My experience renting a car here was nothing short of AMAZING! I did my reservation online the night before for a standard size suv which I got for a pretty good rate! I showed up a hour early thinking that the process would take forever. There were 2 people ahead of me and customers coming in and out to return vehicles. By the time i was helped i had been there for about 30-40 minutes. I was given a discount for the wait. The suv was clean inside and out, only cons were that the suv only had a quarter tank of gas and a small crack in the windshield which wasn’t really a big deal to me, I took pictures of both just to make there was no funny business when returning. That evening I received a text thanking me for me business and so on so forth (which i thought was really cool!) My reservation was for about a week and a half I ended up calling the day I was supposed to return to see if i can extend my reservation, they charged the card on file and extended it for another week. I ended up needing the suv for a few more days after that and they extended my reservation again with no problem. Before returning the suv i went to a 3$ car wash vacuumed it out and had the outside cleaned as well, showed up a hour early again thinking that it would take forever. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I gave them the keys the car was inspected I was given the receipt and offered a ride home!! Thanks again Troy and Greg for the outstanding customer service! I would definitely do business here again!

I have been a member with Enterprise and have been using Enterprise for over a decade. I will never use this branch again. The communication is horrible, the cars are horrible, and when they don't have an answer to the question you have, they will lie to you or not communicate back at all. Also, according to the damage department, if you rent a car from them and you hit a bump in the road, the bumpers will come off and that is common. Although, I did not hit anything, the bumper fell off and they said, parts fall off of their cars all the time, it's a common thing. As I was waiting to be lied to, another customers car would not go in reverse and they told her, "sorry, but we can't give you another car until someone turns another in, so come back on Monday because we are closed on Sundays." I have never seen Enterprise like this. For further victims of this place, good luck and forever the odds be in your favor. I apologize, I had to put at least one star on here, or they wouldn't let me post my review.

I have rented through Enterprise for a few years now and never experienced what I experienced yesterday. I tried to make a reservation for Friday, apparently there were no vehicles available to pick up Friday, but I got lucky!!! Yay!!! If I added one more day, they had a car for me! Fine! A family member passed away and I needed this car. When I show up to pick up my vehicle I'm told "I didn't show up on time to pick up my car, therefore it was given away to someone else!!!" 1st time this has ever happened! Now, had they apologized and offered another, all would be fine. Nope, they had "no extra cars, because it's an extremely busy weekend and apparently every vehicle has been rented out in the city of Phoenix AZ!" I called other locations, other companies and was unable to find a vehicle. Now I'm stuck here having to cancel everything I planned for this weekend thanks to the idiots who decided to give my vehicle to someone else! Thanks Enterprise!!!

Only have rented from enterprise two times, my experience was good ... not great but I will post a updated review after I've rented a few more times.. but so far it's okay , I didn't like the car I was given. it was ugly & small but I did come in as a walk-in with no reservations. But the amount of money I handed over was $527.99 & I didn't complain for the reason I walked in.. but I should of been able to swap it out the next day or even the last day but they acted like they couldnt because they have to give them to the customers who made reservations.. not 1 of the three days was I offered a different car.. like I said even though I walked in shouldn't matter ...I paid high rental fees so I should of been satisfied with what I was driving. but I will review again my next rental.. I'm hoping my rates lower as I have more rentals on my account.. loyalty rewards or something.. if not then I will switch to another company..

Absolute nightmare!!!!!! Pray you never get hit by someone with Progressive Insurance. This whole process has been pathetic. They missed the pick-up time, and then didn't have any vehicles ready for the reservation. Isn't the whole reason you make a reservation is to ensure the vehicle is there? Progressive then expected me to pay for the rental when I was not at fault in the accident, due to the fact their insured driver rear-ended me!!! I was late to work due to their incompetence, and then they wanted me to leave work early because they finally had a vehicle available. This experience has been the worst, and I can only say Enterprise and Progressive have been the worst to work with, and I would not recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't even give them one star, but to post this I had to. Terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible customer service.

They don't explain policy until you get there! We rented a suburban and you needed a credit card, people are getting away from credit cards, you can't paid cash. This should have been explained. If you debit card doesn't have your names printed on it then that becomes a problem. We made unnecessary trips to the house because they don't give you all the policies which was stupid. I think I rather go with her to and there high prices. The staff were polite. The vehicle had expired tab and registeration in the car. We call and they started it was ok. I am glad we didn't get stopped by PD. They car was not cleaned as well as it could have been. We found another people's trash. You need to do better with your vehicles and rules. Bi give you a zero stars if possible.

HORRIBLE! I reserved a car a week in advance get to the locations only to have to wait 20 minutes.After being helped they take me outside to a DIRTY Chevy cruze with only 1/4 of a tank. he offered to have it cleaned but it would take another fifteen to twenty minutes,so I said it was okay . I get in the car and it looked as if someone just dropped it off I accept the car anyway it's 5:45 pm no one else is open. Then to make things worse the AC went out ,its 110 degree's out.I had to drive all the way to the airport because this location is closed. Waited 20 min in a hot car for them to switch out cars. With all that being said I would never rent from enterprise again

Terrible . Picked up at 425 p With the grace period of 3 hours the next day and due that they close at 6 p. So I had till 725p right ? Basic math. I couldn’t drop off within my grace period because this location does not have a key drop box So first thing next business day I return and get charged a full day . And straight lie they have an automatic system they can’t change. BS Other locations have been able to for me in the past because they can make logic sense of the situation. To begin with I was looking for a sedan and since only an suv was ready they were able to charge the same ? BS they can’t manipulate their system. Greed in this place.

I'm start off by saying when it comes to spending your hard money we are worried about if we are gonna get treated right. When I rented a car from Enterprise on 2929 N 75th Ave suite 11 phoenix AZ mataya and LJ went above and beyond to fix the situation I had, to be honest what they did is how America was first built, so when you want a piece of mind not worry about anything, that's where you want to spend your money, or as I call it treated with rolalty. Thank you mataya and LJ. Also I won't stop until you guys get a raise because that's what any company should be ran like when, your everyday customer pays hard earned money

Brandon was so helpful throughout the whole procress from when I called in inquiring about a rental, the different insurance options, and what they cover, and the time-frame it was needed. He was so understanding and patience with me given how flustered I was from my car accident. The day I had to drop off the vehicle he was very busy, but I could see he was the only one in office that day. He never let any frustration or feeling of being flustered show if that's at all how he felt. He ensured each customer was taken care of and heard. If I am in need of another rental (Hopefully of other reasons) I would return.

I recently rented a vehicle through Enterprise for a trip to Ca with my daughter. Staff was friendly and overall price was somewhat expected, but a little expensive for extra insurance. I originally reserved an economy size car, not only because of gas but because I wanted something small and familiar to drive on a long trip. When I arrived to pick up my rental, I was given a minivan... which wasn’t very mini to me. Nonetheless. I accepted. I received the same price on daily rental as I reserved, but felt the insurance was higher than expected. I managed the van ok, but still would have preferred what I reserved.

I rented a car here and as seen by the pictures will not be returning again. I was in a rush so didn't pay too much attention to how clean the backseat was. I did end up going back and mentioned it to a staff member. I was told it didn't look too bad (not my used tissue box or high heal) and I would get a credit when I returned the vehicle. I believe I got about $40 back. I called headquarters, left a detailed message with someone and I'm still waiting for a call back, it's been a week. They are TOTALLY unprofessional and recommend you go elsewhere. I know I will, even if I have to go out of my way.

I booked a reservation 3 weeks in advance to arrive to this location and pick up a vehicle that was not clean.. I was asked if I wanted to take the car dirty or wait 15 min for it to be cleaned.. I waited 45mins and leave the place without an inspection on the car smh and have flat a hour later.. I paid for the insurance to cover tires make a long story short after my location was dispatched incorrectly twice my husband came to the rescue... and I had a hard time getting the tire fixed after finally making it to my destination.. the manager said he would make things right But we shall see

I got into a car accident and the other person's inssurance company was suppose to pay for everything because they were at fault. Somehow because the inssurance wouldn't pay or answer there phone, they took it out of my bank account without notifying me. Also they never answer there phones either. So I got charged for something I shouldn't of been charged with at all. I returned the vehicle in better condition than they gave it to me. It was all dirty and I went and washed it and cleaned it up and that's the thanks I get.

I like renting cars here, service is usually great and the pick up service is a good additive. Some areas more than others do much better at picking up customers; that service should be good consistently across the board. Also, why should I have to log online to access my points? You should apply these points at point of sale if you’re customer centered. This fluctuating price grouching is concerning, your prices more than double in peak seasons? The cars haven’t magically become luxury cars so why pay so much more.

I rented a Chrysler Pacifica. Entire experience was good except when I see the receipt which apparently numbers don't match with what Company charges in reality. I drove the minivan for around 3 hours and ended paying a $331 bill instead of $115. I did get a refund but company charged me the original price of the minivan plus my refund. I currently work in this rent a car industry and finally comprehend the folks who want their receipt always right away, in order to avoid been charged for some nonsense.

What can I say about my experience? That it was awesome. It was my first time ever renting a car in my life. I was nervous but yet excited to what I was going to expect. What I got was a tiny office (perfect for me) and fast, easy, friendly service. I don't know if all Enterprise Rent - A- Car are the same but the one 2929 North 75th Ave , Phoenix Arizona is the one I recommend you go to. I will definitely be going back to rent my car from there when I go visit my sister in the near future.

Second time going to this location. My auto insurance company sent me to this location after I had an accident. I scheduled to pick up my rental and when I got there they had no cars available. This second time, I called the day of and was never told they didn't have the kind of car I was requesting until after I drove 30 minutes to pick up the rental. Long story short, I drove all the way over there for nothing and left without a car rental. The employees are unhelpful and unprofessional.

For the most part all was good and fairly quick. Make it easy on the bedraggled customer and top off the tank so you know it was full when you got it,make it full when you return it. Because paying gas in advance makes no promise im still gonna be charged for the whole difference to full. That's just my take. My only issue. Service was prompt she was on the ph and to me thats a customer before me. Car was clean and she asked if understand the workings. And i was happy motoring.

The check in & check out process was very simple. No problems. My suggestion is... Yes this is a small branch. Two people need to be working on Saturday's. This is a busy location. One person can NOT do it all. As I was waiting in the lobby the phone was ringing non stop. That could have been a customer calling in to say they are running late. Also the lobby was very warm. No AC was on. Mataya Barber was very friendly. I just hope corporate reads this and fixes the problem.

I rented a vehicle this past weekend to take my boys to new Mexico for the holidays. I did the online reservation I called 30 min prior to picking up the vehicle. I checked in gave my personal information and was out In less than 15 min! it was great I was helped by Dan he has the best attitude and was so into the X mas spirit with that sweater!!! loved it Thank you for such the great costumer service. I would not change my location where I rent my vehicles Thank you again!

I had an extraordinary experience with every location of enterprise I went to. In a 5 week span I went to 3 different locations. All locations were awesome! I had a really difficult time getting repaired by camelback collision but enterprise was so great about all the unexpected changes. They were so good about making my rental car experience a great one! I am completely satisfied with locations Maryville, Glendale, and Camelback.

I cannot say enough good things about this location. Chevy and Shawn were more than accommodating to our needs when our 4 week rental turned into 8 weeks. When we had an issue with the truck, it was as easy as brining it in and trading it out for another. Their customer service was excellent and they made the whole rental process easy. If we ever need another rental, we will definitely be using this location. Highly recommend!

Usually the staff here is very friendly and helpful. Today i went to pick up my vehicle that has been reserved for over a month and Kari came up with a new price $100 over my original quoted price. She was very rude and was not willing to help the situation at all. I now have to make other arrangements with only hours left before my scheduled departure. Flying seems like a cheaper solution. Very Upset.

My experiences here have always been top notch. Yes, they do get busy & run around with their heads chopped off but they really go out of their way to please. There is some wait time depending on events or holidays. I do think that is expected with any business. I'll continue to rent here because they pick me up before rental starts & drop me off when I'm done with rental.

This location in particular is my favorite I've had a lot of trouble at other locations but the gentlemen here are always friendly and extremely helpful! reserved a vehicle 2 weeks prior to a trip. we were called to confirm vehicle 24hrs prior. On our pick up date they claimed no one had returned the vehicle in those 2 weeks prior. We were not able to rent a vehicle taking my business to Avis. (fyi) If you're renting for this place please make sure you confirm with them that they actually have your vehicle ready.

We have worked with this branch for several years. Unfortunately after this last experience we will not be back. Poor communication and the prices are outrageous. Charged an amount that was not agreed on during the confirmation phone call for the vehicle at pick up. Unfortunately I signed so it’s just our very pricey lesson. I would avoid this place.

Greg was amazing! He went out of his way to accommodate me and find A resolution that took Care of an issue I had. My whole vacation hinged on this rental car and he made sure it happened for my family. The vehicle itself (Toyota Sienna) was perfect. Clean...well equipt. If they don't have the car I reserved they always upgraded for free..I would gave them 4 stars but just because lately the cars are dirty, and the interior are nasty If I did a reservation I was expecting to have my car ready instead of hand to me a last minute car, full of dog hair. They may need more help having their cars ready.

The staff was nice, but enterprise themselves are discriminatory! The requirements for renting a car are to have a major credit card? I don't have one, but my money should still be good? That entire industry is against the working joe. The type of person that doesn't have credit cards or has them and they are run up to the max.

Reserve a car only to be called 1hr before I was do to pick it up and was advised cars were not being returned and they didn't have a car for me. The representative not only refused to locate a car for me at a different location but told me that the price wouldn't be honored at another location.

Been on hold for more than 20 minutes with no end in sight. Seriously, if you are this busy then perhaps you should looking into how you are staffing. Also, if you are going to leave someone on hold for an extended amount of time the LEAST you could do is not play the same message on repeat.

Horrible horrible service, every time I call they either hang up or keep you on hold until you just give up. This branch especially is the worst when it comes to communication. I’ve called other enterprise car rental places and they answer there phones and you are rarely on hold.

Enterprise is my go to when renting vehicles. The prices are affordable, the cars are reliable and clean and the service is outstanding. The 75th ave and Thomas office is my location of choice, the staff there is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

We rented a car on a Corporate Account and had it picked up at this location. We weren't crazy for the car given for being a Corp Acct. expected a nicer car. But the car was ok a little disappointed in the car, but it worked for what we needed.

Experience with them was good just hated the vehicle the Nissan rouge struggled really bad and sounded like the motor was going out just went from Phoenix to San Diego and back but will not like that car in future but customer service was great

It was not bad but they don't tell you about holding deposits online. Also i had to go and open a regular bank account just to rent. Insurance is much too high. 24.99 for one day. My son is in the hospital or it would have been the bus

Will not be returning car there. This location charged my husband $748.00 for a dam 3day rental. But billed for 2 weeks who does that..
