Update: I was encouraged to contact customer service after having written this review. There was absolutely zero accountability on their end and no resolve. In fact, they strongly eluded that it was my fault for not confirming the reservation to see if there were cars. I did, in fact, call that day to let them know I was running a little late, but would be there soon to pick up my car. That would have been a perfect opportunity to let me know there was no car. Truly a horrible experience. Original review: Had a reservation at this location (South Williamsburg) for a mid-size car. I came to pick up my car, and they had NO CARS. No small cars. No big cars. No medium cars. Not even any SUVs. They called around and finally found a car at 40th and 1st Ave in the city, but given time constraints, I declined. I appreciated the staff's effort, but I did but appreciate their comment "Well, it's summer; everyone wants cars". Um, yeah. That's why I RESERVED ONE. Lost $100 on my hotel reservation because of this as well. A phone call to inform me their fleet had been depleted would have been greatly appreciated so I didn't have to lug my luggage up and down subway stairs and to the pickup location. Also, the walls were covered in bugs. It was gross. Do better.

I'm renting a lot, and thanks Enterprise for coming closer to my home with this new location. Beside a large variety in stock to choose from, all freshly cleaned, what I love in this location is the feeling that they are really happy to serve me. (not the expired phrase "what else can I help you") it's much more than simply doing their job, they are doing it with passion. Thanks Niko and Kudos for Enterprise!

I had a double booking through a personal reservation and by a production company and Matt was communicative throughout the entire process and helped me resolve this and other hiccups that arose due to my booking. I will definitely be coming back due to his help and professionalism. Grateful for finding this new Enterprise location in my neighborhood.

I had an appointment in this place because the insurer of my car designated this place for us. I went to pick up the car and they didn't have the car and I couldn't see my appointment either because their computer wasn't working and they couldn't even see it on their cell phone. I left very disappointed.

Enterprise car rental, located at 428 Wythe Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11249, is the top choice for renting a car! The customer service there is exceptional, with 'Lauren' and 'Nik Kiyindou' and the rest of the staff always greeting you with a friendly smile. They ensure a seamless rental experience!

The people working here are super attentive and super accommodating. Their service was really great. Highly recommend but it is a weird small location so not sure what the car selection is like (we got the size car we wanted, compact SUV, but who knows). Anyway, great service.

was in a rush, had to wait for my car forever, nobody there was helpful, all i got was long explanations why its taking so long, and i was the only one waiting. with the manager and a worker there.
