, I’m thinking I accidentally put it in another business’s drop box. They call me OVER TEN TIMES when I told them when I secured a ride I would let them know. I finally make my way there, retrace my steps- right to their front door. I had accidentally put the keys in the mail slot....and someone reached in and stole them. They tell me I’m responsible for the full cost of a new fab. I did everything correctly- it’s not my fault Rocky didn’t tell me where the drop box was. It should be online or their employees should be more specific. They also charged me for a day of having the rental when they said they would take care of that. They also charged me for a cleaning fee claiming the car smelled of smoke, when I NEVER smoked in the vehicle. Hands down, worst customer service i’ve ever received. Avoid this place at all costs.
I am so upset with Enterprise! I really had high hope for this so call family own business. I live in Chicago (Go Bears) and I was visiting my kids for the holidays. I found a great deal online! Economy car for one week for $144.00!!! I call Enterprise in Minnesota to let them know I will be coming from Chicago off the Meagbus. I reserve a car for 6:00 pm. I will be 7 minutes away from there location. I don't know the guy name who answer the phone. He said, Sir we are close at 6:00 pm. If you not in the store by then. You have to wait tomorrow. OK, I said. Great news, The Megabus was early(15 minutes ) I took a taxi to Enterprise. They found my reservation. At 6:00 pm a couple walk in. AT 6:00 pm..... No big deal, I am here to see my family! The couple ask do they have any Economy car available. The other guy, said sorry we only have 2 cars left and there are Full-size SUV. Thinking to myself, I get an upgrade (Free). The guy helping me. I told him I would like an upgrade. Sure he said! It will cost me $294.60. Thinking to myself, Wow!!!! The time now is 6:30 pm. The other guy who help the other couple show me my Full-size SUV and went over the paperwork about the car. I told him I don't want it. I want the Economy car what I reserve for. He told me we (Enterprise) are out but I can come back tomorrow and check if we have any Economy car.
I was not happy with my enterprise experience. I was supposed to be picked up at 3:45pm, by 4:15pm i still was at home... called the location and they couldnt even find my scheduled ride in their system! as a response to this the rep (emily)I talked to said "well just so you know, your reservation was for 4pm, so your ride shouldnt have been scheduled for 3:45pm" to this i replied "YOU ARE MISSING THE POINT WHETHER IT WAS 3:45pm or 4PM I STILL DONT HAVE A RIDE AND IT IS NOW 4:20" i ended up finally getting my vehicle at 4:55pm 55 minutes after my reservation! so much for "We'll pick you up" what makes it worse is the branch manager "made it up to me" by giving me a "nice vehicle" (2015 Ford Fusion) I PAID FOR A FULL SIZE CAR, HOW DID HE THINK HE WAS DOING ME A FAVOR Horrible first impression for a first time renter.............................. Before i returned the car i called the branch and asked if i could have a ride home. the same manager from earlier said "no problem" after returning the car and asking for my ride home the rep (emily again) says to me "just so you know, we dont give rides to homes after 4pm) my response was YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR MANAGER THAT, NOT ME. HE TOLD ME YES WITH NO MENTION OF A 4PM CUT OFF RULE.... She just didnt want to drive me home.
Let me start by saying I never write reviews but this one was too good. I had to share. I walk in and everyone is on their phones. After standing there for 10 seconds, someone finally realizes a customer is in need of service. Next time, just put a rock at the front desk. I'm sure that rock will be more attentive to my needs than the employees. I made my reservation thru kayak which informed me that I would get a Nissan Versa Note or similar. What did I get? You guessed it... a Jeep Patriot! Granted, they're saving the fuel efficient cars for people that make reservations directly through them instead of kayak, I couldn't be too surprised. When I asked the employee how a Patriot is similar to a Versa Note he confidently replied, just about the same gas mileage. On what planet? I had to be out of the city so I didn't have time to argue. Half a tank left when I started the car which they no doubt charged the previous customer for not filling back up. Hey, a nickel here and a dime there: it all adds up. If it weren't for the businesses that send employees to different cities, the rental car industry would probably be dead. Next time save yourself the headache and just fly.
Poor customer service! I set up a reservation many months in advance and got a phone call 2 days before my trip to confirm my reservation. I informed them that Delta had pushed our flight back an hour, and found out that their location would be closed by the time our flight landed. I asked if they could transfer my reservation to a different location and they said they couldn't but that i could start calling other locations in Minneapolis to find out what was available. So I started calling other locations and the agent told me I should "get a ride from a friend" as there was no rail/bus/shuttle available to get me to the rental car location. After explaining that I didn't have a car (and thus why I was renting one) and thus needed a location that was accessible from the airport, he offered to get me a reservation at the airport instead, and that my new total would be more than 3X the price of my reservation! Not only that - the prices he was quoting me were more expensive than the current rates listed on Orbitz! I am cancelling my reservation and will choose a different rental car agency who understands customer service.
It was my first time and wow horrible trainee Cody J Lind aka the manager has bad Customer service skills and is rude and very unprofessional in manner in which he represents enterprise after renting with him being the only person I delt with it was horrible he charged me for all kinds of things that I was never made aware of and when asked to speak with someone else I was told " Tommie were not doing this the best I'll do for u is give u back 51.00$ and squash the gas said by Coby and then handed me a receipt. so I went in thinking I'm paying 109.00 quoted for 3days and 150.00 deposit ended up paying 390.00for 4 days and when calling in to extend my car service I spoke with some one and asked how much would it be the representative said "don't worry I'll take care of it" comes out to be Coby again this has got to be the worst place to rent from as a manager Cody did not do his job in a very professional manner did not explain anything in which he tryed to detail today he needs Customer service training
BEWARE!! I rented a car recently and the owner/operator up-charged me on coverage of the rental of which I DECLINED! He'll ask "do you decline the coverage?" And you answer "YES"...he will then have you sign the rental doc with the coverage in very small font of which you think you are declining. You then get a e-receipt later on with the charge for the coverage! You then contact customer service, of which they will say "You signed the rental agreement with the coverage"...or in other words, "he defrauded you, so live with it". VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LYING! I would love to believe it was a mistake, and hope they refund my money or this review will stand. And I will continue to say Enterprise 110 s 10th Funny how a $120 fraud works..I have rented cars for 30 years and NEVER accepted the coverage on a rental because it is a rip-off for one thing when I have my own coverage. I am going to file a BBB complaint if this is not taken care of in the near future.
Colin from the Downtown Clayton Enterprises 0101 store was very helpful. Our vehicle had a flat tire and several other Enterprises were unable to help and we were on a cross country journey with time constraints. I appreciate you going above and beyond to get us back on the road. (5 stars for you Colin). 5 stars for Brady - who helped me check in and check out of my car upon my return. He was very thorough, professional, and empathetic of my concerns. 3 stars for the difficulty in swapping a vehicle, the phone rep and the first enterprise branches that we visited were not very helpful due to a lack of vehicles. The firestone/tire repair was not available that day. Instead of taking ownership and securing a vehicle for me, they basically asked me to go to another branch and try again. I spent several hours on the phone and at branches trying to get it to work. If it wasn't for Colin and Brady's exemplary service, I would give this experience 3 stars.
I had a rental for insurance reasons while my car was being repaired. I decided to drop off at this location since it was the most convenient. Orginally came from the Brooklyn Park location. During the inspection he said there was an 8 inch dent on the passenger side. He showed me and I did not see anything and the passenger side was marked up on the pre inspection as already having damage. I said I did not see anything and it could have been missed by the lady who did the pre inspection since it was very hard to see. He said I would have to either pay for it or call the Brooklyn Park location and see if they will pay for it. I left and took it back to the Brooklyn Park location and had no issues. The guy said on the pre inspection they marked the passenger side as having alot of damage. Returned it no problem at Brooklyn Park. I will never use the downtown location again. I use enterprise often for work and have never had issues like this.
I rented from this location in June, 2020. Although everything went smoothly with the car, trip, and return, I was notified about two days after I received my deposit and notification that all was good with the car that the front door was "bent." At first, I thought this was a scam because I have no idea how I could have possibly bent a door. I received no response after multiple attempts at corresponding with the damage claims department and expressing my concerns/asking for photos and time stamps. After 2 months of trying to call me and ignoring my emails, I received a letter in the mail that the case was closed and they are looking forward to my future business with NO explanation or apology. In retrospect, I'm wondering what would have happened if I sent insurance or financial information to cover these damages that I was not responsible for.
I was given a car with the check engine light on and was told it was okay. I drove it from Minnesota to Kansas city and it jerked all the way. Drive was uncomfortable to say the least. I complained and was only given a discount on the daily rate so ended up paying over $250 because according to the rep he couldn't do anything about the drop off fee. Funny thing was the receiving Enterprise also said they couldn't do anything about the drop off fee too. That's terrible management. I don't know why it's set up that way but as a customer I felt ripped off. I shouldn't have such a terrible experience (as agreed by the rep) and still be denied compensation because of a terrible system. This has left a sour taste in my mouth (as well as my guests from the UK) and I don't think I'll be using enterprise again.
We have used Enterprise for many years, but especially after they decided to drop NRA as a "special customer" we are for sure now dedicated Enterprise customers. To be honest, their customer service is, without a doubt, the best in the industry. I'm sure that we use them at least ten times a year for both personal and business, and they always out perform any other car rental company we've ever used. We had an instance on our last trip where we ended up hitting a pot hole and blowing two tires. It took nothing more than one phone call and there was a tow truck at our location. They took us directly to the closest Enterprise location and we were instantly provided with another car! No ifs, ands, or buts about it!! WE LOVE THEM!!
I reserved a car at the airport, I go to pick it up and am informed without a plane ticket I can't use a bank card. So I call the customer service line and we work it out she transfers my reservation to a different locations where I can use a bank card instead of a credit card. I then use my last 50.00 (other than the 600.00$ rental fee & deposit) long story medium ish. When I arrive at the second location they don't accept debit cards. I don't know why the customer service agent did this (maybe her baby daddy works for Uber), but it ruined my day I had to walk for 3:30 hours into wind during Minneapolis first snow storm. I think I might carry and grudge and tell people how terrible this company is for many years to come.
Have some issues with this branch. Was charged a $300 deposit for my vehicle and only got half of it back even though there were no damages to the car. They didn’t have the vehicle in my price range so upgraded my vehicle with the same pay rate. Only they did not change the rate for me and was charged 2 separate times for $96 and $60. Overall I was charged $456 and was suppose to get a full refund but only got about half back. I’ve also reached out to this branch a couple times and keep getting told to call my bank for the rest. I spoke with another branch about this and they were just as confused as I am as to why I didn’t get a full refund for their mistakes.
I was disappointed that the car that we booked had a tire pressure light on- we were offered an alternative vehicle, but it was too large for me to drive comfortably, so we took the one we booked. We went to a gas station to inflate the tires (costing $3) and found that all the tires were 5-6 psi below the minimum. In addition the gas tank was only 3/4 full. It was clear that this car had not been checked from the previous rental. We rent cars all over the world, and thus we were surprised that this level of sloppiness should be found in Minnesota of all places. There were no other problems with the rental. Judy Fields
Fantastic service. Having been thoroughly disappointed with Enterprise service in San Francisco (twice), it was an absolute pleasure to find an Enterprise location which treated me with utmost care, recommended a fantastic vehicle, was quick with paperwork and accommodated my requests to the best of their ability. Service industry ain’t a joke and a lot of customer service people tend to forget the little things. But these guys were amazing. I am sad I don’t remember the names of the two gentlemen who assisted me. So Enterprise if you are listening, give the folks at this location a raise... and a beer.
This location is not the closest one to me, but after problems at two other Enterprise locations (Wayzata and Hopkins) I chose this location. It was quick and easy to rent a car from this location. Very thorough inspection of vehicle prior to renting. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. When accessing this location you need to put 915 Marquette into your gps to locate the parking garage for pick up and return of car. Returned vehicle after hours with no problems whatsoever. I will rent from this location again. Also, sign up as an Enterprise rewards member for additional savings on rentals :)
The only bad thing was the operator couldn't find me on the map, car was hit by a deer she said either sit and wait for the nearest place to open which was grandforks and i was 3 hrs away mind you i had 3 kids with me 23 miles away from the next town, she said you can drive it or wait which would have been more than 5 hours to wait for a tow & only 2 passengers could ride in a tow and 2 in an uber lol no uber is driving in the middle of nowhere and who has that kind of money, so i drove this damaged vehicle to grandforks 55 mph uhg fast transfer and home we went.♀️♀️♀️
Scheduled a pick up at noon for our honeymoon. Arrived at 11:15. Was told he would grab the car from around back and pull it around. Waited 45 minutes. Still no car, asked where it was and we were told that they had to get it from a different location. Finally got a car over an hour and fifteen minutes later. On the bright side Efrain Martinez took over and was more than helpful and said he would take care of us after we got billed. We appreciate his help, he seemed to be the only one willing to openly communicate with us and other guests with the same problem in the lobby.
Not sure if this review is going to the right place but this needs to be acknowledged ......There are no words to describe the professional treatment that received from the representative at Terminal 2 Airport location in Minneapolis Mn. I believe his name is Santiago Lopez......This employee gave me stellar treatment. He knew I was running late...and went well beyond the call of his duty to make sure I was in a car that fit all of my needs. Mr. Lopez is a rare and positive entity for Enterprise....I have been renting from Enterprise for over 15 years and he is A+ service.
This was my first time renting from this office, but not Enterprise overall and it was a great experience. I made the reservation online and when I went to pick up the car the check-in process was very easy. They had clear signs on the door indicating the new process during COVID-19. When the staff person came out, the whole check-in was done on a hand held device and I had my car within 15 minutes. Same for dropping the car off. Incredibly easy process. The car itself was in great condition. Another great experience with Enterprise.
I recently rented from Enterprise...I had my schedule to pickup at 2:00.Xmas eve. I was called the night before to see I would switch my time to 1..I agreed the next day they called me that I wouldn't be able to get picked up until 1:30.because they had no cars...so I waited and took a cab instead. When I got there we got the process going but I waited over an hour and 1/2 for a car. They waived my gas and said to bring back empty if I wanted. Overall okay experience...but better experience than other places.
We hired a a minivan from Madison to Minneapolis.Handing over time at Minneapolis the trainee guy pointed a tiny scrach at bonate, we have not seen it earlier, but rear scratch was shown by only us as it was seen previously. We three were in car, no untoward things happened along the route or any where. My son explained to him. He agreed to our explanations . Overall good people. But we must be extra careful & double check while taking car as such incidences inconveniences both. We wish them all the best.
They wouldn’t stay open an additional 10 minutes so that I could pick up my rental car reserved for me by my insurance. I called and explained that I was having transportation issues getting there and would be there 10 min after they closed. I also explained that if I wasn’t able to receive the rental I would be stranded in Minneapolis when my home is in Duluth. So now I am officially stranded with my 3 year old step son. The motto is “we care”, but that doesn’t appear to be true in the slightest.
A+ Service I recently visited Minnesota for a conference. The last two days I decided to rent a car and get in some sight seeing. I visited this location to learn that there weren’t any cars available. I explained my situation and plans and the Branch Manager, LaTasha Thompson, went above and beyond to make sure I was not only provided the perfect car that met my needs but provided touring and safety tips ❤️. I could not ask for anything more. Very professional and kind! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Great experience all across the board! Service was fantastic! These people aren’t new when it comes to customer service. They walked me through check in and check out, which was wonderful. Didn’t get the car I ordered but got an even better one, so no complaints there. Relatively inexpensive and very convenient location! The previous reviews made me a little iffy to begin with but upon my experience, not a thing I would change! Thanks Enterprise!
A little bit different than my experiences renting cars from the airport, I tried the downtown location because it’s convenient to get to. Staff was incredibly friendly throughout, they walked me to my car (it was in a garage), and explained all the procedures for returning it during off hours. I had to wait about 15 minutes while they prepped the car (different than at the airport where there’s hundreds of cars). Overall would recommend.
The staff is cool, but I've gone twice and they didn't have the car that I requested. (At this particular store) but the cars were nice. I had to keep insurance on it for two weeks because I didn't want to be charged for damages that were already on the car. Another store gave me a car that was worn out, scratches, seats were dirty, car was dirty and I didn't have time to hang around for another to be returned.
I certainly appreciate how professional Enterprise operates. I've never had a problem with them and I have been a long time customer. The crew are courteous, helpful, and professional all the time. I do not even bother considering other rental car companies and getting quotes from them. I've dealt with other rental companies before and they do not even come close to what I experience with Enterprise.
The pick-up and drop-off where very good as well as the overall service. My complaint is that the car I was offered (which was the only non-minivan option) smelled horribly of smoke and the windshield wiper fluid was out/didn't work. I was offered a minivan instead, but did not want to drive a car that large. I really don't think cars that smell so badly of smoke should still be rented out.
Frankly Enterprise is the only rental company I will ever work with again. The staff is kind, competent, and cares about providing a pleasant experience, which is a vast change from the typically scum running rental car companies. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been genuinely wonderful and Grant is a great team member. If you’re looking to rent a car these are the people to see!!!
Charged me 25 dollar's for "late return" even though we were 10 minutes early to drop off. When I emailed them to review their security tapes (no one was present at the office at all on a Saturday) as it stated the time when we left, they never refunded the money or even acknowledged email. Go to a different location, I have never had an issue like this at any other location.
I just returned my rental after almost two full weeks from the downtown location, and let me just say, it’s not all about the car, it’s about the service given. Corbin attended to me; and let me just say enterprise is lucky to have him. He is extremely professional, ready, all smiles even through the mask, and just genuinely respectful. Thank you again and see you all soon.
We had too much stuff to travel with and wanted a sedan. Even though we booked one 3 months in advance, there was none available at the time of pick up. After failing to fit everything in a much smaller car, we called them and they had received several new returns, and let us choose from the new ones. I'd given 5 stars if not for this small inconvenience.
I have used the downtown MPLS Enterprise for over 4 years on monthly basis. Staff are super friendly. They go out of their way to satisfy my needs for a rental vehicle. When in doubt they always get me a step up vehicle. Promoted employees are replaced with eager polite competent new employees who are trained well to support excellent customer service.
Be aware Enterprise rent car downtown Minneapolis I was rent a car last month returning I left some items I call them next 30 minutes they told me yes they find it when I come back litter they said we don’t anything here. They said come back on Monday and I come back still some Anwar so now I lost more than 500$ Please share share everybody thanks
Just ok. Make sure you have all that is needed to rent the car they don't let you know the extra details. No cash, card used must be chipped if using debit card must show a current bill with same address that is on card using & $200.00 deposit. Ask questions because they do not inform you of their policies and not all policies are on their site.
This was the best rental experience I have ever had. After my car was stolen, Olivia, the branch manager, helped organize my rental with my insurance company and when I was ready to return, was so communicative, flexible, and genuinely nice. No one likes car trouble, but this branch helped to ease the stress. Thanks Enterprise and Olivia!
Due to a crew shortage I missed my connection and need to get a rental to get to my destination. Arrived at the Enterprise desk and was greeted with a Navy veteran, Tyler. Tyler got me squared away in no time and got me on the road. He knocked it out of the park and I am thankful for the pleasant experience. Great job by the entire team!
Good service, but not always the best prices. I have been on tour with their vehicles numerous times and just when I think ill be charged (for day a messy car or scuffs from hauling equipment), they seem to be very forgiving of normal wear and tear. So, a little more expensive but not a lot of hidden fees for normal wear and tear.
Manager Kara at this downtown location Minneapolis.. 110...being using enterprise for my vacation needs. She is without a question very rude and not caring.. I felt that she is used to disrespecting customers. I gave the management 1.. don't get me wrong some other areas have great customer service.. just not this location..
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have rented vehicles from enterprise at their downtown location and keep coming back! Great selection of vehicles and no issues with them while traveling long distances. After hours drop off has never been a problem either. Great communication and great prices makes in this place number one!
I love the downtown location I would usually go to Saint Louis Park but I’ve had outstanding customer service with the guys at the downtown location their all amazing and I’ve literally been dealing with them for a year now and I’ve had nothing but a great experience and I’ve been treated with nothing but respect
I was very pleased with how well the car rental experience went when I visited this location. I was going through my insurance and it was seamless. Every member of the team I interacted with was kind and professional. They also have a fish tank which I thought was quite cute. Wonder what the fishes names were?
The people at this location were very friendly, super efficient and got me in and on my way very quickly. They answered questions about directions the car was spotless and everything went very very smoothly. I rent cars about 40 or 50 times a year for business and this was certainly well above average.
Brynn at the Minneapolis Airport rental was very nice and super kind to us as we were getting our car. She is an intern and new all about the details of our reservation as well. She is a Rock Star and has such a great attitude. What a wonderful employee she must be. James Prince Austin, Texas
I have been a long time member of Enterprise no matter what city I live in. So here in my new city of Minneapolis, the impeccable service continued. Enterprise picked me up at my location, and upgraded free of charge to a great sports vehicle. Thanks Enterprise and keep up the good work.
I started using this branch for the convenience, located in the same block where I worked. I've since moved offices but continue to use them. The service is always top notch, and I'm able to get in and out quickly. Friendly and professional staff make it a pleasure doing business here.
Reserved a car with a out of state license a day in advance, they made me run around for a hour and a half adding money to debit card for the rentals deposit. Just to come back and them say I need a address with mail here to use a debit card. Worst place ever not helpful at all.
Exiting through the parking ramp, just standing there is weird and unprofessional. Business looks closed til you get right up on it. Staff is pretty helpful but definitely don't want to be there. It's like the car rental place that time forgot... prices are outstanding, however.
I had an exceptional experience with this location. The level of customer experience, attention to detail, and professionalism is OUTSTANDING. Exavius went above and beyond to make sure my trip experience was amazing. I would recommend this place to rent from.
Reserved a car online for an important business trip. I showed up to pick up the vehicle and they didn't have it. They were sold out. I had a missed call, no message, no email. I had to scramble to find a vehicle. Avis pulled through. Shouldn't happen in 2015.
Extremely helpful, offered me a larger car at the same price when the size I had asked for wasn't available. Staff was very professional and efficient. They will pick you up - which Enterprise has done for me in several different states. Highly recommend.
The location is a bit hard to find for drop off but I also did no pre call and picked up somewhere else. AJ made things so quick and easy. When I said my day was too stressful to talk about he assured me it wasn’t and let me vent. Well done!
I usually like Enterprise but this last time I was charged for a full tank of gas when I only used 1/4 of a tank. I liked when they use to charge you for what you used, so if I used 1/4 of a tank that’s all I was charged for . …
Cat and Tanner are the best! They didn't have the car I reserved, but went out of their way to turn a bad situation into good. The location is ideal compared to the airport and you get great customer service without feeling rushed.
This was my second time renting a car from this location. The staff is always friendly. I also got a free upgrade which was really nice. They are very prompt with timing checking in + out. I would recommend this location for sure!
Super convenient downtown Minneapolis location. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. We were driving away with two vehicles within 10 minutes of arriving and drop off was even quicker. Would very much recommend Enterprise.
This is the only place I will rent a car from, although there are somethings they need to put on the online booking that would help people decide if they want to rent from them or not. Other than that they are great.
Gave discount for changing cars, which we accepted. Location was easy to see, lobby was clean & cozy, and staff OK. One was pushy & exaggerating the drop off Sat 2pm was smooth & worked w/ us to unload smoothly.
Always a pleasure, folks here are clear and considerate. I appreciate the flexibility that folks here have to make customer experiences as positive as possible. Everyone is very knowledgeable, highly recommend.
One of the few rental car places I’ve been to where I haven’t had a nightmare experience. Owen was helpful and informative. He kept me up to date and made sure everything ran smoothly. Keep up the great work!!
Excellent experience after my car accident. Referred by insurance company. It worked out great!! Very helpful and attentive assistance. Wish they were open on Saturdays though. THANK YOU Enterprise! R. Guil
We had an amazing experience at down town Minneapolis location Olivia is a phenomenal help !!!! She was very attentive to what we needed and was very welcoming and energetic !! Definitely coming back !!!
This place is a real good burger joint. Servers are real good. Haven't seen service up to this level for some time. Blake was our server and he was super informative and quick. 10/10 will come again

I will only rent from Enterprise. This particular location has very good service with a very good staff. Rented from here on 2 separate occasions and both times got the car I asked for.

Tasha (downtown minneapolis) has been extremely amazing to work with, friendly and helpful. I’d go out of my way to go to this location because the customer service was outstanding.
The Enterprise team members in the downtown Minneapolis branch are outstanding. They do a wonderful job of accommodating needs, and ensure that service is paired with friendliness.
Hands down the best rental experience I've ever had! AJ was the best- so helpful and patient with my questions and incredibly thorough. I would rent here again in a heartbeat!
The Downtown Minneapolis staff were very friendly and helpful. They adjusted to my preferences for manufacturers best suited for tall people and the car was perfect.
My experience with the downtown Minneapolis location has been nothing but pleasant. Always very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be a return customer.
It's really quick and painless. Staff is really good. Dropping the car after hours is really cool. Last but not the least ... the Dodge car is really good.
Very friendly staff. We were able to rent a car for the day without much hassle at all. They're going to up sell you, but what car rental place doesn't?
A good shop. Very helpful and logical with regards to questions or problems. We've used them for many years and have had a consistently good experience
Smooth operated business, quick, considerate, professional help behind the counter. Vehicles are in excellent shape and taken great care of.
Kaylyn awesome worker pays attention to detail and actually listens. Manager is on point but one of the guys is very rude and disrespectful
Lovely Customer Service & Best Clean Cars On The Market For The Cars To Be Used Daily By Many People They Sure Keep Them Clean.
The employees were friendly and very helpful, especially LaTasha the branch manager. Picked up my rental with no problems
I've rented a vehicle from this location every week for the past 4 months and I have always had an excellent experience.
