They are criminals. They are stealing the drivers license and credit card numbers. They tell you to put your drivers license down so n the table , to keep track of who is next . In the meantime they take pictures of your drivers license . Through one of the employees that parks the cars . They come in to return the keys and snap a photo . Then they ask for your credit card and leave it inside as they ask you to go outside to see your car . Again the guy that parks the cars . Goes in and snaps a photo of the credit card . I would not allow them to keep my drivers license or card and I was a regular customer. But I guess the people that worked today . The Saturday before labor days are criminals ,and only want to get the photos of driver’s licenses and credit cards . To commit fraud . Other people have complained on these reviews. The enterprise company should fire them , they are robbing your customers. Nothing but a couple of narcissistic criminal low lives garbage . The police were informed and I will take this to corporate again. What a low life scam and scummy people. Never trust these losers . I will never rent a car here again. If you were scammed report it to the police . Here’s how they got your information. I may even sue the company for this .they could have put out a sign in sheet . , but these dumb criminals think everyone is as dumb as them . This is how the Nigerians get all that information to sell criminals and print fake credit cards . Yes criminals. And as far as asking me for my confirmation number and other information. You can look it up . You sent it to me .. I just want to blow the whistle on these criminals asking for people to display their I d s and credit information. Instead of just putting out a sign in sheet . Get over it . You have been busted . Good luck now with the fbi and other secret service. They will be informed and make a complete investigation.. I’m sure they will find people that shop here are victims of credit card and identity fraud . These idiots didn’t like it when i told everyone that they should not put their drivers license down .all of the sudden they moved quickly . I watched everything and they are crazy stupid criminals. Since it seems the only time I can get a response from you is when I leave a Google review I’m changing my 5 stars to 1. I rented a car from this location the beginning of September which had a dent in it, which I took a picture of before I took the car out, and the associate acknowledged. However, someone at your office mistakenly filed a claim with my name associated with the debt saying that I was responsible for the damage while it was under my rental. Even though you marked it as do not pursue, it already went to the damage recovery unit. I have a claim with my contact information in your system for some thing I am not responsible for. I am now having to run around trying to get this claim closed and get a letter stating that you guys messed up and this claim is closed and I am no longer liable for anything. Your branch manager, Turean, spoke to me September 6 and told me he would follow up with me. It’s now 10 days later, and he has not followed up. I have spoken to you about 10 different people at your damage recovery unit. I was told it would be closed on September 6 after I explain the issue but yet it was still open. I will not be renting from you guys anymore until this is resolved and I have a letter stating that you made a mistake and I’m not liable for anything.

I am writing to you to share my experience with the Coney Island Ave Enterprise rental service. I give this place 5 starts; The reason being is exceptional service. I am a general manager of a retail store and have been for many years. If there is one thing I stress upon my employees, it is providing good service. Treating people like people rather customers is so important to me, and I HARDLY ever see that service from any place I go. I am always left unsatisfied when I go out because people just don't know how to do business anymore. When I came into the Enterprise, I sat waiting for my turn. I observed your employees taking care of a few customers and I was impressed. The way they spoke to them was genuine. I found your employees showing appreciation towards the customer. In other places, employees make customers feel like they are doing the customer a favor when it's their job. The employee who handled my transaction was Stewart. His service was exemplary and it is because of him I am sharing my gratitude and appreciation. Whatever it is you are doing, keep it up. I felt the positivity being there at the office. So thank you and thank your employees for me, and Thank Stewart for his great service towards me and others.

Go somewhere else if you want to.keep your money. They are not honest here. Firstly, they tell you to buy their extra insurance because otherwise the car isnt covered but thats a total lie. Your own insurance will cover. Pointless waste of money. Second, When I took out the rental car there was a dent on the front. When we returned it they charged for making a dent. Good thing i took a picture of it before taking it. They should be the ones doing that to every car before they send them out. But they dont because this way they to steal more money from innocent people. Third, we went to add an additional driver and the guy at the front desk stated several times clearly that we wont have to pay a fee because insurance is covering this rental amd it's a corporate account so extra drivers are free. When we returned the car we got a huge bill for additional driver. Called the office loads of times to clear this up and they keep pushing me off..manager says he'll refund but never did..keep calling and getting nowhere.

These guys are criminals. They line everybody’s drivers licenses up on a table to see who is next in line . Then they photo the ids . They leave the credit cards at the desk and take you outside to see the car . Meanwhile again they photo the card . They are criminals and I will never rent a car there again . The people in the corporate office wouldn’t do anything. I refused to leave my driver’s license on the table , they became irate and would not rent the car to me . It was Labor Day weekend and all the rentals car places were closing or closed . My friend loaned me his car . Don’t do business here , they are thieves ..

The staff here are all so kind, but the manager Tim is literally the best. It was raining when I came to pick up a car and I saw Tim walk every single customer out with an umbrella over their head. Any issues I had, Tim made sure it was well taken care of. Honestly, hands down the best customer service at this place. It’s always busy when I’m here, but it’s definitely worth the extra few minutes wait to receive a smooth and clear rental process. If I ever need a rental again, this will be my go to spot & if you’re ever in the area, make sure to come here. You won’t regret it!

...We travel a lot and " rent a car " service well known to us from different sides of this not easy business. Therefor were really impressed how fast and professionally arranged our case Elisa Carrilto , one more thanks Elisa! It happened , that we forgot some staff in the car, which we rented and returned ...But , due to actions of Anthony Constant we found our staff without any headache and problem . Personal thanks and appreciation to Anthony ! Management of Enterprise has to be proud of staff as Elisa and Anthony !

DO NOT TRUST these people! They made FRAUDULENT charges to my wife’s credit card days after we returned the vehicle. When we called them, the manager (Torrean) hung the phone up on us! The charges will be investigated and fraud investigation is being pursued. Do not go to them for business, they will charge your credit card after your contract is closed and make things up just to charge you. You have been warned. Most unprofessional enterprise we have ever been to.

Unfortunately I can’t post a positive review I’m 6,2 /250 # guy siting on the chair in front of the desk waiting for approx 20 minutes to be helped,in mean time 4 attendants were running around apparently for no reason in the end my passion was gone so I had to stand myself at the desk arguing for bad service , they claimed didn’t see me pure lack of basic politeness ,I don’t know how this people make their salaries ,not recommend if you don’t have time to waste!

Kayla was great and professional. I was surprised to hear she wasn’t the manager because she would vary that title like a glove. Thank you for being detailed in the explanation and for giving us options for the vehicle. It was a smooth and easy transition. Five star service even a big thank you to the man who quickly washed the car giving us a clean clear. He did a great job. 5 stars to him as well.

I had the most pleasant experience with this Enterprise. Taurian helped me get settled into my rental vehicle which was upgraded from a compact car to a Dodge Charger. I had the best ride through New York City in this thing and the return took under 5 minutes. Really appreciated everyone/s help and the great condition of the cars. Would come back here any day!

Never go to this location on Coney Island avenue. Staff is rude. Waiting time is hours. Absolutely no manners. No sense of service. Total working like third world country. They don’t have any inventory. One person works at front when others are just relaxing on their desk doing nothing and people just wait and wait for their car.

I had some trouble with a rental car on my way to a memorial for my father. The team at this Enterprise has always been excellent but Elisa went above and beyond. She ensured that I had a new car delivered personally and followed up frequently. She is an asset and I thank her for saving the day!
