Let’s start with that out of the 3 agents that was at the counter only one greeted me. No one was with a customer. They seemed to be chit chatting so i had to walk past 2 agents to get help. Then during the signing of the document I was as assigned in the two spots and then corrected that it need to the front and the back given them verbal directions about where to go for the next agent that’s going to help me get the actual car. None of these directions are listed in the reservation that helps me understand what to expect. When I get there we take the escalator down and then walk towards our kiosk and then we are told to walk the parking lot to go to the car normally when we rent with Enterprise, the car comes to us and we have an opportunity to look over the car with the agent and agree that there’s no damages to the car, we were not given this opportunity. After being walked to the area where we keep compact SUVs, we were told choose one of those four. This is where we keep the cars. The keys are in the car. This walk was hard for my husband who is disabled the agent didn’t stay with us while we picked a car or give us any further instructions. Take our car we head towards the exit. All of a sudden we’re being stopped by the exit and gate agent. They now want my paperwork and my drivers license which is in my luggage. to meet this man’s request I now have to get out of my car dig through my luggage. Find my drivers license handed to him have it verified and I don’t know who this guy is this. This is not a great experience. I will say that returning the car was simple and easy, and as it’s usually expected, thank you for that .

The counter and garage staff seemed disorganized and only grudgingly helpful. As I reached the checkout booth the tire-pressure light popped on and I requested a tire check and correction. But the agent condescended and gaslighted, suggesting there could be a "little nail" in one of the tires - thus admitting to quick turns with no real safety checks here. He insisted on a free (unwanted) upgrade from Economy to SUV, congratulating himself on going above and beyond, while he rushed me with obvious disrespectful impatience through transferring vehicles - scoffing, sighing, eye-rolling etc, while arguing back when I expressed dissatisfaction (for the record) because I'd booked and wanted Economy not an SUV and, most importantly, had expected a properly safety-checked car. Then switching payment credit cards - necessary because the card I'd reserved with, well in advance, no longer existed, a commonplace occurrence - turned out to be an additional 20-minute inconvenient hassle, on top of the vehicle switch which had already put me significantly behind schedule. Robert in the checkout booth was my only positive encounter at Enterprise SLC mid-afternoon on 11/13/2023 - helpful, courteous, competent, and cheerful, truly a bright light amid this rude, shoddy, mess of a location!

We rented a midsize car, when we got to the rental pickup, they did not have anything, so they gave us an "upgrade". This included a few cars that definitely were not going to work for our trip and left really 1 car that would even do. We went through the whole process and when we got our agreement for the rental, they had put we had a full tank and not 3/4 like it actually was. I emailed the company and never even got a response back. I brought the car back with a full tank of gas because I did not want to be charged $8.88/gallon. Essentially, I lost money because the checkout guy couldn't do his job. This was mentioned during checkout, and he told us that he would make sure he marked it down which he obviously did not. The car was not clean, we had soda spilt on the side panels inside, a pair of underwear under the seat, and garbage in the cubbies. It is like they realized they didn't have a car and just rushed it back on the line. First time in years of renting that I have had a horrible experience. Just be sure to watch you gas levels and maybe check your cleanliness before leaving the lot.

My last experience with Enterprise just recently went beautifully! I was sooooo grateful to have booked with Enterprise because when I arrived to Salt Lake City, and went to check in to get my car, the Enterprise line was very short and all went off without a single flaw! Apparently, they were telling costumers that "they had no cars!" What a disaster. I was SO grateful I I had booked with Enterprise! They had it together, completely! People from the other lines (other car rental companies) started coming over to Enterprises line and Enterprise took care of those folks as well. Staff was kind and very helpful to everyone. They deserve our business! My last rental with Enterprise out of Crystal Lake , Illinois, was honestly awful and I swore to never use them again, however, I am so happy that I decided to give them another shot. Great job this time, Enterprise!!!

Rented a 2023 Jeep Wagoneer from the Salt Lake City Airport I loved being able to pre-check in the day before on the Enterprise App. It was a simple process of giving my name and selecting a vehicle from the size I had reserved. All vehicles were beyond what I had expected. The check out process was different from what I've ever had. We drove our vehicle up to a toll booth and finished the process in minutes. I had to add an additional driver and that was done quickly. When we returned the vehicle it was an even simpler process. Someone had us drive up, do a walk around the car, check mileage and gas and we were off. The experience was great. The Wagoneer was even better. We drove it on a road trip to a near by state and all around Utah. It was easy to handle, had great amenities, the gps was helpful, the automatic everything took a little getting used to but was comfortable for a group of 5 with lots of luggage and disability equipment that needed loading and unloading. It was more than I was expecting and easier to rent then I imagined.

We had reserved a car with BUDGET Got to Salt Lake City and they wouldn't take my debit card and my credit card didn't have a high enough limit. The guy was rude and sarcastic and suggested we just stay in the airport two weeks. We were 2000 miles from home with no car for a one way- two week trek. I was in tears. I went to another place in the airport and he had no SUV's so he walked me to Enterprise where I have rented before but couldn't get a one way car. A lady named Vanessa and her boss helped us and ultimately we got an SUV (for less) and customer service that went beyond superior. Vanessa and her boss need a RAISE! They were so kind to us and empathetic to our problem. We turned the car in two weeks later in Rapid City, South Dakota and again the staff were simply just kind. I will NEVER rent a vehicle from anywhere else but Enterprise. THANK YOU VANESSA AND I WISH I COULD REMEMBER THE BOSSES NAME. You guys are just wonderful humans. Thank you Enterprise for the car for the vacation of a life time for our family.

Easy pickup just follow the signs from baggage claim. We checked in using the app so I cannot commented on the service desk. Just follow the signs to the 1st floor of the parking garage and use the painted walkway. We had a choice of about five different AWD vehicles since the one we wanted was not available. It worked out better than our original choice. Car was clean and functioned flawlessly. Rental car return: There is a service station/store to the left just outside of the airport to fill er up if you need to. Drop off at SLC is the best I have experienced so far. It is simple. Rental car return signs, writing on the pavement and signs to the left with company logos' guide you right to it. Agent had us done in less than five min. To get to the terminal walk 75-100 yards toward the terminal to the painted walkway and the elevator is 35- 50 feet to the right. We continue to use this company because our past business with them goes by the numbers and no hassle. Their competitors, in my experience, are less so.

I always use Enterprise Rental Cars. I rented a mid-size SUV / AWD on 7/8/23 at SLC International , and the check in was simple and hassle free. Checked in on line and went from the gate to my car. I even got small upgrade to a larger SUV do to limited midsize. I have made this trip many times and it seem to get easier each time. I checked other prices for the same rental and found some that where a little less but not with the ease of renting a car through Enterprise. It would be nice if the prices was a little less. I spent just over 3k for 3 weeks, unlimited mileage and full insurance. The only complaint I have is the return issue and gas. I filled the take two minutes away from the airport and the needle was past full, but they hit me with a cost for just over a gallon of gas. The GMC get great mileage and I don't understand how they measure the gas load in a tank with out using a dip stick, I will use them again but ask them to verify everything first before I leave the car.

If I could I would give Enterprise Rent-A-Car 500 stars! Super friendly and professional staff! My cousins had just flow in from Sydney Australia. There were tired and hungry after their long flights. We were quickly greeted by Mika. What an amazing experience we had with Mika! We were so pleased! Best customer service was shown! Mika definitely deserves a raise and award for the best help! The staff in the garage worked so hard to find us a midsize SUV like a Ford Explorer. Unfortunately they didn't have any of those SUV for rent. We were disappointed but were so grateful for their assistance. They only had the Premium SUV Chevy Suburban. I am worried about my cousins traveling down to Las Vegas and Disneyland in that SUV. I wish there was some way to get a smaller SUV before they travel to Las Vegas and California. I will be forever grateful for my car experience! Thanks!

I thought the price was high for a 5-day rental but otherwise the experience is what you expect from a national franchise. Vehicle was a clean, low-mileage, current year model. Pick-up took a little longer than expected because Salt Lake City Enterprise (airport) was using a new computer system and the agents were adjusting to it. Drop-off was fast and easy. All the agents we interacted with were pleasant, professional, and competent. A better price would have made this a five-star review. In my opinion, companies are jumping on the "COVID/Inflation" bandwagon without any real empirical evidence that their operating costs have in fact increased proportionately to their price increases. Pre-COVID 5-day rentals at most national chains were typically two-thirds the cost of what I paid for this one. Hard for me to see "inflation" being at 33%...

I am quite concerned. This was the second encounter I have had with enterprise in 3 years that was legally challenging. This encounter had me jittery the whole time. The lack of respect and caring they took with the cars and our inspection showing damage proves to me we should never rent from them again. Still, they srugged it off like, "Whatever im not signing off on the damages" before we picked it up is highly concerning. The attitude of the workers not caring about the struggle and effort we as the consumers have to go through to protect our interests is enough to convince me their workers don't care about their patrons and making sure they protect their legal interests. I feel if you want to rent here, go elsewhere, not worth the hassle. I am editing this review since Enterprise contacted me to try to resolve the situation.

They didn't have the full size premium SUV I reserved and wouldn't give me a truck instead without an upcharge. There were scratches and scuffs on it. I showed the attendant and he said it's all good not to worry. Regardless I took pictures and a video of the damages. When I returned the vehicle the attendant wouldn't let us leave until a manager was able to look at the scratches. I ended up having to show her the video and pictures. She asked me to text her the video amd pictures then we could leave. WTH is this? I couldn't believe it. The manager finally got to the car after 10 minutes and said it's no big deal that the damages aren't anything to report. He also said that the attendant was doing her job instead of apologizing to us for wasting 20 minutes of our time amd almost missing our flight. Ridiculous!

Our experience with Enterprise was excellent. We rented in SLC, no bus required. The car was ready when we arrived, pre-checked in online, no waiting. A bubbly young lady walked with us to our vehicle and answered all of our questions. We did have to show the reservation and Driver’s license at the booth leaving the parking area (so have that ready). Return was in Denver. Caden Checked us in promptly, was very friendly and directed us to the nearby bus to the terminal. Unlike the other agencies we’ve used many times at DÍA, Enterprise had 2 buses waiting, no standing in the cold wind waiting for a bus to the terminal. We were dropped at the United curbside bag check. It couldn’t have been easier.

We did not have a good experience with the full size SUV we picked up in Salt Lake City and ended up exchanging it the next day in Jackson Hole. The next full size SUV had multiple problems as well. When we turned the vehicle in a week later we explained all the issues we had and were only credited $100 for our wasted time in exchanging the vehicle and not even being able to drive the appropriate speed limit due to horrible vibration and dealing with other broken things on the vehicle. It also had multiple deep scratches and dents and the front license plate hanging on barely by one screw.. Really disappointed in both Salt Lake City and Jackson Hole airport Enterprise locations.

We did not know that Hertz closed their downtown SLC office at noon--we arrived at 12:20 (they had our flight info). We had unloaded all the bags from an Uber and were outside Hertz. Husband called Enterprise. I never thought we'd get through, they picked up and said, "sure, we have cars" (pick up in SLC; drop 10 days later in Vegas). Uberred back to airport. Got in what looked like a mile-long line, but an associate was "working the line" checking people in at the kiosks. I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. As luck would have it, they had just gotten an SUV returned, and I got that too. Check in in Vegas was with Dan. He was terrific.

Ended up using enterprise at SLC airport b/c had a reservation at thrifty but line was 35 ppl long (no exaggeration) and only one agent. One of the travelers in our party had an account with enterprise and by that time, we were willing to pay more for the rental rather than wait in line for thrifty. Paid $120 more for the week but worth it. Took care of us in 10 minutes. During the rental, the air pressure in one of the tires was low, so we had to stop several times to put air in the slow leaking tire. Mentioned it to the agent upon return and she was nice enough to ask how she could make it right. Took $50 off the week. Good customer service.

The process was fantastic. I used the app and filled out everything ahead of time. At the airport, I didn't have to wait in line at the desk. I walked out to the car rental, showed them my confirmation, and they pointed me to my SUV. The SUV had an odor of old stale cigarette smoke. The manager offered to switch it out. I said it wasn't that bad. When I returned it, I told the attendant about the odor. He satisfactorily adjusted my rental price, which I didn't ask him to do. I couldn't be more impressed with how Enterprise has empowered their staff to take of the customer right on the spot.

First experience, renting a high-end luxury car……Ended in a flat tire. Enterprise immediately provided a secondary back up in which the secondary car had a flat tire. Neither of these were Enterprises faults as I was driving through a roof reconstruction area. While my performance may only be one star enterprise gets five. They were responsive, courteous, and worked with a third-party vendor to make sure the tire that I had was not only repaired, but replaced. I would recommend enterprise. Excellent customer service at both the airport and at the Park City location.

We made a last minute reservation in the terminal and pick-up was smooth. In particular, we want to mention the fantastic service we received from your associate Evan when we went down in the garage to get our car. He was very personable, professional, thorough and efficient in helping us get on our way, including spotting a problem with our initial car (before we noticed it) and quickly switching it out for another one. After a very frustrating flying experience, I still had an hour commute to where I was going. Fortunately, Tray was able to get me on my way, even after the first two vehicles had issues (the infotainment system on the first vehicle kept rebooting and the second had a maintenance due alert). He was able to get me an upgraded vehicle as well, which my low back and knee were eternally grateful for. Note to self, Toyotas might be a good purchase, but they aren't terribly reliable as rentals. My return was hassle free. Thanks Aaron and Tray!

From the very start I was more than satisfied with Enterprise. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to choose a car that would be available to me at the airport. The terms of service were easily understood and so was choosing the add ons that pertained to me. Each employee that I met, when picking up the car or dropping it off, was polite and respectful. All of these details were important as I have not rented a car in over 20 years and was anxious about the process. I had no need to be. This was an excellent experience.

We flew to SLC and rented car from Enterprise SLC location for our trip through UT. It was the Thanksgiving day, still this location was open. It was not much crowded, maybe because of the thanksgiving day thing. There was an intern working in the counter. She was very cute however, extremely slow. We had multiple cars booked. She went through everything and answered all our questions regarding the insurance etc. Everything was smooth. I usually trust enterprise every time, and this location was great too with very friendly staff.

While our car was excellent, we needed to leave it at a location that was different than where we picked up the car. When I called the Enterprise corporate office and local Enterprise location where we rented the car, I was told it would cost us over $5,000 to leave the car in a location other than the location we picked up the car. If I had originally arranged my rental for a drop off location, the cost was an additional $500. I find your policy very unfair and exploiting the customer that needs to make a travel plan change.

My plane was delayed flying into pitt Airport. All of the rental places were closed so I was unable to get my reserved car. Enterprise rep called me over and asked me if he could help. He then proceeded to get me into a vehicle without a reservation and told me what my rate would be. After I drove the vehicle to salt lake city airport i was told I owed 2200 more than I was originally quoted. Talk about taking advantage of someone's desperate need to not be stranded. I am very disappointed in this company.

SLC enterprise was fast and easy, as a PLUS member I was able to join the PLUS line that got me quicker service. My cranky son was happy about that. Wonderful service from the check in at the desk, to choosing the car, exiting parking structure, to returning the vehicle, & the Jeep Wagoneers are such a hit!!! We’ve even considered purchasing one ourselves for our growing family. The selection of vehicles are endless at this location and service is always amazing! Thank you SLC Enterprise Team!

I was super worried, since I was flight into salt lake city on Thanksgiving at midday and base on review from other rent-a-car around the airport it was going to be a waiting of hours and long lines. Enterprise was the only one with good reviews and let me tell you; they weren't wrong. No line to get the car l, súper friend staff, it look me longer the my all my luggage that the entire process of getting a car. I can't be anier happy with enterprise. I will definitely rent from them again.

We had the best price at enterprise and excellent service from all their employees. We had a tire light when we were in Park City and went to the local enterprise. The young gentleman there took care of everything so quickly and efficiently. He was excellent. We turned our car in early in the morning and gentlemen, Larry ,was excellent, as well as the young lady working with him. All three of these employees gave excellent service and will make us come back to Enterprise.

All the way around a great experience. My flight was earlier than the time for the rental but even in the craziness of a snow storm they found me a car to use. When they asked where I was going and I told them it was where the storm was worse (North of town) they got me into an all wheel drive! Then they also had a snow brush and ice scraper in the car, how great was this! The pickup and drop off was super easy, undercover and the staff was fantastic at all levels.

Enterprise allowed me to check-in remotely before I arrived to pick up my car and saved us a lot of time. The employees were patient and did not pressure us to quickly pick a car. Returning the car was very easy and the receiving staff seemed legitimately interested in making sure our needs were met. I thought the price for the car was very fair. I switched to Enterprise a little more than a year ago and have been very satisfied with the service and value.

Easiest rental car experience we've ever had. We had originally reserved a Nissan Rogue ('or similar') at the Salt Lake City airport and realized it wouldn't work for us. We were met at the kiosk by the single most helpful rental car employee ever. Not only did he take my luggage to the vehicle, when told we needed to change our car choice, he said "no problem" and gave us a choice of three other SUV models. No hassle, no extra expense, no headache.

Went to pick up my Corolla from SLC Airport. No Corolla! Went for the nearby Jeep, yah! another customer was on the way to it. All that was left in the sedans was a Charger, hood scoop, hemi and all! (On any other day!) Redirected to the SUV section for no markup, just when a 2024 AWD Rogue was pulling in! Poifect! Put 1,000 miles on it in 3 days, 31mpg! Excellent car and service, got great shots of the Eclipse in Capitol Reef NP. Thanks Enterprise!

We rented a Rav4 for 11 days. The vehicle was cleaned and ready for our trip The only issue we had was that during several incredibly hard rains , the vehicle lost traction on the road even at low speeds. I believe the vehicle needed newer tires as the tread was getting a bit low. I brought this to the attention of the rep that checked us in and she conveyed that they would be sure and investigate. I would definitely rent from Enterprise again.

I recently took a trip where I used Enterprise, and a different company to rent vehicles. Although the price a little bit higher with Enterprise, the quality of service was significantly better. I got a better vehicle than I had reserved at Enterprise. Also the rental process was simple and fast. I could tell that the lady handling my rental new her business. Finally when it came to return it couldn’t have taken more than 3 minutes.

Absolutely fantastic rental experience with enterprise Rent-A-Car in Salt Lake City! I rented an SUV for three weeks and ended up extending it another week in case my trip went longer, so very nice to have the flexibility to return it and only pay for the days I used. The staff helping me make that change over the phone and the staff at the airport location was a very kind and helpful! I would definitely choose Enterprise again!

I will never go to any other rental places for Enterprise has me spoiled...when I ran into a problem, the issue was addressed and was given a discount off my rental. Once I went to pick up my rental and was upgraded to a fabulous SUV at no charge because they ran out of the vehicle size that I chose...thank u so much Salt Lake City Utah and Las Vegas Nevada both at airport locations. A completely positive experience. I reserved on line, which was simple, received and completed all necessary paperwork on line ahead of time. Went from my plane to Enterprise lot, met with very friendly young man, we picked the car and he handed me the keys. I was heading to my destination in under 10 minutes. The drop off process was just as simple. You guys have it down, keep up the good work.

Renting and returning couldn't have been easier. Friendly and helpful staff on both ends. On returning there was a small issue with the car that I was concerned that I'd be blamed for . . . I've heard some horror stories about other rental agencies. The representative and manager were understanding, accepted responsibility, and I left with as a happy customer that will surely be back. We had a great experience with Enterprise at this location. Received the car we wanted and had a comfortable trip around Utah, until . . . we got a flat tire. But we were able to exchange it at their Canyonlands location and we even got a discount when we returned it to SLC because we had to exchange for a bit of a downgrade in car. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would do so in a heart beat. The car I drove was a compact SUV, it was clean inside and outside (other than a few scratches). The staff were amazing, to picking up the car and dropping it off. They were able to answer my questions and everyone was so kind. I've never rented cars before but now I'm only going to rent from Enterprise.

The employees at the enterprise counter were very pleasant and professional, my car was ready and the exact model that I reserved. I rented an Audi Q5 and it was a very nice car. The only problem was that I had ordered XM radio and the car didn’t have it, I used Apple Car Play and everything was fine. Drop off was easy and the attendant Larry was awesome. Customer service was exceptional! We ran into an issue with the vehicle we rented and had to go to different Enterprise store to get another vehicle. Service was excellent. Got upgraded to a truck I didn't want, charged, then truck pulled left and wouldn't stay connected to Android auto, swapped out at a branch, and they only had a camaro, still charged me upgrade, only 3/4 tank of gas after I just filled up the truck, then when I returned it he said he would refund me gas as J filled it up again, didn't do it. Pretty much sucked.

I love enterprise I have used them for years but this location is no exception in part of someone named Chris , I only had a brief interaction when he came up to talk to another enterprise employee and was nothing short of rude to her and myself. He could really use an attitude check or a replacement. His attitude and manners have no place for public service!

I checked in by asking an attendant which cars I could select, then showing my ID and Credit Card to operator at the exit gate. I returned the car by driving up and confirming information (gas, etc.) and was gone in a jiffy. No paperwork to keep track of, no lines to stand in, everything done online. SLICK! I'm happy my company uses Enterprise in SLC.

Outdoors, I was able to make my choice of available cars (of which there was a great variety) to match my specific needs for this trip. A very new Chevrolet suburban was waiting for us upon arrival. The vehicle only had 4,000 miles on it and was great to drive. it rode very smoothly even with 6 adults and all our luggage. We were given our vehicle in minutes and the return was processed just as quickly. Salt Lake City facility was clean bright and the staff was excellent.

Couldn't shut it off - Pick up and drop off were excellent - price increased by $200 by the time I got to the car - didn't have time to complain as I was at the cars not the desk -

Good place to rent a car from. I am happy with my rental and service. The one thing they need to work on is more training for newer employees. The issue got resolved ferry quickly and i got my car and on the way. It was a small inconvenience the was easy avoidable with better training. Overall i recommend using Enterprise.

There was no owners manual in the vehicle I could not use the electronic digital system in the vehicle as I had no instructions on how to use it or program it. Also, your airport rental requirements are extremely restrict making it harder to rent. I would NOT recommend renting from Enterprise at Salt Lake City airport

Had a great experience at this location at the SLC airport. Check in was a breeze, and I got to pick from a huge lineup of various SUVs which was great. The return was also very easy; you just pull up into this guided line, and then hop out and hand over the keys. Would definitely use Enterprise here in SLC again.

When I arrived at the Enterprise rental office, I was offered a upgrade from the car I had selected at no extra charge. Early check in allowed me to go straight to the vehicle. I was surprised by the ease of picking up the car. The staff in the garage was very friendly. I asked for a specific OEM car as I was visiting that OEM's site. They did not have that car in the class I requested, but gave me an upgrade to make sure I had the OEM needed.
