As far as self wash places go this one is average at best, on the upside it’s always pretty clean… on the downside I’ve been there 20 or 30 times recently in washing my work cars and the machines love to rip you off. Put $10 in and the coin machine gives me $8 on a regular basis. Swipe you card on the dog wash and the stop button won’t work, it’ll just keep on going until it hits the $15 mark half the time. The dog wash is regularly out of something anyways weather it be the shampoo or the conditioner, so your literally paying for a garden hose. I’ve been trying to tell the boss to use the racecourse road one for ages but it’s just really close to our depot. Shame really.

I used the soft touch carwash at Pakenham on McGregor Rd. I paid $18 for the gold standard and was very disappointed.There were suds left on many areas of my vehicle, and unwashed splatter wax on one of my rims. Not to mention parts of my vehicle still had sighs of untouched grit and dirt quite visible. I've used that same wash in the past (a few months ago) ,and didn't have any problem. I had to drive to a wash booth and finish the job properly,and cost me another $5. Not Happy. Stay away from the soft touch carwash, its a waise of money

Self serve with payWave pre-authorises $15, defaults to use $5, keeps charging past that without warning (cost me $6 before I noticed and stopped it), and doesn't change settings smoothly (foam initially on low pressure rinse; tyre foam took 20 secs to arrive at my cost). Take coins and keep control - the automation should be a good idea but just makes the experience less predictable and more costly.

I recently visited Envirocare Car & Dog Wash and opted for the Fusion X service priced at $19.50. Unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed with the automatic wash. It failed to properly clean my car, and it was evident that their machines were not well-maintained. Regrettably, it turned out to be a waste of money. I hope they take steps to improve their service quality and equipment maintenance.

Use this Carwash sometimes. You have to keep the coin up to get a good wash. The bug spray doesn’t work that well. And road grime isn’t moved by the chemicals. You really need to take a sponge. And changing between the different wash cycles sometimes takes ages for the particular product to get through to the nozzle. Takes about $10-12 to reasonably wash and rinse the Camry.

$18 Gold touch free service used, didn't really clean the tougher stains but I suppose that's my fault for not giving it a quick rinse before using the touch free service. The site is very clean and is about 1min 30secs for $2 coin to use the vacuum. Overall clean area!

Went to the car wash today and paid for the $18 touch free car wash. While it removed some dirt, most of it was still left on the lower half on the car and windscreen. Very disappointing. Update: Owner reached out to rectify the problem, much appreciated.

Went through the brush car wash used 18 dollar wash , and didn’t wash all the soap off car , think machine or brushes need service and replacement, also didn’t remove dirt from skirts of my car , next time I’ll stick to laser wash instead

Good value for washing vehicles. Dog wash is good too. They've also updated their tyre and wheel cleaner - the stuff really works! Good value for money and the stalls take cards as well as cash!

Dog wash malfunctioned on 2 very muddy dogs! I contacted the service, and within 10 minutes someone came out and fixed it. Such friendly professional and caring. Brilliant business.

Just did full washed on car and I always Chamois dry my car after. Clearly the cleaning produced are bad / cheap as still found dirt all over my car and chamois black

This car wash is not good what it used to be. Automatic soft brush wash doesn't soak and rince properly. Told management about it but doesn't seem to be botther.

Paid $18 for that car was to still leave soap then had to rewash I put $20 in to change for coins and only received $12 back so all up cost $34 for a car wash
