I’ve always used this car wash in the past and never had an issue but I took my car through the auto car wash today and there was still plenty of dirt left on my car. I noticed while I was in the wash the soap wasn’t spraying out as much as it usually does. I called the man who runs the wash and he would not admit that the car wash isn’t working properly and was very rude on the phone. I’ll be taking my car elsewhere from now on.

Asked to move on while I was scrubbing my rims. As there was car waiting. I had already been washing my car mid way through letting her soak up the bubbles. Good time to give some love to the rims. But no. So I left and finished my wash elsewhere. Would you leave a restaurant half through your meal because someone was waiting?

I took my car through the automatic car wash last night. I selected the 'deluxe' (cheapest option) as it wasn't that dirty. There was still dirt all along the side panels afterwards. I had to finish the job when I got home. I've used an automatic car wash in another location previously and never had this occur.

Awesome car wash facilities. Just put your gold coins in or tap your card and your ready to go. This place has everything from bug wash, to tyre wash, to high pressure wash and multi coloured foam wash, all finished off with a pressure rinse and a wax coating. My car was desperate and now its shining.

great number of bays for manual cleaning. dog bath area as well. only issue was some of the tokens did not work but attendant onsite to replace. Good access from maroondah highway. Does have an automatic wash which is good as well.

Been coming here for years. I've had the auto wash mess up a couple of times (not doing a full cycle I'd paid for) but the most recent time the staff member gave me a refund and rinsed off my car which was appreciated.

$2 gives 2.5 minutes only where other car wash gives 3 minutes. Spatter wax stoped working for 20 seconds then back. But foam brush was great. Dispersed good amount of soap.

This might be the only car wash I've seen that takes $5 at a time for EFTPOS instead of $10 at a time. Which is pretty bloody good really.

I do a quick wash . You can the go through the normalCar Wash .there a Shell Service Station and the Car wash out back in Lilydale. Vic.

I'm finding the dryer doesn't really dry the car at the end, which leaves watermarks... perhaps it should be set for a longer dry?

It's a good car wash. Not the biggest but has everything you need to to get your car clean. Is also attached to a shell servo.

Great facility with good equipment to use and high quality product being used in terms of soap and other cleaning fluids.

Best car wash around.. I live in healesville and I'd rather make the trip here than the 2 we have up home...

Gets the subi squeaky clean, often misses the back of the car but better than doing it yourself

Great for a DIY clean and a speedy automatic clean (if not in line) but worth the wait
