Me and my friend have booked a table here at 9:30 pm. We went here thinking its new so its going to be nice but we left so disappointed. We have ordered shisha and mint tea. They only had 4 tables and they were all served already. It took them 20 minutes to bring our shisha which was standing right in the corner. Then our tea came after 30 minutes with just hot water and few mint leaved without the actual tea bag. The shisha was burned and tasted awful. We told the manager whats going on with our order so she took another 15 minutes to change the tea and all she needed was to bring us a tea bag. Anyways we couldn’t wait any longer so we got up and left. At the end they have charged us for the tea that we didn’t even drink. The manager came to try sort out the bill but he didn’t even pay attention to us he didn’t even apologise about the service. Guys its a waste of time and money! DO NOT GO HERE! EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE!

I went for my surprise birthday and the shisha was okay not over keen. No knowledge with customers. I keep giving eyes contact with the staff but didn’t notice, also they didn’t change the charcoal. I have to do it myself, One member of staff Asian guy didn’t even understand a word I was saying. So it was hard to communicate with him. I have to speak to someone else. The worst part was I had a piece of glass in my drink luckily I didn’t swollen it. They refunded the drink that I purchased but they didn’t even give much discount of the situation that I had a piece of glass in my drink. The food was cook like from yesterday didn’t enjoyed it at all. Waste of money I wouldn’t recommend coming to this place ever again!!

I used to come here when it was a dark and dreary pool hall. How they have managed to turn it around the way they have is sheer genius. The shisha rooftop is as cosy as an indoor restaurant but opens up to the skies as needed. Tonight's firework display right above the tables was a sight to behold. Fantastic staff and great prices. A unique place to hang out and take time out from life's busy schedule. Definitely worth checking out! Highly recommended

The best shisha flavours and you actually get the real shisha flavours you are paying for!! Amazing food and drink selection, great service and perfect song choices catering to all ethnicities Music volume is perfect and throughout the summer the rooftop vibes are majestic. Heating and lighting is sufficient to say the least. All around I suggest you come here with your friends.

The one in Luton is terrible, the only reason I am writing it here is because they don’t have a review section The food is terrible they close the kitchen at 10 The Shisha had no flavour waste of money Terrible music can’t understand and words to the lyrics Customer service was the worst Never go there

I really enjoyed my visit to Envi shisha lounge, Definitely would recommend to all shisha lovers. They also serve delicious food, have great decor and the lighting is fab for all you selfie lovers and instagram bloggers. The staff are very friendly and provide 10/10 service.

Absolutely loved this place. Lovely atmosphere to chill and unwind. Chanel was everything you could ask for that evening and was very helpful,friendly and bubbly, from picking the best from the menu to having a right laugh with us. Thankyou Chanel 10/10 for sure !!

Everything was so perfect! I had frozen blueberry & raspberry shisha which was 10/10. Cheesy steak & Mac&cheese which was literally the best steak I’ve had. Staff were so attentive and friendly deffo made my night. I can’t wait to return!

I stopped coming after Jana left. With Jana, the customer service was top notch. She was super attentive and always accommodating. I hope she comes back! Overall good shisha.

Best Shisha in town. Amazing service and nice atmosphere. I have been to many shisha places and this is the one with authentic Savacco/Frozen flavours.

Lovely looking venue once inside but the entrance is not very inviting. Shish was 5/10 n service was very slow even tho the venue wasn't busy.

If your looking unwind anyday of the week Envi lounge is the place to be ,Sheesha food mocktails 10/10. This place is Highly recommended.
